My truck broke down on my husband last week while driving to work. The part that was needed wasn’t in stock anywhere. Mandy called around nonstop until she found the part we needed! They had our truck fixed and back to us at a great price in just over a week! I would 11/10 recommend them if you are looking to have any work done. Beyond happy with their customer service, they are dedicated to the customer and it shows in their work performance.

Mandy had her technician swap my clutch and clutch master cylinder in one day and got me back on the road. I would give her a shot if your reading this looking for work on your integra or any car they are honest and fast

This auto repair shop is the best in my books and is very helpful and reliable. I had brought my car in before shop opened when open told them what I needed done and before 10am I was back out on the road.

These guys are fantastic. And Mandy who runs the place is beyond even that. My AC broke down on the way to Vegas on a hot August day. Mandy and the skilled mechanics had me back on the road in no time flat. Highly highly recommended. And if you buy Mandy a popsicle as a thank you for their great service, make sure it’s strawberry. My Radiator cracked and they repaired it while I was waiting. They got me right in and on my way as soon as they could get a new radiator. That’s great service folks. I got stood up by Pep Boys, made an appointment for 1pm for an alignment and was told the alignment guy was at lunch. Sooo, I called Concord, Mandy was super cool, she said to be there at 1:30. We chatted it up about cars and before you know it my alignment was done and I was out by 2. Super cool people, glad I found them.....my new local auto repair 👍👍👍👍

First off the mechanic was top notch, very knowledgeable. No BS I will be bringing all my cars here from now on, you dont find auto shops like theirs anymore. I brought my car to the shop in limp mode, I shorted out the computer. Without hesitation he told me that he might be able to fix it without replacing the computer, which was news to me and I used to be a autotech for quite a few years. Most shops wouldve just told me the computer had to be replaced and charged over $1000. They took it in that morning & the next day it was running like a champ. With that kind of issue its usually 3 days before you get the estimate then have to wait another day or 2 for it to be fixed. Mandy was very friendly and professional, which put me at ease considering my car was dead! In total it was way under $500 to fix, and they didnt try to tack on any other work like every shop does. They reminded me of the shops back in the day, friendly fast and not trying to bleed every cent out of me. THANK YOU again Concord Auto, and thank you Mandy for taking care of me.-Tommy P.

I would not claim to be a mechanic, but i have done enough work on cars and trucks to know when someone is selling me work that i dont need . Now i am at an age where i just rather not get under my truck and do something as simple as change the oil . So after a couple failed attempts i found Concord auto care, Mandy and the technicians really know their stuff, but you would hope for that wherever you go, Mandy is the person that made the difference, explaining options and charges without compromising quality or safety . Auto work is not cheap, nor should it be, we are in 5000 lbs of steel traveling 50+ miles per hour, is saving 20 bucks on a break job worth the risk ? I dont mind paying a fair price for repairs, i got quality service at a fair price at Concord, Ill be a repeat customer .

Mandy was very helpful and provided great customer service. She explained the services that needed to be performed and even gave me suggestions on future services. The pricing is extremely reasonable and the service was fast. The mechanics were knowledgeable in bringing my 2003 Honda CR-V back to life. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. They have found a lifetime customer!

I was shopping around for a quote and Mandy wouldnt give me a price on my vehicle repair. I let the Mandy know that I was shopping shopping around and would be willing to pay the diagnosis and apply it to my repair and I understand that the diagnosis portion would be put towards my actual repair . So I asked about a quote for an alternator replacement knowing that they would have to diagnose it first. She would not give me a quote and I let her know that thats bad customer service if you cant quote your prices for labor and parts and she says she didnt care and I can just go somewhere else. They really must not want to get work in that shop, really bad business model.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!I first was here in 2016 with a new Mustang 5.0 I needed a wheel alignment. “Frank“ said my car needed aftermarket part in order to complete the alignment correctly and the part cost $600, which I paid for. In 2018 I purchased a Dodge charger brand new I took it to Concord for a wheel alignment this time “Frank“ said I needed an aftermarket part In order to complete the alignment but it would cost me $800, SOUND FAMILIAR ? he then showed me a picture of the part on his computer it looked like a bracket. I had him point to the Area in my car where the part needed to be. He pointed to a bracket that was above the front springs and I said there’s a bracket there already. The dealer told me the car did not require any new parts for a wheel alignment cause they do it all the time on my type of car without adding anything to it. I told Frank I did not have $800 to give away he actually replied, “Oh, you can afford that and more...”. I was shocked at his arrogance. Just cause FRANK is the owner of the shop does not give him the right to steal from his customers. Shame on FRANK !!!’ I left out lots of details to try to keep it short. Sorry bout the length. But this is soo true, people need to be aware !!!

