This branch is the only place that has prizer vaccine among rite-aid locations in my area. My family registered online to schedule an appointment. It took more than 1 hour for us to get vaccinated, and we were okay with that. However, we could hear other employees arguing behind the counter, and the cashier named Selina, who checked us, was very rude, not even greet or smile. She needs to be removed from her position or replaced by a better customer service cashier. I would give zero, but one is the lowest. My family will never go back to this place again.

This store is chill EXCEPT for the pharmacy. That’s a whole different experience. They are rude and talk to you like everything’s your fault if somethings incorrect or a hassle to do. Also the worst part is when they say your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes and next thing you know you’re waiting almost an hour. As soon as you say hi you can immediately tell if they’re in a good mood or not, if they’re not you can tell by how annoyed and irritated they are that you’re there. I suggest going to the other Rite Aid or a different pharmacy in general to avoid the unnecessary sass and sighs other than that this rite aid is nice.

Sunday morning! Bunnie is super nice! The wait for the liquor is usually understandably long. She got on the loudspeakers to let me know she was on her way. That really went a long way customer service wise. I was able to time it so my shopping experience was streamlined. Ita is the litrle things for me and that little thing was what made me post this. Thank you!

Love this store, the personal service is superb

This is the pharmacy that fills my monthly medication. I have been going to them for years. The pharmacists have been the same for years, but the pharm techs seem to change often. They are very busy at this location. Both the store and pharmacy staff are consistently busy though out the day, so there is usually a line. The pharmacy staff has provided me with excellent service over the years.When I was traveling outside of California for three weeks they contacted my insurance company and was able to get my medication for me before I left.

Never enough cashier long lines an bad customer service

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!! This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with and I have been in healthcare for over 25 years!!! One clerk is terribly rude even the cashier at the front overheard me telling my husband about her and said “oh, the brunette? Yeah we hear that a lot”. Why would you ever keep staff with that kind of an attitude?? Three times in the last few months I have had to make multiple phone calls to troubleshoot something between the dr-Pharm-insurance that they should have handled.

Since we have started, meds have not been ready when they say. Yesterday I called in a refill they said they would call in a request. Today I called and they said they have no record of it and that they can only do that with previously billed meds.

The service there used to be bad but recently they are on top of everything. The only thing that I noticed that they dont require customers to wear a mask. As of june 18th 2020 it is mandatory in California to wear a mask so thats very concerning.

The in-store staff are very sweet and friendly, although always a line. Avoid the pharmacy. The pharmacists seem educated. But the staff is inept, and dont seem to want your business. They tell you the Rx is ready when it isnt. They move at a snails pace. For our past five experiences there has been some problem which *they* created, and our prescriptions were not filled. We did not discover them not being filled, or the false problem until we waited in the long line to pick up. I just transferred our families Rxs to the Walgreens across the street. Hmph!

Great service and awesome deals. I always come here, and I am always greeted by employees when I walk in the store.

The people are always nice and helpful and the products are always stocked and the store is always clean.

I love coming here but there is always a line and the poor checkout girl never has help. They really should expand the staff a bit to cut the wait time down.
