Please realize all of these recent good reviews were all posted w/in the same week, with a couple users adding their second great review.In other words, Mr. Rafael has been buffing his bad reputation w/ friendly falsehoods and lies.I brought my Toyota Camry here. He promised he’d fixed engine. It stopped working two days later. Same problem. Late for work. Got fired. Rafael wouldn’t even properly fix it or listen to how it wouldn’t work. Still not working. $1500 wasted. Not a trust worthy shop or mechanic. The good reviews on here are not trust worthy either.He’s a cheat. FYI. Caveat emptor, people.

Mechanic *did not fix* what I paid for. The same engine problem returned 3 hours after I paid manager Rafael to fix it. When I called back telling him it wasnt fixed, he said I needed to point that out before I left the property when I picked it up. Huh?I thought I knew these guys. This town aint that big. Guess I dont. Not a good business. Not truthful people. I seriously doubt all the good reviews on here. They seem fake.

Bad mechanic. Even worse businessman. Not only didnt fix my car, but since I brought it there, my reliable Air Conditioning doesn’t work. Go anywhere but here.

I gave it 1 star because I had to but if I was able to give it 0 stars thats what this place would get. I dont typically write a review but this was a must. After going to this place a few times I was disappointed not one or two vehicles but more. They will give you a price and not do the service. I found out today after my SUV tells me my oil is low when I just had services done. I went into a different shop and all my fluids including my oil was very low. On another occasion I paid for a part to be replaced and when I went in for my car it never got done and his excuse was ohh my guys must have forgotten to do your car after I was told it was all done. Please if you must go to him check your car before you leave I can almost say he messes with your car .

A very GOOD mechanic. I Took my Chrysler in because the Transmission had toasted up on me and he rebuilt it at a very affordable price compared to other shops in the area. He did a wonderful rebuilt on the transmission and gave me a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. They dont try to screw you over like other shops hes tells you whats wrong. He also let me do payment will he worked on my car. Hes currently rebuilding my Suburbans transmission at the moment. You cant beat a full rebuilt with 1 year 12000 mile warranty for 1200. I noticed other shops in the high desert really want to rip you off. I got quoted almost 3 grand to rebuilt my transmission. I could buy a built 4l60e it with that money. These people are amazing. Its hard to find honest mechanics these days.

Great service at a good price. I called at noon on a Saturday and was able to get a wheel bearing fixed and back home before 2:30! I can tell based on my conversation with Raphael jr that they take pride in doing the job right. I would recommend this place 100%.

So I was on a road trip and my car overheated which lead the head gaskets to be blown. Owner of the shop said he will help me to fix my car quickly since I am out of state. He took three days to fix. The very next day my car had problems starting and then my front wheel fell of on the highway! Which luckily it didnt cause any causalites. I took it to mechanic shop and they said that the nuts were loosend by someone and thats why it happened. The story doesnt end here though. After I reached to my home which is out of California state the car decided to not work at all. So I took it to another mechanic shop and after a week of incpecting and replacing many parts they figured that the heads were not cleaned which lead to two cylinders not working. Cleaning the heads is a must when changing the head gasket which clearly he didnt do! Overall this was the end of the car since this cannot be fix and the engine has to be changed!!So I have contacted him about that, and his response was denail.. He said he didnt touch the wheel. Which the other shop said that it must have been that someone have loosen it and he said that he would repair anything under warranty, which is ridiculous because he knows that I dont live in the state and the ENGINE IS DEAD so there is no possible way to bring him the car to do so PLUS the engine is dead which cant be FIXED.He has refused to refund us with anything after all. So my advise for anyone thinking about going to his shop is to save your self money and the risk of endangering your life driving a car that was supposedly fixed by an unprofessional and irresponsible mechanic. Put the extra money to fix your car somewhere else instead of loosing it as happened to me.

I have taken two cars to Raphael, one he put the wrong nut on & was fixed by another shop. The other one I had to take back twice after paying $750 still overheating & my Mercedes emblem was stolen off of the grille. After I filed a complaint he said he would order me another one but he just gave me the stolen one back. Upon examination it was clearly the original emblem that had been broken off. Dont take your car there.
