Hello everyone here’s a picture of my 2006 Acura Rsx type s I took my car here to get fix the owner was a great man he told me will be done in six months and in six months my car was done they even painted it the color I wanted his assistant was a very nice Great customer service give me updates every week on how my car was doing I definitely would recommend this place to anyone they also fix my mothers car that was in a pretty bad wreck fixing to brand new definitely worth the time definitely recommend to anyone that wants good and honest body work

I was promised a show quality paint job and paid the price that was asked. It was kept for 5 months over the due date. They want it back AFTER its put together for repairs. Unreasonable.Very very disappointed. I would never recommend this shop. I recommend filing with the BBB if you are dis satisfied with the work performed.

My husband and I were rear-ended recently in my Dodge Journey and with the help of the manager at the front desk, I was able to get a quick estimate after taking it in. Another shop told me they were too busy to take a full look and not to worry since there was no “visible damage”. Dunn Rite took the time to look under my car and find there was in fact more damage than could meet the eye. They were fair in their pricing, helping me work with not only my insurance but the responsible parties insurance as well. I am so grateful for their time and work on my car. I highly recommend.

Ive a tendency to crash Cars. Ive taken a few to Dunn Rite. Pete and his staff are easily the most relatable people Ive ever dealt within this business and like I said I crash cars. Its the kind of place that makes you look good when you refer it to friends Ive referred a few friends to Dunn Rite. Each of them were more than happy. Its the kind of place where youre gonna get a straight shot.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this place needs it! Took my car to get fixed, they took so long to finish the repairs and give me the car back. We had to keep calling them because they would say that they would give us a call back when the manager returned from lunch and we would never actually receive a call back. When I did finally receive my car back the alignment was SO BAD. When my boyfriend got dropped off to pick up the car, they informed my boyfriend that the battery was dead and asked if he had one on hand, like really who just carries a car battery with them? Really don’t recommend this place to anyone, plus it was not cheap.

I got body work done and repainted my 2004 Honda. I am happy with the work that was done !! The staff was friendly and the service was completed in a reasonable time frame . I definitely recommend Dunn Rite !

This place is horrible. It was even through my insurance. Very small job! They still kept it for over 3 months and would never get back to me when it was returned it was never even complete! It’s a chop shop!!!!!

Owner is very shady. Wrong parts, 4 months of waitting. He fried my engine and gave a loaner that was stolen. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. receptionist is rude and owner has no shop license. THIS IS A CHOP SHOP NOT A BODY SHOP. now I get to have my engine replaced when there was nothing wrong. Owner is a bad business man

I recommend this place to others. No need to shop around just go straight to Dunn Rite collisions and theyll help you out and hook you up!!!

Spent 5500 here. Repaint, mount fenders, fix radiator supports, battery cage, interior sound proofing, some lighting. 6mo and 1000 miles later: paint is starting to flake; hood mounts are falling off; light wiring super shoddy; replacing those super cheap fender mounts (rear left was flopping). Soundproofing wasnt applied correctly (laid with no heat and no roller), pulling it and redoing it.

Dont take ur car here, the owner will just let anyone that comes in for it, pick it up, without signing for it or anything. Thats what happened when i left my lexus there to have wk done on it. Not only did they not have it signed for, when i said im filing a police report then cuz u just confirmed my car was stolen, the owner hung up on me! Didnt help at all. Wouldnt give me information on my car and was rude to boot. Id advise not bringing ur car here. The owner is shady and doesnt run a business, he runs a chop shop! After this review im reporting him to the better business bureau and ne1 else who will listen and do sumthing about it.

Place is shady, owners dishonest and allows vehicles to be taken without showing any ID, much less signed for at all. So my car was stolen from here n the owner just handed over the key and then said, i dont know who it was

When they finally finished the work after weeks of delay, they presented me with an account with $ 500 more, something I never authorized or even told me before, claiming that the work was already done and that they wanted the extra or otherwise They did not return my car. After calling the police and lawyers who can not do anything against these people, only in court (but that takes a lot of time) I had to negotiate and pay extra to get my car back, without warranty and with missing parts of the I did not realize until days later. I tried to talk to the agent of that company who treated me and tell me how badly I was treated by the owner, but they told me that person does not work there anymore ...Do not use the services of that company and warn your acquaintances not to fall for the lies and lack of integrity of these people who claim to do their Done Right work.Warning Warning Warning ⚠️This is the worst company Ive ever come across in my life. After the work on my vehicle was completed (after weeks of delay) they presented me with a bill that was $ 500 more than what was discussed and approved! I tried to get in contact with the person who prepared the estimate and handled the paperwork to tell him how terrible my experience had been and how bad the owner had treated me but he told me that the person no longer worked there. Please do not use any services that this company provides and please warn your families and friends as well. No one deserves to be treated this way and fall into the traps set by these deceiving people who lack integrity.
