I recently took my truck to, A & A Any Car, for a few services and was truly blown away by the professionalism, quality, and the utmost care that Brian and his team provided. Went in as a first time customer and left feeling like family. It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, but I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs quality mechanics.

Happy with the work they did on my truck, and they stayed late to make sure my truck was done before the long weekend last week. But after spending 1200$ at their shop they want to call me a liar about something being broke inside my truck that they obviously broke since it was working beforehand. They deny any responsibility because “we have no reason to touch that”. Yeah I brought my truck with a broken piece in there so I can claim it wasn’t broke after spending 1200$ at their shop. Very classless. Will never do business here again.

While I started off happy with the work they performed on my vehicle, something was broken on their premises by their employees that they refuse to acknowledge or repair. It was an unfortunate mishap to find on my own while I was driving the vehicle home, and then to have them claim no responsibility was frustrating and unfortunate.Keep in mind that I spent over $1,000 here, this was not a measly $50 fix. The damage done was roughly $300.Will keep this in mind while I look for a new mechanic for the future.

I want to take a moment to thank all the staff at A and A. They take care of all of our family vehicle repairs and maintenance for over 10yrs. Their professional customer service and experience is above and beyond most shops here in the HD. Our last repair was a difficult one and they found the problem and had us back on the road in no time! I always say you get what you pay for and they have earned our business! And having my repair backed by Napa warranty is just another added plus!!

Brian took mercy on me after I had a very bad experience with a little ol shop down the street. I was stranded in hysperia when my RV broke down from LA to Vegas. I got pretty taken advantage of and was treated horribly and when Brian got whiff of it he came to my rescue big time. He replaced my fuel pump by dropping the whole gas tank! It was a big deal but he didnt cry. Haha The guy is first class and thats hard to find in a mechanic. Hek in LA its nearly impossible!! Thanks again Brian. U rock the most!!

For every job I can’t do I have to take my cars to the shop I was skeptical to find a good place in the high desert but thankfully I did I found the one this place has excellent customer service and not only that if the mechanic has integrity you just struck gold an honest person goes a long way thankfully this place is ran really well

I cant even begin to explain how much these nice people saved me on time, money, and my overall trip experience. Im not the best with car lingo but the hose that houses my coolant tore a big hole in the middle of the desert on the freeway at over 90 degree weather with a dog (Engine was overheating, made a funny noise and we had to pull over immediately). After a frustrating almost 3 hours on the side of the freeway because of AAA, I wanted to call the places nearby to see if they would be able to service my van quickly because we were just passing through the area and needed to be somewhere soon. G & M was where AAA was going to send us because theyre AAA approved. It was approaching the end of the work day and the guy basically said they wouldnt see us and to get a hotel and come in the next day.I found A &A Any Car online and when I called, Kristi picked up and instantly made me feel much less anxious and frustrated than I was feeling all day. She calmed me down, told me that they would TRY to take a look at my van even though they had cars ahead of us and it was close to the end of the day but understood we were passing through. She even made hotel recommendations and said she would try to make things work for us. They are not AAA approved, but are part of the Napa Auto Care network. Based on the two conversations with the two businesses, the lack of care from G & M, and just how amazingly empathetic Kristi was, I didnt care if I had to pay more.... I was giving A &A Any Car my business.Barely making it before the end of business day, Kristi had one of her technicians look at the problem so that they could order the part right away so that they could get working early the next morning. She tried her best to make sure we were comfortable for the night and next day (she made recommendations where we could stay out of the heat while we waited after checking out of the hotel). She kept in contact with us every step of the way, and even though there was a hiccup with the OEM part they needed, one of the techs was able to make do with a different piece and made it work! After driving more than 6 hours in over 113 degree weather after the fix, I feel comfortable saying that they made it work, and Im sure the part was cheaper than if the OEM part was actually available!We are so happy we stumbled upon this place. If you are having car trouble and are nearby this place, I highly recommend going here even if you have AAA. They are going to take care of you! Also, with Napa Auto Care this is their claim: Every repair includes a free Peace of Mind Warranty that covers parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles and is honored at every location nationwide. This means, no matter where you are, if you have any trouble with a covered repair well take care of it at no extra charge. So Im happy with that!!If youre reading this A &A Any Car staff, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! You were able to get us back on the road to our destination by the next day even though you had other cars ahead of us!

