Ive used Euro Stone Craft for two kitchen counter projects (one of them is in the picture below). They are the utmost professionals. They were fast, fitting into our aggressive schedules and their quality is high. Their design team was thoughtful about cutting the stone to maximize the beauty of the slabs I selected. The installers were respectful of my home and ensured the installation were flawless. For one project, one of the owners came out personally to double check measurements by hand because they had just started using a new tool and he wasnt quite sure it was right. I really appreciated his high standards. Their prices were also really competitive, too. Id use them again for my next project.

I struggle as to how many stars I should give the work done to upgrade our counter tops. The installation team was 5 stars. The counter tops are lovely. The finished product is definitely 1 star. If you look in the upper right corner of the photo the back splash was not correctly completed. There is a back and forth between Shawn and my husband regarding the reasoning. In obtaining quotes prior to using EuroStone Craft the customer service people that visited our home were very helpful in envisioning how to proper finish off the work with the back splash. Based on the fact that I was not able to attend the original consultation Shawn apparently did not have this discussion with my husband. So now we are stuck with this back splash. Shawn tried to fix the problem by sending a new back splash but it was cut in two pieces therefore creating more seams. He told us it was not cost effective, to him, to have a whole piece cut because it was our fault. He did say he would contact us when there would be a piece available. It is a popular design that may make another piece available to us at some point. I only chose to use Euro Stone Craft not because they were the most cost effective but because COSTCO contracted through them. Please keep in mind COSTCO has superior customer satisfaction.We look forward to working with Shawn to correct this issue. At that point I will update you, the consumer, with the end result.Update 2/10/21 Out new back splash was installed today. It looks much better. Shawn kept his work to ensure that we were happy with the end result. Thank you!

While remodeling our kitchen we needed to find granite to match our existing countertops. I emailed a photo to Euro Stone Craft and they found a slab. The process from start to finish was smooth. Seen in the photo, the granite on the new peninsula is a perfect match! In addition they joined two sections of existing countertop for their new location and the seam is invisible. Excellent experience all around!

We were in the market for a counter top and happened to pass by. They got us taken care of extremely well and rather quickly. We chose Euro Stone Craft after selecting our granite from a local wholesaler. They did a wonderful job fabricating and installing countertops for our kitchen, wine bar, and master bath even though we were more than 100 miles away.The attention to detail from measuring to layout to installation was fantastic. Seams were minimized during layout, and disappeared during installation. All cutouts were perfect the first time, including several outlets in large pieces of back splash.We would definitely recommend Shawn and his team!

Euro Stone created the Silestone and Dekton countertops for our kitchen remodel two years ago. Their products and service turned out to be one of the few bright spots in what was otherwise a very distressing experience. The selection of products in their showroom was dazzling and would have been overwhelming had Tracy Janiak, the showroom manager, not been so good at suggesting choices that would work for best for our project. The countertops were beautifully fabricated and skillfully installed, continue to meet our expectations for aesthetics and durability and we are delighted with our purchase to this day.Fast forward about eighteen months and the wood top of a counter-height bookcase that was constructed as part of the remodel was warping. It was under warranty and the builder agreed that the top needed to be replaced. For a variety of reasons, we decided our best option was to replace it with a slab of Silestone to match our perimeter countertops. Upon visiting Euro Stone, we learned that a piece of that Silestone had just been left over from another project and was the perfect size for our bookcase. However, this was early March, right before everything was shut down due to COVID-19. Before the stone could be cut and installed, the bookcase had to be measured. That could not be done until the old wood top was removed by the builder and COVID delayed that step until the end of June. But Tracy had offered to hold the Silestone (with a reasonable deposit) until we were ready to move forward and, sure enough, Euro Stones technician came out to measure within 48 hours after the wood top was removed. It was then that we realized the bookcase had been so poorly constructed that installation would be a challenge because it was so off-level. I had lots of questions at that point and everyone at Euro Stone with whom I spoke went out of their way to recommend the best solution. The Silestone was installed about a week later - beautifully - and looks better than the original top. We could not be happier.I would not hesitate to recommend Euro Stone to anyone in need of their products and services. Their product selection is great, their workmanship is beautiful and the technicians with whom weve interacted have been skilled professionals. And, perhaps most important, their customer service is excellent - a real rarity these days.

