I took my 2006 saleen in for a whole front bumper paint job they touched it up Timothy took care of me, I dropped the car off on a Monday everything was prepared and ready on Thursday like he said I would recommend if you need body work or a paint job take it to these guys.

Fantastic work on our company vehicle.Chris & his team explained the process from beginning to end, as always insurance was playing hard ball, but they did a great job even with all the obstacles they had to deal with. We requested invoices at the end of the repairs,and they were all accounted for. Nice to find an honest and reliable shop

I was referred by my son in law to Tim at super collision . I received extremely professional service from Cheyenne, Dana, Tim as well as Chris. I’m super picky about the way my car looks and was so happy with the quality of work that they do. I highly recommend super collision and would use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would took my car here after accident said it would be done by 20th of December didn’t get it back until the end of January, then had to take it back 4 time to find out from dealership sub frame is still bent then Chris tells my insurance that I must have been in another accident. This guy is a rip off we found out that the bumper he put on my car was not the right one so my insurance made him put correct one on then he tells me that since had my car for so long he was going to get me some of the rental cost paid back by insurance everything was a big lie don’t take you vehicle here and if you did I would call the BAR to have them do a free inspection to make sure shop did the correct job because I’m take this guy to court due to he was paid to fix my car and I think my unborn grandchild could have done a better job

I have had my motorcycle painted here, they actually blew the picture up and framed it on there wall which is really awesome. I have also just recently had my brand new Nissan Altima worked on due to someone dinging my door, Chris and everyone helped out so much and did a fabulous job, you would never be able to tell my car had work done on it, still looks as if it came right off the lot, will recommend and return here is ever needed.

Supercollision is the best shop up in the HD, they are super nice and trustworthy and their work is always clean. Every time I had a problem with anything Chris had always help me fix it ASAP even if the problem was from a different shop. I’ve been going to them to do a lot of work on my car from interior to exterior, they also installed my upper Led grille and it came out amazing, but my most recent work with them was to fix my bumper by installing a quik-latch And did it under an hour this shop is definitely my go to.

Quality of work is amazing! The only complaints I have is if I want to know about their progress, I have to call to find out the status of the job. Its always a it will be done Friday, then Friday comes its gonna be done Monday. Call Chris he says let me find out because Im not there. Call Tim he says let me call Chris even though Tim is at the shop and he can just look at the car! Front desk assistant is not told anything so she never knows what color paint or what car or estimated time of repair. It gives you the feeling that if you never called you would never receive your vehicle. The work they do however is amazing work. I Will recommend, if you dont mind waiting a year for your ride to be finished to try them out.

Chris and his team were nothing but amazing! I was so stressed out about having to leave our family car in the shop. They walked me through everything and I was able to get a rental from my insurance (that I didnt even know I was able to get). Chris truly put our worries to ease. Their work is also amazing! Our Durango looks brand new! And he reassured me that their work was guaranteed if for any reason I was unsatisfied with anything. I would gladly use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I had my first car accident and didnt know the first steps to take. Super Collision walked me through the steps, reassured me and answered all of my questions. There was a lot of anxiety and frustrations with the other partys insurance company. Super Collision assisted in the communication with the claims adjusters. They are very knowledgable . Our limited edition Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo came back in pristine condition. Their customer service and quality of work was great. We are planning on having more custom work done by them. Their standards to detail and integrity are of the highest. We definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of Collision or Custom work. Our Thanks to the staff at Super Collision and Customs!

If you find yourself looking at this shop for auto body repair, RUN!!! We experienced an accident in February on our trip to AZ. We went to Super Collision and Custom with a local friend. We were met by Timothy, who seemed very helpful at first. We told him we were on vacation and would need the car back within a month. He said, no problem, we will have it fixed in a week after insurance approval.Three weeks later, we called from AZ to let them know we would be headed back to Victorville, CA that Friday. Diane at the front said to the effect, we dont have the parts and we have no way of tracking them, the car hasnt been worked on yet! Much to our astonishment and dismay, I asked when the car WOULD be ready. I was told by the next Friday. Were now a week over our vacation. Every inquiry was met with excuses which we believed to be untrue. Such as all the parts were on national, national back order (whatever that is!), we contacted a relative in Illinois who works in a body shop and has for 20 years, he said, Al, I can get all the parts TODAY!Our calls were always met with excuses, cant get the parts and etc.After another almost two weeks we called our insurance company and told them we are being told these people cant get the parts to finish the job. He said, get the car as is and we will fix it in Oregon where you live.I called and was told the next morning, we found the parts, the car will be ready tomorrow by noon (they never release cars until 5pm we were told), the next day, we heard nothing from them, so we went to the shop at 4pm. Oh its almost finished. What a crock!WELL HERE IT IS 2014 AND THE PAINT IS COMING OFF THE CAR, AFTER LESS THAN A YEAR!!!!!! Our insurance agent tried to get Chris (owner) to cover the bill for repairs and their calls were not being returned, so now I have to come up with the money to have the repairs done....YOU MUST find another shop...for your own good! Dont do business here.

