After meeting with several contractors, we chose Virginia Kitchen & Bath to build our basement bar. We are very happy with the project. They worked with us on several iterations of the design and they delivered on all of their promises. The Project Manager (Ethan) was very professional and responsive. They were willing to work with us on any adjustments as the project was in progress and they promptly addressed any issues that came up. I highly recommend their services.

We were very happy with the work Virginia Kitchen and Bath did renovating our master bath. Our designer Omar gave us helpful advice and made the process of choosing materials a lot easier than we expected. Once work began, our project manager Ethan showed up every day to check on the project and make sure we were satisfied. They were also very accommodating to our schedule, and work was completed much quicker than we originally expected. Our bathroom is gorgeous, and we look forward to working with them again on our next project.

Had a good experience working with VKB on our recent major renovation. I designed the new layout, picked out all my materials and was able to source some of it myself without any issues. They worked with me and were able to see my vision and create everything I imagined in my head. We were also able to stay within the contracted budget and they were accommodating with any small work arounds. I did not feel that they nickel and dime you for everything either. Ethan was our PM and he assured me that the work will be done to my level of satisfaction. I am very happy with my new kitchen, mudroom, and pantry!

My husband I and I reached out to a few companies at the beginning of April 2021 hoping to have a kitchen remodeled by the end of August. Kemal responded quickly and came out to take measurements and make an estimate. I shared our budget (70k) and our hopes.He had a design ready within a week or so. The design was different than what I had in my head and I liked it even more! We asked about adding a few things and he quickly made suggestions and changed the design with us right then. We signed up that day. Kemal and I exchanged several emails about the design over the next few weeks and he always accommodated our requests.We had a delay in our cabinet order, and he upgraded the product to keep us on track with our deadline. Javiers crew started in mid-July, and we were amazed at how efficient and thorough they were. Of course it was very dusty! But they swept and cleaned at the end of every shift, so I imagine it was much better than what could have been. When we found some surprises in the wall, Kemal and his team had some great suggestions to keep costs down and resolve the issues. We made some compromises, but nothing major and the completed project looks better than I imagined!Due to some flooring delays, and some illness (on our end) which further delayed the project, it was finished in mid-September, just a few weeks after the proposed timeline. There were many days where Javier and his crew were staying past 6 pm, so I know they were working overtime to keep the schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Anything I asked for, change-wise, was honored. I didnt care for a couple of tiles in a mosaic, so Javier dug them out and swapped them with two other pieces. I asked to add some trim to the top of the bookcase and he had it done that day. He was such a rockstar!Ali was the project manager, and he worked on ordering the supplies and connecting us with the other tradesmen. He was so fast to respond to our messages - usually within the hour even after work hours. When we were having some flooring issues, he made so many calls to the company to make sure it was getting ordered and then when it got stuck in a warehouse, he followed up to get a delivery date. He was very diligent!The ONLY weak part of the project was the gentleman who installed our flooring, whose name I am choosing not to include. I think he did a nice job with installation and the sealing, but his finish work is not up to the rest of the teams quality. He used an odd color for wood filler and wasnt as tidy painting the baseboards. I didnt dock a star because the rest of the crew did such a great job and overshadows any mistakes!I HIGHLY recommend this group and am so happy with the new kitchen and the way our entire first floor changed due their expert craftsmanship and hard work. I included some photos. Please excuse the sticky notes as we are still learning where everything goes in our much bigger kitchen!

I interviewed multiple companies and Ive had an excellent experience with Virginia Kitchen and Bath thus far; they just completed my powder room and guest bathroom remodel and will be back to update my primary bathroom, kitchen and install hardwood floors in a couple of months.Leon and Bo always were available for a next day design appointment and I love their design ideas! They helped me pick out quality features that would retain their value over time and look timeless. They were also quite patient when I invited along a less-decisive family member to pick out tile :)Ethan, the Project Manager, has also been great. He has been responsive and helpful -- and made good recommendations during construction. His crews did a great job on my powder room and guest bathroom. He was willing to work weekends to expedite my timeline - and the finished product looks great.Ill update my review once the next phase is complete - but until then, I cant wait to see how it looks!(As a side - everyone has been super sweet to my pup who is a bit barky to all new guests!)