After considerable shopping, I went to Euro Stone Craft to view their offerings. Their selections were unique and gave me a opportunity to reflect my personality in the kitchen I was having remodeled. I selected a quartzite that has a flowing pattern like a river and gives my kitchen a special look. It has enhanced my enjoyment of the kitchen and drawn numerous compliments. I also used my selection on a tall kitchen table with stools which tied everything together. Euro Stone Craft offered excellent customer service and I would highly recommend that you check them out!

The variety and quality of the material was excellent. I appreciated the one on one service from the experts on site who were able to take my “vision” and show me my options in material and in cost. I was able to select the perfect solution for my kitchen, and was able to utilize more of the same stone slab to create half wall capstones and in the deep window well trim (not a window seat but an area to put plants and decor). Looked really great compared to a painted trim piece, and tied the family room in with the kitchen. The site survey used laser measurements and the installation was timely, professional, and beautiful.

I decided 10 days before a Christmas party that I wanted a new kitchen island counter - Home Depot could not deliver- but EuroStone made it happen! I chose Dekton which had just come to the market and EuroStone had a great selection and knowledge on this new product. The process was efficient and affordable. A few years later, I changed the outer perimeter counters to Quartz and again returned to EuroStone. They were able to remove the old counter without damaging my backsplash - I was so impressed. I had a very specific floor (black and white - European looking..not diner!) and a green island - yes, it sounds crazy, but she pulled it together and it looks like it came out of a magazine. 2 years later, it still looks amazing and we love it!

Euro Stone Craft measured, cut and installed my kitchen countertop, and they did a great job! They were on time and very professional. My father in law was here at the time of measure and thought the laser technology that they used was amazing, it also give them exact tight measurements which means less caulking. I have been in the Kitchen business for almost ten years, Euro Stone Craft is still my number one choice.I cant wait to use them again when I remodel my kitchen.

My kitchen was remodeled in 2013. Euro Stone Craft installed the countertops, full height back splashes, and a waterfall on the peninsula. They were very thorough in their measurements, made sure the job site was ready for their installation, and worked well with other contractors. The result was a perfect installation and a beautiful kitchen.

We used this service via Home Depot twice. In our old house we installed granite, and in our current house, we installed quartz. Both times, the experience was professional and seamless. I do not know what it is like to only deal with the company, but the interface with our local Home Depot in Winchester, VA was wonderful. I assume it would be just as good without a middleman.

They provided a beautiful shower pan and stone walls for a large shower in our master bathroom. Everything was installed professionally and look great. Highly recommend them for high end finishes.

I love my quartz counter tops & backsplash. We also upgraded my daughters counter tops. It makes such a big difference. Everyone I worked with at Euro Stone Craft were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They kept to their schedules and the end results were fantastic.

I was referred to Euro Stone Craft by Costco. Trusting that Costco usually gives the best price and quality, i reached out and asked them for a quote. The price i received was around 2000 more than another countertop company in the Fairfax area for the same type of quartz. Shawn from Euro stone craft asked me to forward the other company’s quote, which I did. Not only were they not able to match the other company’s price, they also wrongly interpreted the information on the other company’s quote and finding many excuses to downplay the other company’s price point, from (1) misinterpreting their item number “62” as total sqftage of our kitchen; (2) insisting that the other company did not quote us for the waterfall island even though they did say “2 waterfall panels” — Shawn said that is not enough, the other company had to say “mitered edge”, apparently if they miss this word, that means waterfall island is not included in the price; (3) insisting that since the other company didn’t say “waterfall installation”, their installation quote must not include that part. When i clarified and said that out of 5,6 companies that i got quotes from, none of them said “mitered edges” and “waterfall installation” in their quotes even though i communicated to them that i wanted waterfall islands and their prices include all installation, he said that means they are less experienced than him and could upcharge us later. I could see that he was very unwilling to offer a good price unless the other company’s quote used the same exact format and wording as his company. I found his way of doing business very rigid. Maybe he thinks we intentionally told the other company a smaller square footage so we could get a good price to negotiate with him haha. Do yourself a favor and contact Petra Stone gallery (formerly Marblex) or Granite Quartz Zone in chantilly, who is very transparent in pricing and actually posts the price per sqft (including installation) on their website.