We came here to have our boat painted. My husband and I brought it in late March and we were promised by Chris the owner it would be done no later than June 1st. My husband had to get things prepared for the interior mean while our boat was supposed to be getting painted. We have a river trip planned for July 4th. My husband and I drove by the shop everyday and see our boat just sitting there getting rained on and never touched for weeks and weeks at a time. Chris is a huge liar with empty promises. It was so depressing and disappointing to finally get our boat on June 1st with it still never painted. Save your time and money take your car, RV or boat to a shop that will respect deadlines and you as a hard working customer.

I dropped in to get an estimate on painting my truck. There estimate was half the amount that I got from Valley Collision Center. The work was done quickly and I was pleased with how it turned out. Since I didnt have a ride back to the shop, I was picked up by Abe the manager. If I ever need work done again I certainly would return to their shop.Ed RaphaelSilver Lakes

Super Collision was awsome and no I am not an employee of theirs. The Manager Abe really took care of me. He got the insurance company to release a bigger SUV for me to pull my travel trailer since I was using the trailer during a conference. Super Collision went the extra mile to make sure my truck looked like it did when I bought it just 8 months ago. They also had my truck back to me when they said they would. I would and will recommend Super Collision to anyone.

The worst experience ever! These people are shady and crooked. They had my car for over two months and I could never get a straight story from them. I was told on 2 different occasions that my car would be done and when that time came around I didnt hear anything from them. I had to constantly call them for updates on my car as they left me in the dark about what was going on with my car. They would say they were just waiting on one more part and it would be done. Next time I would call it would be another part needed. When they finally told me to come pick up my car because it was ready, it wasnt completely done. They still needed to service my A/C, so I had to come in again. The day I came in I had an appointment with them. They told me it should only take an hour. It took closer to two hours. I had an appointment that day and I ended up almost being late because of them. A couple of weeks later I took my car to the dealership and the service woman there pointed out missing parts under my hood. I told the collision centers manager about it and he said they would need to order them and to give him a list of the missing parts. So I did. After not hearing anything from anyone again the following week I called the dealerships part department and they said the collision center only ordered one part when I still needed a total of five. I went down to the collision center and turns out they only ordered one because my insurance wasnt going to pay for parts that werent damaged and they already had them there because they took them off and never put them back on. They put the parts back on including the one they ordered. After a few days one of the parts they put on wasnt clipped down properly so I had to go back again. Fast forward to 2 months later and my A/C stopped getting cold. So I had to have it serviced costing me $167. A month later it stopped working again and I had to pay $807 to replace the condensor. By this time I have already moved out of state with no possibility of taking it back to them to fix. TOTAL CROOKS!!!!

Let me preface this with saying that if Yelp gave me the ability to give Super Collision Center zero stars, I would.On June 4, 2017, my husband and I were part of a head on collision where the other driver, in the incident, ran through a red light and hit us directly as we were making a left-hand turn. This resulted in our 2015 Honda Pilot being completely destroyed from the front-end and no longer functional. We were referred to Super Collision Center located in Hesperia, California under the guidance of legal counsel. Super Collision Center said that they would return our vehicle to its original condition.This is where our nightmare with Chris began.We received the “repaired” Honda Pilot on July 31, 2017, after almost two months of entrusting our vehicle’s repair to Chris at Super Collision Center. At first, it was a headlight not working properly and then a constant squeak as you drove the Pilot. The horn not working when the car was turned on is what prompted me to return the Pilot to Super Collision Center on August 8, 2017. After debriefing Chris about the list of issues we were experiencing, he said that since Honda signed off on the repairs that it was Honda’s problem and not his. When we first took our car to Chris he basically did anything to get our business. However, it was made clear that Chris nor Super Collision Center would be addressing our concerns on the returned Honda Pilot. Chris’ first lie.The Honda dealer ship determined that in order to repair the issues it would cost $530.46. Furthermore, the Honda dealership concluded that Super Collision Center painted over the surface of the horn, which was not grounded properly either, installed incorrect fasteners, and found missing fasteners. Honda still cannot figure out what Super Collision Center did to my car to cause numerous warning lights to stay on.The story does not end there. Seeking some type of relief for these negligent practices, we took our complaint to consumer affairs and their representative confirmed that Super Collision Center, in fact, used after-market parts instead of the original Honda parts they claimed to have installed. Second lie. All-in-all, my Honda Pilot is in such bad condition that I don’t feel safe driving it anymore. Please do yourself, your car, and your money a favor and stay away from Super Collision Center and Chris.