The process of having a one stop shop made everything much smoother. Akin was great upfront helping us choose a style and materials. Our contractor Miguel was very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Always respectful of our space and communicating along the way. Final result was a completely transformed kitchen. We would use them again for other projects.

From beginning to end our experience of updating our kitchen and partial update of our master bath was outstanding. Burak was our designer and was out quickly to provide us with a very competitive estimate, was responsive to any questions and requests as well as offering his expertise in helping make selections. Ethan was our project manager and did an excellent job keeping everything on schedule. He was extremely easy to contact very responsive to any requests and questions along the way. After texting any questions all I had to do was blink and my questions were answered. Even when there was a delivery problem for our quartz counter top due to Covid which looked like it could delay completion, he put his skills to work and contacted five manufacturers until he located our selection and the countertop was here and installed within 2 days keeping to his original time commitment. Andy was our on-site supervisor and was so easy to work with as was his team and did an excellent job installing as well as cleaning up well at the end of each day. They well protected our existing floors and furniture from dust and damage. It had been 30+ years since I updated a kitchen in another state and it took between 6-8 weeks to complete. Virginia Kitchen and Bath was in and out of our home in 9 working days. Thanks for a fabulous experience.

We recently completed our kitchen and powder room remodel. Leon and Bo were our sales/designer team. They were very helpful providing us alternatives to what we “thought” we wanted to help open up our small kitchen (removing outdated soffits and the ledge on our center island). Sertac was our project manager and Andy was our crew leader. Any concerns we had we brought to the attention of Sertac and were quickly addressed and relayed to Andy. Andy was personable and worked with us and made design, plumbing and electrical suggestions. He even sat with me and gave his opinion on paint swatches I was struggling with! The powder room mirror we selected turned out to be too large and to order the smaller mirror would have taken two weeks to get. Andy ran out to a few different suppliers to find it in stock. I can’t praise and thank Andy and his crew enough.Our new kitchen and power room turned out to be even more beautiful than we imagined. We went from dark dated kitchen to a bright and open elegant design.Thank you Virginia Kitchen & Bath for all your hard work and craftsmanship. We love our new kitchen! Virginia Kitchen and Bath was wonderful. Dale helped us through the planning phase and the project cost less than we had anticipated. Our job was a complete renovation. We knocked out some walls and had to reroute some ductwork so it wasn’t just a simple redo to the old rooms.The construction crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up before leaving, and finished the job right on schedule. They were very considerate and professional. I have already recommended this company to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

I had a master bathroom renovated by Virginia Kitchen and Bath. Our bathroom was in very bad shape and Virginia Kitchen and Bath came in for the rescue. My primary concern going in was the water damage that our shower was exposed to. The subfloor of our shower was rotted, and the wall studs were rotted as well. VA Kitchen and Bath and crew proposed a solution to replace the subfloor and structurally rebuild our shower, in addition to remodeling the rest of the bathroom.Arif and Ethan took charge of the project and executed it. They were very professional throughout the course of the project and carefully monitored the remodeling. We presented them with a budget initially and they provided us a quote below our budget with most of the selections that we requested from the showroom. They offer a wide range of selections for vanities, tiling, lighting, etc. in their showroom. They also offered convenient scheduling for us to make our selections AND offered adjustments throughout the project.Their crew working the renovation were also very kind, professional and diligent. They resolved all of our concerns throughout the project and we never received No as an answer. Our master bathroom is quite large and required a lot of effort, however, VA Kitchen and Bath tackled the project successfully. There were a few hiccups along the road, but that is expected from every major remodel. They also presented 3 week timeline of completion for the project (however, was completed in 4 weeks). The only recommendation I have for VA Kitchen & Bath for future work is to be a bit more transparent with scheduling as our project took approximately a week longer than expected. Fortunately, I was working from home, therefore it was not an issue for me. However, for those without this luxury, a week longer could present an issue.Overall, I am very happy with the results and I thank VA Kitchen and Bath for their services.