When there about 2 months ago fro my breaks they charged me 300 something for just the front and within 2 months these poor quality breaks already needed to be changed with another set of break. So they basically charged me $300 fro front breaks that only lasted 2 months smh

Was told on Friday to come in on Monday at 8:00 am . I was there at 8:10 am waited for a little bit and they never opened.

Great mechanic the Best

Its a lifesaver for sure, staff super awesome. Me, my wife and kids were traveling back home from Santa Monica to Salt Lake City when the car started smoking and we pull out. Driving down the road we found this great place and got our belt replace and compressor as well...we highly recommended this place.

Best place I have found for service. Perfect alignments and diagnosis. I have been working on cars myself for over 50 years so when they tell me something is wrong on my cars I check it out myself. They have never been wrong on a diagnosis or estimate. For example, last time I took my Camry in for an alignment, they told me my engine mounts needed replacing. I had one of their mechanics get in the car and rev the engine. Sure enough, the engine moved two inches! All four mounts were broken.Not something I would normally find and very dangerous to drive.Thanks Frank

Frank takes care of my entire family and our cars. My car broke down late Saturday afternoon. I took it right over with no call or notice. Because of the late time, they were closing up so understandably couldnt get to it. But they securely locked my car in their garage. I had my car back by Monday afternoon. He guarantees all his work and is very trustworthy. I will not trust any of my personal or business cars with anyone else!

I have been going to the same crew for almost 6 years. I trust them with any car of mine . They are very helpful and honest. And I REALLY appreciate how they go above and beyond to help me every time.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!If I could give no stars I would! I paid this place $90 for a 30 day warranted alignment, receipt in hand. Came in today and they said they couldn’t guarantee anything. Said they would charge me another $30 to check/rotate my tires because my vehicle is still pulling. Horrible customer customer!

Horrible don’t waste your money. When I arrived the guy at the counter was surfing the Internet on his phone, didn’t look up at me for at least 10 seconds I thought he was a customer. Next a $95 estimate fee that’s ridiculous. That charge doesn’t go towards your final bill either. Pep boys down the street only charges $19 for an estimate and the prices are reasonable don’t go to this place the people that rated high must be family.

So, Ive always went to this place for wheel alignments and have always paid a specific price, today I go to get an alignment and that price drastically increased $40 over 1yr. I feel cheated

I was on a trip to the beach when my car started having issues. Everywhere else had rediculous wait times. I thought that my trip would be ruined by this stroke of bad luck. However, Concord Automotive saved my day. The service was fast and they treated us well with a good attitude and kindness. Good service is when you leave the customer in a better mood than they arrive, and this was accomplished by Concord Automotive.

I came in to this shop thinking it was going to be like all the others shops ive been to that charges alot or in a bad mood dirty environment but no this automotive shop is very clean and very generous try to give you the best prices. Not to expensive and they get the job done my car running like new again thank you concord ill be coming back for sure thank you again .

Over priced for the 2 belts cost less than $89 tensions less than $150 they used undermarket parts and charged me $892 thats more than 70% labor told me at fist it would be ready at 5 pm then told me till next day very rude man charging horrible place

When here to get my thermostat changed me and my family were stranded we were stuck there for 4 hours just for them to change my thermostat the whole time they were bullshiting they charge me close to $500 just to change it and replace my coolant which is a ridiculous price a month later my thermostat went out again when I got to change the guy told me that they put a used thermostat in my car

Mis-diagnosed my 73 beetle replacing the right drive axle. Didnt stop the grinding noise come to find out it was the left drive shaft and wheel bearing. Do Not Use this shop. They also asked for 20.00 in case saying they put gas in the car out of pocket

We have been taking our cars there for years. Absolutely happy. They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Frank has been nothing but amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
