The best service Ive ever had they promised me they were going to have my 2021 Tracer LE travel trailer done by a certain time and they did!. Perfect timing quick and the work is excellent quality they definitely up to the name. They even installed higher quality stabilizer Jacks than the manufacturers Themselves and also fix a couple minor issues that I didnt even claim on my insurance like I said best quality best place for all auto repair Im a ever satisfied customer and will always recommend Quality Auto Body and Paint as my #1 Richard did all the repairs talk to Rich he can get anything done.

When asking for an estimate their first question was is this insurance or out of pocket (out of pocket). When I told them I would supply a tailgate for paint I was immediately told we dont do that. Not even a lets take a look at it.

Went in to get a quote on painting my front bumper and repairing some fiberglass work. The woman at the front desk said “we kinda don’t like to do after market parts because it kinda messes with the stuff”What ever that bogus answer is supposed to mean I’m not sure but apparently if you have after market parts go somewhere else or you’ll kinda mess with the stuff.

Everyone was super nice and extremely informative, I will definitely go back for other services. Very nice family.

Took my car in to get my front bumper repainted. They did an excellent job! My car has a specific white metallic pearl color and they color matched it perfectly. The bumper looks brand new, would definitely recommend. The service and communication throughout was amazing.

Read this place had a lot of great reviews so I decided to bring in my car. Cynthia in the front desk was very kind and professional. My auto claim paperwork was a bit confusing so she went ahead and called to have everything straightened out. Took about a week to get my car back which seemed quick considering I brought it in before the 4th of July weekend. When I went to pick it up, my car was being cleaned and disinfected. Had taken my car to get a dent on the drivers side door taken out and I am beyond pleased with the results. My car looks as though nothing happened to it! I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone.

I had gotten what I had thought was a scratch on my truck, so I decided to take it around to see pricing for getting the paint fixed. The first place I had went to had qouted me 600 bucks they stated they needed to take off the whole panel and it was slightly dented and they would charge me for that repair as well to which I stated I wanted to look around. I had taken it to a second shop who said they can fix the paint on it but would cost $300-400 (they didnt mention taking off the panel). Lastly I took my truck here to Quality Auto, I had told her I wanted to get a quote for my truck she ( Cynthia the owner) had come outside to see the truck and very quickly she was honest and upfront and stated it was just a paint transfer and that there appeared to be no scratches to metal or even scratches. She called her Husband out and he looked at it went inside to get a cloth with some liquid on it and boom the paint job looked good ss new in a matter of less than a minute. I am very grateful for honest people like Cynthia and her husband in these hard and crazy times. I will be taking my car over to them soon as well. They got a loyal customer in me.

From the beginning, the receptionist Cynthia was very helpful and knowledgeable, I was having issues with the at fault insurance company ( they where playing hard ball, and I was having many issues dealing with them)I informed Cynthia about my issues, and she took the reigns, she got the ball rolling QUICK. Awesome!My wife brought her car in because the door handle came off. Richard came out and fix the handle right there. On top of his quick service he was generous enough to not charge her for putting the handle back on. We called the day before they gave us a quote which was a great price already because the dealership wanted double what they were asking. I bought an older van to make pick-ups & deliveries with. it had a few small problems that needed to have fixed. Most other body shops didnt want to be bothered with little a project like mine. Quality Auto (Richard) didnt make me feel I was wasting his time. My drivers side door wouldnt open all the way because the fender was pushed up against the door, instead of trying to sell me a new fender, he asked if I wanted to spend that much to make the van look pretty, he suggested he could pull the fender away from the door so it could open. He pulled the fender away, it works great & doesnt look bad either. I also had a sliding door on the passenger side that wouldnt open from the outside. Richard looked it over & found all that was wrong was a lose screw in the door lock. He also installed a new side mirror for me. I was on my way in less than an hour & the cost was a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. if I ever need anything done again to any of my vehicles, Quality Auto Body is where Im going. I Highly Recommend them.