We are extremely happy with the remodel performed by Virginia Kitchen and Bath and have already recommended them to several friends.We planned our remodel for late September and obtained four quotes from different contractors in early June and signed the contract in July. Virginia Kitchen and Bath was not the cheapest but were fairly priced based on what we wanted done. We chose them because they were able to accommodate our schedule, incorporate our needs and successfully anticipated and addressed some of the difficulties that we faced. There were no surprise costs!WORK DONE: They removed all existing cabinets, redesigned the layout (moved electrical, gas and water connections, got the permits!) and installed flooring, cabinets with granite counter tops and new lighting.The design team (Leon and Bo) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They came to our home a couple of times and met with us a couple of times in their office to design and adjust the layout based on what we were looking for. They showed us a 3-D rendering of what everything would look like before we finalized selections. All materials and appliances were selected and ordered in July. Work started the third week in September and was finished 2.5 weeks later.Crew: I would say that 85% of the work was done by crew supervisor and two workers. They were extremely punctual, meticulous, worked to completion and it showed on the quality of the final product. Trash was removed regularly from the premises.

Weve been through the design stage with Dale, and everything has been great! The price beat our other options, but not at the expense of service or personal attention. The design is just what we wanted for our small, challenging kitchen.

We completed a kitchen renovation with VKB that included removing 2 walls, expanding and completely redoing the kitchen, installing new hardwood floor throughout the 1st floor of our home, changing an exterior patio door from a French door to a single door, and replacing siding. We worked with Dale as the designer and Ethan as the PM. We enjoyed working with side by side with Dale in the design phase, brainstorming ideas and getting to choose everything that would best fit our needs. Ethan kept our project moving along and frequently checked on our satisfaction. All of the contractors we worked with in the different phases of the project were highly skilled, reliable and knowledgeable. While we did have some delays with getting in special ordered materials or finding alternatives to materials that weren’t available, VKB helped us figure out solutions to move forward. No surprise costs. Highly recommend and we would use them again in the future!

We purchased our home in May 2020 and the previous owners had hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath to remodel the two upstairs bathrooms in 2019. The work included a two year warranty and through our first year in the house, we noticed a few minor problems (shower door seal was cracked, cracked mortar joints, malfunctioning faucet cartridge, etc). With only about a month left on the warranty, we reached out to see if they would still honor it even though we were not the original owners. Without hesitation, they sent their crew to address all of our issues and have been very polite, communicative, and professional through the entire process! It feels increasingly rare to find a company that really stands behind their work, but VA Kitchen & Bath did just that. I have been incredibly happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone! The bathrooms are beautiful, everything has been fixed, and we will definitely hire them ourselves for any future renovation projects!

If you’re in the market to update your kitchen, then you’ll want to make sure to get a quote from Virginia Kitchen and Bath. Our kitchen gets a lot of sun light. Over the years we started to see fading with the cabinetry. We looked at multiple different options of refinishing versus replacement. Honestly, replacement is the way to go. Prices for refinishing was versus brand new cabinetry was not drastically cheaper and since the cost for upgrading is primarily with the floors and counter tops, then going for the new cabinets was our best option.There were a lot of different options of kitchen remodeling companies in the Leesburg, VA area. We met with at least 4 – 5 various companies (besides the refinishing companies) and felt more comfortable with Virginia Kitchen and Bath. We dealt with their Leesburg, VA location and worked with Burak, the designer. Burak listened to all of our wishes and came up with a design and showed us various options and never gouged us with the price.You always hear nightmare stories of project delays, the dust and costs going over budget. Mentally we were preparing ourselves but we were left completely amazed with how quick and precise the team came in to complete the job. They stayed on schedule, they shielded the area from the other parts of the house to reduce the dust and dirt and it didn’t cost us more than what we signed the contract for.Alex Yildiz (Project Manager), Ihsan Yildiz and Necmettin Yildiz (same last name but no relation ) worked like clockwork. The team would arrive at 8:00 AM and would typically stay working non-stop till around 8:00 PM. Sometimes they stayed a couple hours longer as you can tell they truly enjoyed doing quality work and seeing the picture come together. They treated the houe like it was their own and we’re completely respectful to the entire family. No matter how picky we were with the job, we never heard any complaints and they were always accommodating taking care of every need. This is very rare quality to find in a company!If you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen; I highly recommend talking with Virginia Kitchen and Bath. We look forward to working with these guys again when we upgrade the master bathroom.