I purchased a slab of Silestone for a tabletop. Euro Stone Craft did a lovely job, making sure in advance that they carved the corners the way I wanted. Delivery was quick and the guys careful and nice to deal with. Two thumbs up!

I initially looked at Euro Stone because of their large remnant stone selection. To be honest, I don’t even know if the countertops and back splashes that I ended up ordering were remnant pieces. I do know that I received a beautiful kitchen countertop and breakfast bar that was professionally measured, cut, and installed (installers were awesome as it was a very custom job) below my original budget. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire process and communication throughout my experience.

I really enjoy working with everyone at Euro Stone Craft. Their warehouse/showroom is large where you can see multiple slabs AND they can fabricate the stone on site too. I trust in what they say because they can actually deliver a clean, finished product.

Weve been enjoying our granite countertops for around 11 years since they were installed by these folks. We have not had any issues whatsoever. Weve had no need to call them, no need to fix anything -- all the seams are perfect no cracks, no settling, no gaps, none of those problems. Just clean smooth and still shiny like the day they were installed. In contrast, our shower has shifted, every one of our kitchen appliances have failed, and the roof leaked. All these were done when our addition was built, at the same time but NOT by Euro stone craft. Im just saying the potential is high for things to go wrong in 11 years, so this is pretty impressive for something that we pound on every day with knives and splatter with corrosive lime juice and cleaning products. -- oh and climbed on by a little boy who thinks its funny to climb around on the counter without knocking anything off even though he occasionally does. 😀

I cannot even begin to describe what an amazing company Eurostone Craft is and how wonderful of a job they did accommodating all our requests. Shawn and Haeri were the two lovely people we worked with for pricing and for design. We installed waterfall countertop with a 2.5” mitered edge on our island and perimeter. We also had a full height backsplash done throughout the kitchen in the same quartz as the countertops. The one thing I really wanted was for the full height backsplash to be on seamless slab under my range hood and they were able to make it happen!! Carlos and Marco came out to do the installation and they were so great and we are so grateful to have worked with them and Eurostone!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for QUALITY work done. We are planning on working with them to reface our fireplace when we get to that project :)

I only wanted a small L-shaped granite counter top to replace an old worn laminate one. I was not sure if Euro Stone craft would even be interested in such a small job but they assured me that they were. I got another estimate first from an installer who took a few measurements with a tape measure and insisted that the match backsplash would have to be as thick as the countertop itself. His estimate included no drawings. Euro Stonecraft put bullseye stickers on the wall, measured with a laser distancing tool, and provided a scale CAD drawing with their estimate. They also promised a narrower 3/4 matching backsplash. They were a few hundred dollars more expensive than the other installer but I went with them and Im glad that I did. The counter looks perfect and the installation was done quickly and professionally. Im still happy with it after almost nine years.

I desperately needed a small piece of Silestone quartz to match our new kitchen counters that were installed by a company here in Salt Lake City, where we live. The SLC company said they could not meet my request for the extra piece I needed and I began an exhaustive internet search. The ONLY company in the entire U.S. that was able to help me, and believe me, I called and emailed dozens of places, was Euro Stone Craft! They were willing to go the extra mile and provide me with the small piece I needed at a fair price and with wonderful service.

Initially favorable impression throughout the selection process in scheduling process. Island countertop arrived and was installed but apparently had not been completely sealed. An arduous and frustrating process ensued to understand the issue and get it sealed. The failure to deliver the product fully ready for install really soured us on the company, and left us with a negative impression.

Euro Stone Craft could not have made our experience any easier. From helping us select our stone material and color to the precision fitting and cut, to the seamless install, they did a fantastic job from start to finish.

I placed a custom order through Home Depot for Silestone quartz countertops and manufactured and installed by Euro Stone. Overall good experience with installation and quality of the cut. Also Euro Stone invited me to inspect the slab before starting the cutting process and I was impressed with their production site. I had only one issue with a side of the oven that wasnt leveled symmetrically to the other. Euro Stone inspected and remediated for a small fee since it wasnt part of the inițial installation. Overall Im very pleased and would strongly recommend Euro Stone for any countertop jobs.