Don’t leave your car here!I had got an esimate from my insurance and took it to Super Collusion Center they said there was a lot more to be added on the estimate. I asked if they could add in my taillight because it had gotten loose after the hit they said yes it shouldn’t be a problem it’s right by the damage. Never asked them To Lie. I asked questions before leaving my car. I was going through other party’s insurance when I dropped off my car here for repairs on a February 7, 2019. They talk a whole lot to get your business, I had asked if they could repair other parts of my car instead of the rear bumper Cheyenne said Yeah there’s been cases where my boss (Chris) has done that. But when I left my car there it got switched it around I was told we can’t completely ignore what has to be repaired because it’s insurance fraud. So basically they were replacing just my bumper for 1,400. After reading reviews about this place I totally regretted leaving it at this shop. Wish I would’ve read them earlier. February 9, I contacted insurance to stop pay on the check they left. February 11, Monday morning I went to pick up my car 8:30 AM. As I had read on google & Facebook, their shop was closed Saturdays and Sundays. When I arrived I saw my car had not been worked on so I thought it be no issues in getting it out. I was totally wrong. The owner Chris, told Cheyenne we were to be charged $50 per day for storage and that we were getting a discount because normally it is $85 per day. And on top of that $190 administration fees. They charged for THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY MONDAY. I basically gave them free money paying for “storage.” As if I didn’t have a space for my car in my driveway. Why should I have to pay the days that they are closed or even Monday when I was there to pick it up? Read Reviews before you drop off your car here. The price I paid was ridiculous!! They charged me just for not getting any repairs there. And he should go work on cars instead of replying on here. Heard they take months to repair your car. Damn right You can write a review full of lies because you just did. What’s that about how you guys responded to me “we responded” who’s we all y’all together? Surly did not happen. SUPER C CENTER & ITS STAFF WILL NEVER .. what? Never heard that in my life. Honestly. And as you can see he charged me for the phone calls and the 3 times I came into the office so be carful how many times you contact them or show up! Thanks for elaborating :)

After being recently involved in an accident and dealing with my shady insurance company (dont get wawanesa insurance!) I took my car to get it appraised at a few spots in the HD and they wanted it for about a month or so which was way too long for me. Finally, I took my vehicle to get inspected by the crew at super collision center and was helped right away by Timothy. They got my car fixed in about two weeks! When everything was finished my car looked great and was really happy with everything turned out and how exceptional the whole crew and service was. So if youre in the HD area and need your car fixed in a reasonable time frame check out the super collision center!By the way, the receptionist is hot so if I get into another accident soon I really wouldnt mind taking it here again 😂

For starters, I honestly dont know how anyone can write a bad review for Super Collision & Customs. I mean, SURE; it’s all about personal experience, but to say that this is the “worst body shop in the HD”, or that they “held your engine components together with zip ties”….. PLEASE; those are all simply false allegations. I know what a bad body shop looks like, and this surely isn’t one of them. I was recommended to Super Collision by a friend of mine, so as a first-time customer, I didn’t really know what to expect; especially after reading some of these negative internet reviews. But now that my car is entirely finished, it makes me so happy to say that Super Collision & Customs surpassed ALL of my expectations. From the very first day I stepped into the shop, I was well taken care of and felt extremely welcomed by everyone. During the entire process, Chris and Dianna kept in contact with me and practically gave me daily updates onto the completion of my car, which ultimately was very reassuring and helpful. When I arrived to the shop after hearing my car was ready to be picked up, I was SPEECHLESS, to say the least. It looked amazing! So with that being said, it’s an honor to have chosen Super Collision & Customs to work on my car. Their customer service and work ethics undeniably exceed other auto body shops in the HD. I would and WILL recommend anyone & everyone to this body shop, as I can promise you won’t be disappointed! SUPER COLLISION & CUSTOMS FTW!

Super Collisions body shop in Victorville WORSE shop In HD . Dont take your car here. They promised me my car would be done on a certain date and i come to pick it up and they tell me to come in a few days. They have no remorse they just act like nothing is wrong. Anther thing is that they dont communicate with their customers give updates about your car, very poor communication towards the insurance. they actually pushed my car to the front instead of letting me know that my car wasnt working . Very SHADY People. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WARNING... now i have a bill that i have to pay out of my own pockets... Seriously if you need something done you better go somewhere . believe me .