Took my 2013 Fiat 500 in for oil service while they where doing a fluid check they discovered a previous radiator fan repair from another shop used the incorrectcoolant which they corrected and car is running its best thank you Steve and Brian for everything.you are my first choice

Truly had a fantastic experience here at A & A any car. Kristi the consultant was very polite proactive and pressure free. I took my car in with the engine light on and it was really shaky. From the moment I spoke with Kristi she knew how skeptical and worried I was. Being a girl who knows really nothing about cars is nerve wrecking. Not knowing where to go or who to talk to. She helped me understand what my warranty covered and also did everything she could to get me the lowest out of pocket charge.Im so thankful for the mechanics for their fast and loyal work. Had Brian work on my vehicle previously and he was very polite and professional. I kept his business card and called him for my engine problems this time as well. A&A saved me nearly $500 from the cost the dealer quoted me and gave me a 2 year warranty on top of it. The dealer only has a one year warranty. This is where you want to take your car. I was driving across the country back in June to take a new job in Minnesota. Not an hour out on my cross-country move and my check engine light comes on! The engine is not behaving at all and I stop to get it looked at at the first shop I can find. The owner of the shop is very kind but tells me that they are too backed up to fix my 05 mustang today, and that he would give me the number for A & A Anycar because he trusted them and that they did good work. While on the phone with A & A, I told them about my situation and they moved very quickly, even working to procure the part they would need to fix the likely culprit in my engine (the mechanic at my first stop had his own diagnosis and did not charge me for it)! I managed to get my limping mustang over to A & A, and they had the fuel injector replaced and the car humming again in 3 hours, and I was back on the road to Minnesota! I managed to get to Minneapolis safely and got there with enough time to spare before my first day on the new job. Thank you so much to everyone at A & A Anycar for your timely and incredibly courteous service in my time of need!Oh, and they have an incredible warranty on all parts they install from the shop themselves, and the warranty on the parts is honored across the US if the part fails. Piece of mind is important if youre driving 1800 miles!

We had a right front tire fall off our Tundra (lug nuts sheared off). A&A Any Car was highly recommended by the tow truck driver, said the shop was well run and honest. That was definitely our experience as well. Highly recommended!

This shop is without a doubt the best mechanic shop. I was traveling through the state a broke down. They were able to fix my truck in a timely manner. Their staff was very helpful. I had to stay the weekend waiting on a part. Their staff was able to drive us to our hotel since we did not fit in the UBER.They are really honest to work with. They were very clear on what they were doing to the truck and made sure that I understood. When I picked up the truck and they were showing me the fine work they did, the owner pointed out a part that looked to be getting old and should be replaced since there was a crack in it. I thanked him for the advice and was on my way. Once I was on my way home after spending the weekend the owner called me to say that he was talking to one of his guys and he mentioned that when they were tightening the part back down they are the ones that cracked the part. He offered to have me come back and fix it. I was super appreciative of their honesty. Who does that? I think most places would have just let me go since I was already gone.If they ever open a shop in Utah, they would get all my business.

I went in today 12/18 because I had an issue with my headlight. They were unable to fix it right now because Im on a tight schedule, they did everything in their power to help me in which Im extremely grateful for. I highly recommend Brian and the mechanics here. Over the past 60 years Ive been to an uncountable number of auto repair shops. Some were good to OK and some were a complete disaster. About two years ago I had a carburetor problem on a collector vehicle I owned. Three REPUTABLE repair shops could not fix the problem after their diagnosed it and advised me that they had done a good job. A friend recommended that I take it to AA ANY CAR on Yucca St in Hesperia. The work they performed was outstanding. It was a new car. Since then I have I have taken diesels, new and vintage cars to them. Not once have I been dissatisfied with the results. From rear ends and transmissions to oil changes their expert staff goes beyond the norm to accommodate the customer. Thank you for your service and respect.

I took my 1982 Imperial which sat for 23 years and with a efi system that only ten exist. These guys did a beautiful job getting it running again!

We had dealings with Pep Boys with our vehicles in the past month and although they supposedly fixed our vehicles, we had to return several times because the repairs were not done properly ! They even attempted to fix something which was not broken so in view of that we were told about A & A. We are SO glad that we went there as A & A not only did a thorough search of the problems we presented to them, they DID FIX the problems, explained to us in detail what was wrong with options to repair it, and were reasonable about cost.