Dishonest company. They charged us for four slabs of exotic granite and only used three — overcharging us by thousands and thousands of dollars. They laughed at our outrage and said we couldn’t prove anything. I clearly saw the layout drawing in their rep’s hand.Please don’t make the same mistake we did. These guys are dirty. Take your business elsewhere.

I chipped the edge of my granite counter top. The people who originally installed it wanted an outrageous amount of money to fix it. My best friend,who had Euro Stone Craft install her granite, recommended I call Euro Stone for a repair estimate. They had me take a picture of the chip with a dime placed next to it, email the picture to them and they came back with a reasonable price. They came today, between the hours of 8 and 11, as they said, were very polite, and you cant even tell where the chip was now. Nothing more to say, good price, excellent workmanship, cleaned up after themselves and on time!

We finally made our selection! So many pieces of granite, quartz and marble to choose from. They come to measure the end of the week. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. No rushing us 😊. Exactly what we want.

UPDATE: The fact that the only person that I ever spoke with regarding drawings and pricing was the owner, Shawn Daghigh, evidences that their response...notable attempt by the owner to separate himself from what was actually agreed to...evidences an obvious aversion to acting with integrity; “offering” to sell to an alternate fabricator further evidences an attempt to run the price in that there was a blantant attempt to skirt what emails and audio recording clearly convey was agreed to. Email alone makes clear what the owner agreed to, and that there was ZERO logic in his assertions...only that the end game was to increase pricing above what was agreed whether it meant: 1) suckering me into paying a higher price for reduced services directly to them or 2) suckering me into buying remnants from a second fabricator who would still have to rely on them to cut the remnants aka more money to me to involve a 3rd party (yes, I know that very few in the area have the required cnc machines for custom angles/sides/non-square...I’m not the average “dumb” customer they expected). Save yourselves the headache! In the end, I saved 13% by opting not to do business with this company.ORIGINAL: I did not get to point of doing business with this company although fully intended to before the person presented as the owner, Shawn Daghigh, attempted to change terms that he agreed to in Oct 2018 as I awaited remnants in an unpopular Silestone 3CM shade. Specifically, he agreed via email to match pricing that I paid to Home Depot for material, fabrication, delivery and installation for the same shade. He actually re-asserted the agreement by phone on Jul 2nd and urged me to make use of their measurements and templating despite my original intent to use my own measurements and make my own template. By Wednesday, I received an email stating that he found my drawings to be confusing, and that he could no longer offer me measurements and templates despite his confusion...and this is the kicker, decided that he will not reduce the standard $250 charge for measurements, templates, delivery and installation to omit the measurements and templates. Upon notice, I was already quite sure that his intent was to roll off of his initial assertions and agreements made via email and phone, but inquired further to determine just how illogical bis explanations would become. He particularly had a problem with my requirement that shims not be placed between the bar countertop and my countertop brackets in which the countertops will rest on/make contact with. Doing so will appear sloppy and amateur as far as installations go. Despite their website explicitly stating that they are one of the larget fabricators in the area aka we can cut custom tops aka we have precision cnc machines, he also conveyed that he would sale the tops to another fabricator of my choosing. 1) they have cnc machines so they are fully cable of fabricating tops with slanted edges/non-square angles, no need to go elsewhere; 2) what does fabrication have to do with me not permitting shimming that cannot be disguised and will looking sloppy...absolutely nothing; 3) why would a shimming requirement interfere with ones ability to complete a measurement appointment...has nothing to do with one another, but rather an attempt to reduce services which are part of their standard $250 charge without decrementing the price; and 4) why would an individual charge an extra $12 per sqft beyond the price in which they agreed to match for material and fabrication...simply put, there was a blatant attempt to run the price while hoping the customer doesnt notice. So in short, I would not recommend this business whose owner readily employs deceptive business practices, whose word means nothing as soon as he speaks despite emails also verifying what he agreed to. I found this business on my own but if they are truly one of Home Depots contractors, insist on being assigned to an alternate business...but not Granite Marble Express as they suffer from the same integrity issues.