I couldnt give a more positive review. This experience working with Virginia Kitchen and Bath has been nothing short of amazing! This company is so professional and they do quality work. I interviewed about 8 contractors to remodel my kitchen. I was planning to move appliances and have an island built. VA Kitchen and Bath was the ONLY contractor who included graphic design pictures of the new kitchen WITH their quote. This really was the main reason that I went with them. They werent the most expensive quote and they werent the least expensive. I was able to see and envision the way my new kitchen would look based on their design. Dale was my sales person and he offered a white glove service from beginning to end. When I chose my kitchen finishings he made great recommendations and helped me through all the options. He was even able to move things around in the kitchen to accomodate a floor to ceiling pantry that I wanted. Sertac was my Project Manager and he managed the work crew and he kept me abreast of the project status and was always available to answer my questions. The work crew was led by Miguel. They were absolutely amazing. They showed up for work every day were very communicative. Each day they told me what they accomplished and what they would be working on the next day. They cleaned the job site at the end of every day. If you are looking for a contractor please call them! They are second to none!

We had a kitchen remodeling done in the fall of 2020. Overall it was a good experience and I’m happy with the results. They offer a 2 year warranty on the work. I would rate the communication with the actual workers at a C level. On any given day, we never knew when they would show up or leave. Initially, we felt the project manager was not available on a daily basis until we asked him to be more transparent. He quickly became more available to us as the project neared completion. The daily clean up was a C level also since construction debris was not picked up in a timely manner and was left in the front yard. On one occasion, our phone line was disconnected for a few days before we discovered the problem which resulted in a forty dollar charge from Verizon. The power was turned off as well without any notification. To the companies credit, I was reimbursed for the Verizon charge and Alex and a crew member completed many of the items on our punch list in a timely manner, including connecting the dishwasher up to the water source and fixing the electrical sockets. They also performed some additional tasks which were very nice and not that expensive such as a window and cabinet repair.

Had one of their designers come out for consultation yesterday. After discussing an hour about what we are looking for and taking measurements, my husband randomly asked the designer if he is going to itemize the quote (hauling, cabinets, countertop etc). He replied “NO I’m just going to give you one big number.” I replied him politely we don’t need costs for every screw but only for each category of items. For me I believe it’s a very reasonable request if we are spending about $80-100k on a kitchen. He was extremely rude and replied “I’m not the guy you are looking for then.” Grabbed his stuff and walked away from us in a split second. Everything happened so fast that I couldn’t believe that it was real. I will make sure to let all my friends and family know about our bad experience with VA kitchen and bath so they can avoid this company.

In particular, the project manager (ethan buyukberker) did an incredible job communicating with us throughout the construction process and assuring that all of our expectations were met. I should have written this review back in February when Virginia Kitchen and Bath completed our beautiful guest bathroom renovation on time and even more beautiful than we had expected. However, I was compelled to write this review after I contacted VA Kitchen and Bath this week when we developed a leak in the room directly below the guest bathroom. I called them on Saturday and they immediately scheduled an appointment on Monday for a contractor to take a look. Their contractor spent several hours removing the wet ceiling and investigating the leak to find out that the new roof we had just had installed was the true cause of the first story leak! The roofer had to pay for the repairs, but Virginia Kitchen and Bath refused to invoice me for the almost 2 hours of exploratory work they did. What a refreshingly professional company who obviously stands by their outstanding work. They were super nice even though the leak had NOTHING to do with the plumbing they installed. I included a picture of the beautiful shower/ bath that we LOVE!

