My Kitchen and Bath did a very fine job of remodeling a bathroom for us. We chose to go with them because of their professional response to our request for a proposal, the reasonableness of their estimate, and their willingness to do the necessaries to begin and end the work according to our schedule. Bob Bulgar, the project manager, was usually present on site to supervise the work. The few times when issues/questions arose and Bob wasn’t here, he responded immediately to our texts, and, if we needed to see him in person, he arrived within 30 minutes or less. Never once, from the time we asked for a proposal until the project was finished, did Bob or any of the company employees fail to respond promptly, courteously, and satisfactorily to our requests or questions. In other words, we are very pleased with the new bathroom My Kitchen and Bath built for us and, perhaps more importantly, equally pleased with how they handled themselves throughout the project.

From the first day we met with Josh we loved all the ideas he had for our kitchen and was able to get us a design the same day. After we agreed and picked our materials they quickly helped us get our permits and got started as soon as possible. Bob, John, and Josh were involved throughout the whole process, checked in on the progress, shared updates, and always happily answered any questions. The installation team was also great, they were friendly and efficient. We are really grateful to have chosen this team to do our kitchen remodel. Get ready to get bent over and stuffed with non stop change orders. You pay them to manage the project, but the PM will be a ghost. There is no quality control check during renovation. We brought several potential issues to their attention so they could account for measurements, nope, didnt listen to us, now one of the appliance they installed sticks out and doesnt align with the cabinets they installed. Expect to pay $20-30k more than the original quote.

My wife and I talked to 4 different kitchen contractors before selecting My Kitchen and Bath of Herndon. We had an extensive renovation in mind that included removing a load bearing wall and reconfiguring an exterior wall by removing a sliding glass door and a single window and replacing it with 3 counter height windows and a standard door.The short story is that of the 4 contractors we talked to, one tried to design a kitchen without visiting the house, a second really didn’t want to talk to us at all, the third gave us advice that wasn’t asked for and was wrong, and My Kitchen and Bath listened to what we wanted to do and gave us a design that we liked.We finalized our contract for the renovation in early April of 2020 which gave us some challenges. Applying for permits and receiving them wasn’t easy. Also adding to the challenge was that My Kitchen and Bath was only one of three contractors working on site, so coordinating the work was interesting. Work started in early May. It was a long road and don’t fool yourself, everyone hits a point at least once where you say “what have I gotten myself into?” Throughout the project we worked through the issues and problems and at the end we have a kitchen that is truly stunning. Thanks to My Kitchen and Bath and the entire crew!

My experience with Josh and the team from My Kitchen and Bath was an absolute pleasure. Josh and the entire team exemplify customer service. They are incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive, even though the work they performed for me was most likely a smaller job for them than others. Regardless, they treated me even better than I would have expected if I was spending far more. Additionally, they went out of their way to accommodate changes for me based on a last minute decision on my part to select a different appliance that affected the cabinetry measurements. The installation crew was prompt, friendly, maintained as immaculate of an environment as could have been possible, but above all, were exceptionally talented. The entire installation was flawless and looks incredible. Josh and the rest of the team maintained regular communication throughout the process and were regularly onsite during the installation to ensure that I was satisfied.

I was planning to get our kitchen remodeled and replace the entire floor area as we have couple of cracked tiles, badly damaged. My friend suggested this company so we gave them a call. We called multiple times but seems like the line isn’t working. Calls wont go through and you can’t leave them a message. Hopefully they could fix this issue or they’ll be losing potential clients.

I purchased a fixer upper that ended up needing a lot more fixing than expected. I had multiple estimates and did a lot of research on local remodeling companies. I felt an instant connection with My Kitchen & Bath from the moment the designer came to our home for our complementary estimate. The designer I worked with was John, who listened to everything I wanted and was really able to build what I wanted from the floor up. We decided to go with My Kitchen & Bath because the trust was there. We felt confident that the team was going to accomplish exactly what we wanted, and they did! Not only did we remodel the kitchen, we also redid the entire first floors flooring to porcelain tile that looks like wood. I never had any complaints. The crew was super professional. My Kitchen and Bath promised to create my dream master bathroom when I visited their showroom in Herndon. John was the first person who I spoke to. He is so kind and honest. He answered all my questions without thinking a second. He was so helpful while I was finalizing the materials for my bathroom. The crew (Walter and George) have turned my bathroom into a luxurious room fit for five star hotels. The shower walls stand out so well with the beautiful border tile. The estimates provided were very accurate and detailed. It was so affordable that I only ended up using a slight proportion of my extra savings. They werent the cheapest option though.Another thing I want to point out is the way that the My Kitchen and Bath team thoroughly cleans the work area once they are done with the construction. I was thoroughly impressed by this. They wiped everything down after they complete the project. I am so glad that I hired this team for this project and I recommend everyone in the area can contract their services too.

Getting my kitchen remodeled was a breeze with MKB. Cemil did an amazing job working up a design for me; I was in love with the finishing outcome. Plus, it was nice working with Mo and his team as they managed the day to day process of our renovation. I asked many questions and Mo didnt seem bothered by it at all, he was a great help. I’ve saved up money for almost ten years and decided that I shouldn’t spend any of that money unless it was to start remodeling my home since nothing has been updated since the early 90’s. I had trouble finding a company that l was fulfilled with until my neighbor asked me to stop by her home which was being remodeled and showed me the work being done. Enough to say i was in shock when I saw the kitchen completely finished. Right then, I called and scheduled for an estimate. I was very hesitant at first but the design turned out amazing! (thanks to Cemil) Once the project started, technicians arrived early morning and were very professional and work oriented. My powder room and master bathroom was completed and it looks great! My kitchen and hall bathroom are next!

They changed our floor, cabinets, countertop, backsplash and added recessed lights. They had numerous material options. We were very satisfied with what we got.Our designer, Cemil was very helpful during the design process and was realistic with us about what would/would not work based on the space we had to work with.. My kitchen and bath team was very responsive to our emails for questions and concerns. Even about the smallest change, they kept us posted.They were on the contract schedule and completed the project 1 week earlier than what said on the contract.The workers were on the job each day from start to finish. They were very helpful, respectful and nice. Every morning, they covered the floor and the walls with plastics and blankets and at the end of the they cleaned all related areas. They were always on time. Craftsmanship was excellent. I felt very comfortable during the project. They also took care of little things that were not required but made the look complete.We are very happy with our new kitchen and would recommend My kitchen and Bath to any and all who ask!