This place is AMAZING! They did a flawless job after our Jeep was wrecked by another driver. The color is the exact same shade, the panels and lines all match up perfectly and they were so quick! FANTASTIC customer service and excellent work. I took my car in for some body work a couple weeks ago and not only did they help me through car insurance bottlenecks and they even went above and beyond and made touch-ups to other little areas that were unrelated, just a little extra time of theirs. Very reasonable, generous and strong auto body shop that I highly recommend! Throughout the entire process (few days) they were transparent about all work that was being done and made sure I felt comfortable. Richard and Cynthia in the office are wonderful with what they do and will make you want to come back...well not unless you have too. =)

I had these guys do alot of work on my 1995 GMC Sierra. They did the work that none of the other places wouldnt even think about doing. They changed out my 2 doors (extremelydifficult on this year vehicle), put on new bumpers, and did alot of painting and dent removal. I have gone to Quality Auto Body & Paint Shop several times now and they have not let me down. They do excellent work. I can tell they take pride in their work. They care about what they do. I have an Infiniti G37 and she is my pride and joy. The times I have had scratches on my bumper or a ding on the side of my car, they fixed it to make it look brand new again. They also worked on my wifes Mercedes and you would never tell she scratched up her front bumper. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. P.S. they also gave me great prices for their work. That is what originally brought me to them.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Richard is very nice and you can tell you genuinely wants to help you out. I went there to fix some rattling inside my car, and the bottom detail on the bottom of the passenger side exterior was bulging out for some reason. It only took them a few hours to get everything fixed and I’m really happy with the results. Plus, the price was really fair. I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future issues.

My Tundra had a 1000 pound granite slab crash into the cab taking out the front part of the bed, the cab window and the panel below. I was paying this out of pocket so I was shopping around for a good price. I had 3 quotations and this company was the lowest by 40% to 80%. I talked to Richard and I was confident they would do a good job, and yes they did. Very satisfied with the time they took and the quality of the repair. I have my truck back to normal and saved a lot of cash.

I recently was in an accident in my Cadillac CTS and the other driver ripped my whole back bumper off including minor side damage to the back end. Richard and Cynthia were more than helpful and very professional to work with. Richard&Cynthia quoted my estimate and was very reasonable, accurate & compromising. When I received my car back my Wife and I were more than happy with their professional work and detail. It looked brand new again and the back side that was damaged, you couldnt even tell it had work done to it..and most importantly it matched the black paint perfectly!! Another professional perk, I had no intention on washing my car before I dropped it off, given it was going to be worked on...when I pulled up to pick up my car, they had their employee giving it a good cleaning before giving it back to us...talk about QUALITY! It says it all in their name, I would most definitely recommend Quality Auto Body and Paint to anyone and definitely go back to them in the future if needed.

Awful customer service. Went in to get my car looked at and they wouldnt even take a look at it. They told me to leave my car there and they would take a look at it during the weekend. I guess I was suppose to walk home. I went out of my way to see them but it was a complete waste of my time.

Understanding & willing to work with you.I experienced terrible customer service from my insurance company... they took DAYS to get ahold of. I had to pay for my rental out of pocket & was told it would take 3 days. But because my insurance didnt respond until AFTER the weekend, I had the rental for 10 days total.Cynthia & Richard at Quality Auto Body & Paint Shop were super helpful & understanding. I was able to pick up my car & they helped me out with the rental... and we worked out a payment plan for the expenses I couldnt afford due to a misunderstanding with my insurance company.They even rushed to make sure I could pick up my car before I had work & wouldnt have to have the rental an extra day. Got In an accident In December and as a car enthusiast with a few mods I thought my car would never look the same. On top of that this was my first accident at 19 years old so I wasnt quite sure how to go about this. One quick phone call and they took care of everything and I mean everything! So last week I had a bad accident on the free way and my car took a huge amount of damage. Now anyone that knows me, knows that my car is my baby and I was devistated. I just moved here from the east coast and I had no clue where to go or who to see that was going to make me feel like my baby was in good hands. Even though Im just in the beginning stages of my car getting fixed I couldnt wait to let everyone know my experience so far. I didnt have to drop my rv off until the parts were there which was very convenient. It took them less than a week to make the repairs and it looks like new again.