All this was done while my cousin was out of the country, by the way, so she had to entirely trust that Virginia Kitchen and Bath could manage the design and remodeling work without being there in person. Virginia Kitchen & Bath was very easy to work with for renovating our upstairs and master bathrooms. Kemal came up with a creative was to the space in our master bath and the work crew, especially Edison, was courteous and conscientious. We were very pleased with the outcome of the renovations and the price was not exorbitant as were some estimates. The work started relatively quickly and was promptly finished. Overall, Id give them 4.5 stars; 4 stars seem too low and 5 stars seems like perfection, which is difficult to attain. We will renovated out Kitchen in the future and Im definitely considering using Virginia Kitchen & Bath again.

Our bathroom remodelling experience with Virginia kitchen and bath has been exceptional. It started with their designer extraordinaire Tara who is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the design and has excellent taste in picking and matching materials. Their project manager Alex was on top of the project from beginning to end and was extremely helpful with quality control and ensuring the project moved smoothly and in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the job they did on entirely refinishing my bathroom. They promised to finish all but the shower glass within ten days and finished in eight days. The shower glass was scheduled for a little later and was also delivered and installed earlier than promised.

We are very happy with our decision to use Virginia Kitchen & Bath to renovate our kitchen and a half-bathroom. Their price was competitive with other estimates that we obtained and they demonstrated professionalism throughout the project. We worked with the Herndon location. Our sales/designers (Bo and Leon) provided us with a design that accommodated our desires, working us through some options. They were very helpful in guiding us in our choices of materials and patient when we had (numerous) questions.Virginia Kitchen & Bath told us they would get the job done in about four weeks, and they delivered. We appreciated the fact we had a dedicated crew for the project, which meant the job continued without interruption until it was completed. The crew -- led by Javier, who was great -- was polite and trustworthy . They sealed off the kitchen well so the mess was limited in the rest of the house and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Our project manager (Alex) was responsive anytime we had questions or issues. He was in constant communication with us and his crew and came to check the project periodically.We had some issues with a cabinet and a couple of doors due to manufacturing and/or shipping errors. However, Alex worked diligently to address our problems, returning to the manufacturer to replace defective elements.Overall, we think our new kitchen and half-bath look great -- and really function well -- courtesy of Virginia Kitchen & Bath. When the time comes for renovating our other bathrooms, we will be sure to contact Virginia Kitchen & Bath.

We used Virginia Kitchen & Bath originally to update our townhouse kitchen. After they were done, we used them to renovate 3 bathrooms to include a master bath overhaul to include walk in closet.They were very reasonably priced, but more importantly they came in on budget and on time! Even many years after the renovations they have always responded to any inquiry to question I have. I’ve referred a few friends who have used them with great results as well.Highly recommend. We meant to write this review months ago, but its even more meaningful now that weve have our new kitchen for 6-7 months.This team was amazing throughout -- always arrived on time, stayed consistent, communicated throughout the whole process and in some cases, I felt like their onsite crew already knew how we wanted certain things done.We got our kitchen remodeled RIGHT before covid quarantine issues started coming up, and this team stayed on track with their timeline and kept the working areas clean (they cleaned everyday before leaving).We love our kitchen just as much now, as we did when we first renovated it. Best renovators and contractors weve ever worked with. They were clear (which is good because my wife and I are novices), they answered questions directly, and they were transparent throughout the whole process. My first project to renovate our bathroom with Virginia Kitchen & Bath (Herndon location) couldnt go any better. From the initial on-site estimate step to final deliverable, everything went above my expectation. The price was little higher than my initial planed budget but definitely the lowest comparing to other Companies quoted me. Liam and Leon definitely are a superstar at this location. They walked us through every little detail on the contracts as well as the 3-D model of our bathroom. They also assisted us on choosing the right material/style for our bathroom. Also a big thank you to Sertac (project manager) and his team to complete the project one week earlier than initial scheduled date. That is definitely unheard of from my previous experience with other contractors. They also went above and beyond their scope of work to make our bathroom look nicer. Those minor works are not time consuming but definitely show that the team is willing to spend the effort and give the best deliverable to the customer. Another big plus for the Company is Sertac will respond to your text or call promptly almost any time during the week, including weekend. Im definitely a big fan of their work and will continue to use this Company in the future project.

