Even though the pandemic and Covid is still around. It didn’t stop Caliber Collision from getting my car done in a timely matter! 5 stars for them because I would receive updates from them on what needed to be done on my car and when it would be done by! Very fast, efficient and professional with their work! They made it very easy on my end to do business with them!

I unfortunately got in an accident that left my back bumper damage to where I could not drive my car. I actually had an appointment with another shop that wanted me to do multiple appointments before they would take my car in to be repaired. Because my bumper was rubbing against my tire I didnt feel safe driving it back and forth to appointments so I got fed up and called caliber collision who was able to take me in. My appointment somehow got erased from their system but they were still able to see me. Jose was extremely friendly and down to earth. He helped me with the process and even came in on a Saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. I ended up getting my car back before the time they originally quoted me.

My beautiful “pineapple princess” car was hit while parked in front of my house, completely damaged and not drivable. I thought she was a goner, but a month and a few days later, she was completely fixed!!! 🍍🍍🍍

I brought my car here after I was hit by someone who ran a red light. Wonderful staff and service! They sent me updates about my car nearly every day, and it was even ready for pickup ahead of schedule. My car looks great and I can’t tell that there was any damage! They lack communication with the customer. My vehicle was delayed 3 weeks and when I finally got it back yhe first time the air bag lights was on, a clip was missing from a molding and my windshield was broken. They made it seemed like it was my fault. When I got it back the second time they did not take out the clips for my rear seat belts from under my seat and Jonathan sent me a video expecting me to do it myself. They are extremely unprofessional. I am dealing with a family emergency and I am stranded with out my rear seat 3 hours away from my house. My vehicle is unsafe for my kids thanks to them. I am so frustrated with myself for picking this body shop to do my vehicles repair. I am still missing another part that according to them is on back order which now I think they are just lying. If you want your repairs done right, dont go with them. Not once gave I gotten a call back from a manager like I have requested. I have been so patient with their unprofessionalism. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Do not trust day of completion, just know it will take longer. Told car would be ready 6/2, did not pick up until 6/10. No one but my specific contact knew what was happening with my car and was told they would find out and get back to me or have my contact get back to me, of which no one did. I would have to call back. I was given excuses and apologies from contact person because of personal problems in his life.I give 3 stars because my car looks great but I have only had it 4 days. Also, given lifetime guarantee on work and paint. The people doing the body work did a great job, it just took what seemed like forever and this was do to trying to cut corners (in my opinion) by not ordering OEM parts.

Had my truck there for insurance, Karen was very rude, and lacked customer service. Was thinking of having insurance right me a check and when I informed her she got very rude and told me that they are there to repair vehicles not write estimates.

Lady who took my estimate was trying to make things worse off then they were as caliber collisions were the third opinion of the day and the lady kept insisting that I had put the car back together wrong and it was just a weird experience. Go to sunshine auto body much more professional personable and knowledgeable.

I got my car back after a month of it being gone, and it turns out the tape on the car was still messed up. On top of this, my emblem is still missing and Julia is super rude and gets aggressive for literally a question.

Lady is rude wouldnt take any car to this place

I will only trust Caliber Collision to bring my vehicles back to newly remodel settings after accidents. Ive been coming here for over 7 years, and no one ever knows that any of my vehicles have every been in accidents. They think that I keep my vehicles in mint condition thanks to Caliber Collisions.

First fix after accident was faster then expected, however they ended up calling to let me know there was a recall on parts they had used, theyd come get the car fix and return it, approx.3-4 hours to make this right. They closed shop, never called me, never brought back the car, so I guess I am now taking a third day off work to get this fixed since no one answered when I called. Guess they are keeping the car overnight???

They skip over damage that was supposed to be repaired . My sensors now don’t work and my insurance All state ( garbage!) is saying I have to pay for a diagnostic fee from chevy. None of their notes say the cars side sensor was off and we called them after we picked up the car right away to let them know this . I will never use the caliber company again life time warranty is bull.

Too bad, Carlos transferred.A few weeks ago in March, a man hit my four months old Nissan Sentra also in the rear bumper, but much worse than the small dent that my daughter did on My Mercedes Benz. This time, I was taken care of Robert Pate. He was the repair advisor. Robert was good.The office staff Cristian, Claudia and cutie pie, Julie all Spanish speaking Latinas and that is a big plus because Spanish is the second largest spoken language in North America. All of them were great. There was only one minor setback. A technician forgot to replace my car decal on the bumper, but Claudia took care of it. I highly recommend the location of Caliber Collision.

Limited involvement with these guys, but after them having to take over for another hack job by another shop, these guys came and took it over and took it to another level. Even three years after they finished the job !

I was finally able to get with the right person. I was getting my damages repair at the bear valley location at first. I had many complications at the bear valley location appearing more scratches inside and outside in my brad new car and dents. Believe me bumper was popping out and they place silicon glue on my bumper I had to go back many times and still job was not getting done. I had to actually complaint to my insurance about how careless they were.Until they Referred me to this location. I can say I’m the most happiest person of how well the job was done. I have been bringing my personal and business vehicles to Caliber for many years now, and have always received outstanding service. They have always been timely and communicative.

Helpful and professional

Brought my car to them for repairs. When it was time to pick up my car I came across a new dent on the car next to were the original damages were. I told them that they created this dent and need to fix it. They seemed hesitant to repair but realized that it was their mistake. I cant believe no one manned up to there mistake that they made the dent. They were ready to give me my car back to me with new damages. Not a honest company. They did fix it and drove the car to my house.

Excellent service, communication, and value. My beautiful purple baby was hit while parked, and the staff communicated with me on an almost daily basis about the progress towards restoring her beauty. I needed to have some upkeep done on the paint because my baby is parked in the sprinklers at work on occasion, and they color-sanded and returned her better than I brought her in, for half of what I was told just a few months prior by a different Caliber Collision office. Dont go anywhere else, youll be satisfied. And if not, theyre a national chain and will make it right no matter what. Love them!

My car was taken to Caliber Collision after it was hit on the freeway. Ashley and Sam were very kind, attentive, and thorough. Sam did an outstanding job of keeping me up-to-date on needed repairs and was able to get my car done ahead of schedule. He took care of everything like I imagine he’d do for his own family. It’s apparent that they hold themselves to a high standard and take pride in what they do. I’m very grateful!

I have used this Caliber location before. They do awesome work. Sam kept us informed on the progress of our car and what was being done with it. All of the employees are very helpful and professional. I would recommend this Caliber for any repair work needed for your vehicle.

I have had to take my car in to Caliber Collision three times within the last year unfortunately. But I will say they make an unpleasant experience very pleasant. All the staff is amazing and go above and beyond to take care of your needs. I have never had to bring my car back after they fixed it and they always do an amazing job.
