I took my truck in recently to have the top repainted. When I got it back, the windshield leaked. It was obvious they removed the windshield to do the job, but they denied removing it. Wow. I was even told by other places that the windshield had to be removed. Sad they cant do a follow up and make it right. Once you leave the lot, youre on your own.

Had corrosion and rust on my 2007 Mustangs core support and hood due to buying it used near Huntington Beach. Out of all the body shops I went to in The High Desert, these guys were the only ones that wanted to save my hood for hundreds less instead replacing it.This being my first car that I worked hard for, and my first time getting body work done, I was real nervous at first getting estimates. But these guys made me feel at home. Their pricing was so much more reasonable,fair, and straightforward compared to others, especially since this was out of pocket.Super nervous leaving my car at first to get the work done, but I can tell they took good care of the vehicle and even washed it the day it was ready. Was so happy to finally have a smooth hood and rust free core support.Few more things I need to get done on the car, but I feel confident and happy to know I found a place I can rely and trust in the High Desert. These guys are going to be my go to place for my future bodywork needs. They are simply amazing people and Ill reccomend everyone to go here first and foremost.

Absolutely recommend this place! Carlos, Valerie, and the entire team were so professional and went out of their way to help me get the lowest cost on my auto repairs. They helped so much every step of the way including dealing with my insurance for me so it was as stress free as possible. My car had front passenger side damage and CARS made it look brand new again. Highly recommend and will be back for all future needs.

This place is awesome. The service is excellent. It had been a long time since I had to deal with calling in a claim and such and they took care of everything for me. They called the insurance and made sure the claim was filed. Even though it had been a holiday week they still finished my car in time and did a great job. Their service has a lifetime guarantee which is awesome.

This is the best place around with the best prices. I went to two other places and came here. The owner offered to do the work on my car $800 cheaper than the lowest estimate I go. The body work was great - it looked brand new and it was finish two days ahead of time. The whole staff is great, warm and friendly. I would recommend the place to anyone and everyone!!

Extremely helpful and very understanding these guys took care of me within 10 minutes after I called. I should have brought my car to them originally. I will definitely bring it to them if I need something again.

Last May 2018, I got hit on the rear left side of my 2-year-old Mazda 6 by a stolen run away car that was going more than 85 miles per hour in town, while two police vehicles were chasing it. How disappointed I was when my insurance decided that they would pay me about $6000 to fix the car. Upon finding Collision Auto Repair Specialists on Yelp, Carlos, the owner, did not need to hear me complete my story like I did here above. This smart entrepreneur immediately guessed what was frustrating me, and for the sake of fairness, offered to revise my insurance’s estimates, and put together a more realistic list of inevitable expenses. Which he did, free of charge, and within 48 hours! The insurance company accepted Carlos’s well-documented counter-estimate, accepted to total my damaged Mazda 6, and gave me a check for more than $16000 to buy another car. Carlos runs a large and busy, yet neat and well-organized shop on the tip of his skillful fingers.

Rude and untrustworthy, Carlos is not only NOT a man of his word, even what little paperwork he does is not valid. He pads his estimates and does not perform the work indicated. I will be taking this up with my insurance company. There are so many other great shops around (Sonshine, and any dealer) this was an unbelievably bad choice! This shop does not rate a single star but I cant post without it. The shop is way too hard up for money and promises the world but cannot deliver.
