They help me out with my car when I had an issue they picked it up they gave me prompt service and I was quite satisfied with the overall experience

Very nice shop and friendly staff! They are very knowledgeable and thorough with there work. The work they do is amazing, clean, and most importantly on time! The guy who helped me was very nice, also answered all my questions, and was professional. They worked with my insurance and made it feel simple and effortless. I believe Omar was his name, 5 star star service for sure 👍!!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend 1st certified collision center. They did a phenomenal job on my 2015 Honda Civic and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied. Josh was such a big help with constantly updating me with the current status of my vehicle. I’m so happy with the final product, thank you so so much!

UPDATE: The company contacted me and totally took care of the problem. Apparently they guarantee their work for life but for some reason the guy we dealt with never informed us of that fact. This time I dealt with Josh and he handled everything quickly, without any BS, and to my complete satisfaction. There was no awkwardness at all. He made me feel totally comfortable. My opinion of them is now completely reversed and I would have no problem taking any of my cars to them again.This is what happens to their paint job a year or two later. First, the paint starts to lift and then theres a little bubble and then the paint flakes off in the wind and the paint underneath doesnt look like it was properly prepared. And then when you take it in and show it to them, they say theyll find out what they can do for you and give you a call but you never hear from them, and when you call them to follow up, they never call you back. But they sure are happy to see you when you first walk in with all that insurance money, and they sure do beg you to give them the highest rating on their follow-up survey, and of course you do it because you havent found out yet what a lousy job they did. Needless to say, will never use them again.

They did a great job on the truck where someone backed into it and left. Looks new. Very pleasant staff with which to work.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! I was surprised that they were able to fix only the areas that were damaged while blending it with the entire car. It looked like the entire car was painted. I didnt notice any apparent damage. The car looked INCREDIBLE & I was 150% satisfied & happy! They even gave me a free car wash! The customer service was outstanding from all the staff & Josh! The text message updates & phone calls kept my mind at ease. They even completed the repair 2 days faster than originally projected! I reccomend 1st Certified Collision Centers as the # 1 auto body repair shop! The people at Collision Craft are the best at what they do, very professional and accommodating. When my car was in a wreck Miguel offered to stay open past closing time until my car could get there. They keep you up to date at all times with the repair through text messages and take the hassle out of dealing with the insurance companies.I highly recommend them.

Had my car fixed here, super polite, nice clean building. When something went wrong with my car a few months later they were super helpful, lift time warranty on anything they work on.

I just want to put it out there that this body shop does not have time to work on small repairs. I left them a bumper to paint with no needed repairs and they could not even get it started. After weeks had gone by i called to see if it had even been started and they would keep telling me that they will start it next week. After two months of being patient with them i called and they said it will be put into the paint department. After two more weeks went by in hopes that they would call me that it was done i decided to just go pick it up and take to another body shop. When i went to pick it up guess were it was?? It was in the floor department. What i mean by the floor department is the bumper that i had waited so loooong for was literally on the floor next to some other bumpers and it had been there so long that now it had a funny shape to it. ( Because plastic when left in the heat will move into a different shape. ) You think they would know if you put a plastic bumper cover on the floor itwill do this. I guess Collision Craft only has time for the jobs that are paying big bucks.

George Sioss (Owner/previous owner?) did a masterful job on wifes 89 Toyota Cressida. However, I trusted him & his staff with my 68 GT-500. Orders were: Only George & shop manager were to drive the car.When I picked the car up, the office secretary said, So YOURE the owner of that red mustang the guys KEPT DRIVING UP AND DOWN THE STREET. = NO trust = NO more work. Keep your people in check, dude.

Bad service and the customer service was terrible, the person that rights the estimates lied to me and my insurance company. I would not recommend this company at all.
