This place has got to be the best place for smog checks and vehicle service in the Hesperia and Victorville area

They promptly attended to our RV smog text with courteous service and friendly staff.

I have always taken my vehicles here. Trust is important and I feel the Gentlemen that run this shop are fair and keep my vehicle safe for me to drive. Plus is they are hilarious to talk to when you are stressed about your vehicle.

I was referred here by A-TECH transmission. The team here fixed my check engine light that has been on for 2/3 years. Ive paid Amco 1500 for their guess work and it didnt work and I was also quoted by another mechanic 1800. These guys fixed it for under 500$. Dale was very open and transparent with his expertise. I would recommend this shop to anyone with engine trouble. They are my new go to shop.

Dale & Dustin saved us today. We were broke down far from home as we were passing through town and they, in spite of a very busy day, they came to our rescue and worked on our vehicle in a very timely manner. Steve, Dale, and all the mechanics at A Action are great mechanics. If you are looking for honesty. This is the place to go. They wont fix things just for an extra buck. They have been my mechanics for the past 8 or so years. I may have to stop driving if they ever decide to retire. Honest, hard working, quick, affordable. These are just a few words to describe these wonderful bunch of guys.

On shop I let touch my vehicles. Period. Ive been a customer for over 15 years. Absolutely trustworthy and honest. The best.

All of our cars, for around the past 8-10 years have been serviced by A Action. I have found Steve, Dale and all the mechanics friendly, reliable and the service great and affordable.We have since moved out of state and well miss their service and advice when I needed it. I have an old Jeep that I had for a little over a decade.. I have a love/hate relationship with it. I used to hate it and now because of A Action, I love it! My Jeep runs better than it ever has! The dealer wouldn’t touch it and neither would any other shops. The all told me that they couldn’t hook up a computer to it so they couldn’t work on it. I took my Jeep in for a hard to diagnose fuel problem (I’ve had the wrong fuel pump in it the entire time I’ve owned it) and it came back to me purring like a kitten, exhaust leak fixed, and sagging passenger door fixed all at no additional charge! I have pride in ownership again!

Would not recommend. Go to Big Robs at 9429 1st Ave, Hesperia instead. These guys will grind you for every last cent.

I had my car taken here to have a diagnostic, I had told them that I had a power steering fluid leak. I clearly wanted a further evaluation, yet they just said that I had a power steering fluid hose leak. Clearly I had known that already, I decided to figure out what the issue was and it was the power steering pressure hose. They had told me it would cost more than 500$ to fix it, and then seemed shocked when I told them no. So instead of paying 500$ to fix my car for a diagnostic they failed to let me know what the diagnostic was, I saved myself roughly 480$. DONT GO HERE!

Customer Service is everything. This gentlemen behind this counter doesnt care who you are you get great service and the mechanic was awsome!

Took my car in for water pump repair 500.50 then 2 weeks later my radiator leaks per Dale pin hole on right side. Took it to radiator shop no pin hole put big dents in radiator and flushing was never done on well or radiator fluid was dirty was ne changed it was quite evident called Dale to see if he would take responsibility for action so who ever worked on my water pump beat up my radiator more than a pin hole. Dale was rude and just said I sprung another leak. Dale you should be ashamed Iam fighting Cancer and Iam on SS for a business man you are not doing right by the public you are really kind when you start but at the end its all bad if there is a problem . And you were over charging you quoted me 636.00 and I had it repaired for 320 shame on you. Hope you sleep well at night.

What a relief! These guys are professionals! Took my Cherokee in for two things (offbeat stuff. Id just bought it and the prior owner had had jiggered with it.) Price seemed right, work was fine, My sense of confidence in them is very high! This feeling of confidence is worth a great deal to me... after all, incompetent mechanices are Americas Hell. I live 25 miles from them but its well worth the trip! Fred

I would not recommend this place if u need a diagnostic done.i was told what i needed to correct problem. Dale said he would call when done. Never did. Call them before closing was told car was done. Picked up vehicle next day drove 43miles check engine lite turned on and vehicle shut off just like before. Took vehicle back asked them why the problem was still there? Dale couldnt give me an answer.left vehicle again kept all day. Called me end of day said what problem was and would cost couple hundred dollars but could not say that would fix the problem. Unless u have 2 cars and dont mind leaving ur car overnite and spending hundreds on a job that they wont guarantee i would stay away from this place. I also checked the cost of my parts with 3 different place and found their charge for my part was almost double. So moral of story read reviews and go from there.

Only place we have ever taken our cars (And thats been 25 years). They are very honest and they know what they are doing, and I am a women.

If you dont mind the wait, for parts, Dale can save you big bucks. I saved 45% on a fuel pump replacement on my Audi compared to DreamCars who charges at or below dealer prices and we all know what a rip off dealer shops are. Thanks Dale, your the man!

Need to learn to time manage and quote correct time to check a car out and not to give attitude when its gonna be way longer. At least say sorry. They didnt even speak to me when had to go pick up my car keys. The work never even got started. Dropped of at 8.30 told a couple of hrs 12.15 i call to see how much longer get attitude people are before me i ask will it be seen by 2 i have a school run or do i need to come get it. Again attitude come get it..Rude. These people were recommended to me. If they had just said leave it with us for the day fine id have sorted the school run but when told couple of hrs you dont expect more than 2 or 3 and not all day.

ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO I TOOK MY CAR TO HIM AFTER GOING TO 4 OTHER MECHANICS THEY WERE ALL SCRATCHING THERE HEAD. STEVE HAD IT FIXED IN 15 MINS!!!!!! AND NO I DONT WORK THERE AND IM NOT RELATED

When I questioned them about a high price for a cheap fix the price went up almost double. These people are shady, but then what do you expect when they hire out of VVCs auto department, theres a reason why that school was on probation.
