GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!My son and I were looking for an obscure part for an oil cooler line. We went to 4 different parts shops without any results. As a final attempt to locate the part, we called Broadway Radiator and spoke with Chris (not sure if hes the owner or not?). He advised that he may have that part but to come over and look. Upon our arrival, Chris was courteous and patient as we looked through some of his parts. When we were unable to locate the exact part. Chris examined it and realized we had only needed O-Rings. Not only did he supply us with the O-Rings, but he gave us the retaining clip as well and didnt charge us for anything.Its refreshing to see businesses that are not only courteous and professional, but seemingly to like what they do and genuinely care about helping people. Way to go guys! I will take my vehicle back there any time I need to without hesitation.

Im Elston Electric. I was on moose Junior ROTC Poker Run had a great ride with my brothers and sisters we stopped enjoyed the complimentary coffee and donuts. Charlie helped my mother inlaw out with several issues related to her air conditioning system and was extremely honest and forthcoming with the issues. He gave her options to choose from and helped her choose the best fit for her situation even though it wasnt the most profitable for him and with no pressure to her. I would recommend Broadway Radiator to anybody without hesitation. Give them a chance. You wont be sorry!

I needed a custom A/C hose made for an LS engine swap that I was doing, I tried to get the hose made at other places but no one would do it. I finally was recommended from a local shop to go to Broadway. I took him the vehicle and the hose and dropped off the truck and a couple hours later it was ready to go. Excellent service and very kind and courteous workers!!

They tried several times to repair a persistent upper seam leak on my 88 year old Ford Model A radiator. On the third attempt they completely dismantled it, rodded out the tubes and reassembled it all back together. NO more leaks and it runs a lot cooler. GREAT job!

As a road service mechanic I do my best to get the repairs Im called to via roadside as quickly as possible but never compromising quality work. The outside services I use, example radiator repairs, I use the best. The best is Broadway Radiator in Hesperia, CA. I had a repair yesterday on a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 w/ a 6.7 Cummins diesel, the driver was on his way to St. George, Utah when his custom aluminum radiator developed a leak the size of pencil lead. I removed the radiator and immediately took it to Charlie at Broadway. He had it fixed, pressure tested, cleaned and done in 16 minutes flat. I returned to the truck, installed radiator and had the driver on his way. I started the repair at 8:45 AM, had it running to St.George by 1:15 PM, minus one hour I used to get a tool I had forgotten. Charlie and his crew at Broadway Radiator ARE the best radiator shop in the High Desert.
