Why is this walgreens so dirty.looks like no one likes to sweep the floors. The door way in the front is bad. The out side looks real bad I just look at it and say to myself wow this is bad.π΅ walgreens no shame.
Worst pharmacy drive-thru ever. It takes them 10 minutes each car to fill an order....i know because I spent 50mins in the drive-thru!
Rude costumer service, when I asked a question I got a short answer with attitude. This was my first and last time going there..
Worst Pharmacy customer service I have Ever received. They didnt have my medication. Didnt notify me. I called my Dr. to change the medication. Waited 6 hours to give them time. Went to pick-up at 6 pm & they said well have to call your Dr. I said you had All day to do this. I had surgery a week ago & Need this prescription. Had to wait another hour.... Will Never set foot in this location again.
If zero stars was an option, the pharmacy in this location deserves it. Rude clueless unproffesional pharmacy staff. The whole lot of them. Its a shame really because the rest of the store is fine. They lie and give you the run around with rite aid right across the street your best bet it to transfer all you prescription needs to them.

I went to Walgreens to ship a FedEx package since they now do FedEx. I already had a label so all I needed to do was drop it off. I had gone to a neighborhood store but FedEx now doesnt use neighborhood stores they prefer the chains. and usually when I went to the other locations they would have envelopes if you already have a label. Walgreens doesnt do that. Why? they can get the envelopes for free. If they want us to drop off their why dont they make it convenient?
Pharmacy:Always rude. Always clueless. Never fails that I have an issue here every time I come. They either have you waiting forever before finally asking you what you need. Theyβll just keep saying βbe right with youβ. They are just something else here I swear.
Only used Redbox but was thrilled l found one outside enroute to my destination.in fact going back and will shop

They have great service, bathrooms are open from when they open until 8:00 I believe. They have all the things you need but Halloween candy is gone π. Yay walgreens
I think there staff is awesome and willing to pay a little more for the customer service I receive there.

Pharmacy manager sucks dropped off prescription guy behind was nice said the dr didnβt check the box on scrip of which dr wrote it I told him which one same dr and med Iβve been getting for two years he said ok text you when itβs ready called 4:30 later that day they said waiting for dr to call back so I call dr said pharmacy never called or fax anything went in called dr while I was standing there dr called while I was there manager handed me back my script said he wasnβt gonna fill it didnβt like the way I talked he was rude I was not went across street got it filled no problem at all what a POS!

I dont even know where to begin. To start off with after sitting in a doctors office for three and a half hours because my son has been sick. My doctor finally sent over a prescription for antibiotics around 2 oclock this afternoon. At this Walgreens ( and about four others) location I had to call because I havent heard from them to let me know if the prescription was ready or if they had any problems with it . When I called they informed me that they out of stock . Rather than calling me to inform me that they didnt have the medication they just let me sit around and wait until I called. When I asked why they couldnt pick up the phone and inform me that they were out of my sons prescription I was told that the only time they make phone calls as one of prescription is ready.I also had a prescription to pick up my doctor faxed in at 2 p.m. today. I was informed by the pharmacist that he did not see the prescription until it was too late to call and confirm it with the doctor. Again I ask them why cant they pick up the phone and let the patient know that there was a problem that way the patient could have gotten ahold of the doctor and let them know that there is an issue and to get ahold of the pharmacy, and again I was informed that the only time they will contact the customer is if the prescription is ready not if they were having any issues. In my own opinion this is very poor customer service.I can do without my prescription for day or two, but my son needs his prescription as soon as possible especially tonight.I can go into detail about several other occasions or walgreens has failed to provide decent customer service but I dont think I have that much room on this page.Needless to say I will be taking my business to another pharmacy down the street. Not another Walgreens. If anyone is local and its looking for a better pharmacy to go to other than Walgreens, and that takes all kinds of insurance especially iehp, I highly recommend the Medicine Shoppe on Main Street and 11th. Its in the same parking lot as wienerschnitzels. Their customer service and service all together is fantastic! Ive never had to wait over 15 to 20 minutes for a prescription to be ready sometimes even less. Everybody behind the counter really cares about their customers and go above and beyond to help them. I HAVE USED THIS WALGREENS FOR ABOUT THE LAST 5 MONTHS AND EVERY TIME THEY GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS WRONG. THEY HAVE THE NASTIEST ATTITUDES AND ON TOP OF THAT THE MANAGER MONNY IS THE WORST INSTEAD OF RETRAINING HIS STAFF HE RATHER DEFEND THERE LOUSY BEHAVIOR. I CONTACTED THE DRUG STORE NEAR THEM AND ASKED HOW MANY CUSTOMERS TRANSFER TO THEM FROM WALGREENS THEY TOLD ME SEVERAL EVERY MONTH. THIS STORE NEEDS TO REVIEW HOW MANY CUSTOMERS ARE LEAVING THEN THEY NEED TO REALIZE THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. MY NEXT STEP IS CALLING CORPORATE.

Very bad experience I placed a refill order even weeks after I didnt get it refilled or either they informed me about the facts when I contacted them they told you should contact the doctor and the pharmacist was yelling at me and cut the telephone. I am planning to switch itorder after