We had a great experience with VKB on two bathroom remodels and some work on our basement. They were a professional one-stop shop that brought our vision to fruition with limited involvement on our part. The quality of the work was excellent. The only complaint was the time took longer than expected, but I think that tends to be normal with remodeling.

I would like to remove my previous review. I was unable to do so while following the Google Map directions.The Project Manager for my bathroom renovation contacted me immediately to rectify all of my issues with the bathroom design. I wrongly believed that too much time had passed to get this resolved (vanity is too big for bathroom. A smaller one will now be installed).I would recommend this company for kitchen and bathroom renovations. I had both kitchen and bath done by Virginia Kitchen and Bath - and they were always on time and worked diligently. I initially agreed to the oversized vanity without realizing how it would eventually appear to be a monstrosity. Since I agreed to it I didn’t think I could ask them to switch it out. I was wrong. So, 5 stars. They came through.

I cannot fault this company in any way. Oscar and his crew showed up when they said they would, they worked solidly on our two bathrooms until the job was finished, they were extremely tidy and their craftsmanship is excellent. Tara was really helpful in designing the rooms with us and the project manager Sertac ensured everything was done perfectly and was very attentive. I highly recommend this company (and Im very particular!).

I had a fantastic experience with VA Kitchen and Bath. My project was probably one of the smaller they have worked on with only replacing my counter tops and adding a back splash. Regardless, they treated me like I was a priority and expertly helped me every step of the way. From Tara helping to choose the right materials, to Sertac who managed the project from start to finish and Cesar and his team performing the installation. I had a concern with the size of the sink and the entire team showed up to my house to evaluate the situation before any installation took place. I was so impressed. They did an outstanding job and worked with me on my schedule. Their customer service is second to none! I love the finished product. Highly recommend.

Overall a solid experience and at a reasonable price point. Kitchen crew in particular were great and attentive to the little things we asked for throughout. Bathroom crew likewise adjusted when we pointed out flaws in the tile install. You do need to pay attention and be firm if you see something during install you dont like, such as a color-mismatched cabinet or tile work that isnt to your standards.

We are delighted with our bathroom renovations which look beautiful and were completed earlier than expected. The guys who worked in our home were expert craftsmen and a pleasure to be around and so was their boss who ordered and delivered the tile and other items in a timely manner. We recently completed a bathroom remodel and had a wonderful experience with Virginia Kitchen and Bath. In early November, we found out our shower was leaking. Im pregnant and due early January, so we had a tight deadline for the remodel. Leon and Bo did a fantastic job designing our remodel and promised it would be done by the end of the year. They were able to start work a week earlier than initially promised. The project manager, Alex, was very communicative throughout the process and if there was ever a question on how we wanted something done, he would ask up front, instead of just making an assumption. Im very detail-oriented, and I think Wilson did an amazing job installing all the tile and finishes. We had some tricky tile layouts and cuts, but everything lines up perfectly and is beautiful. We had to make a couple last minute changes after they opened up the walls, but Alex and Wilson did a great job explaining all the issues and walking us through the best solutions. Throughout the reno, they were very respectful of our property, and friendly to us. They laid plastic sheeting down to protect all the carpet, and every day they laid a dropcloth on top of that for more protection. They left their tools and materials in our garage, but it was neatly organized. At the end of the project, they cleaned up after themselves and even swept out our whole garage. You would never even know they had been here, except for our amazing new bathroom! Were so pleased we chose this company for our remodel and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Matt and Andy were amazing. There was constant communication on when the materials would arrive and when the work would start. They were flexible to my schedule and were able to finish all of the work in approx. three weeks. Andy and his team took great care on making sure everything was installed and done perfectly and it came out even better than I had planned. Matt also made sure any questions I had were answered promptly. Amazing service and will definitely use them both for the bathroom remodels.

We just got our bathroom redone and also had them do several other projects as well. They did everything very quickly and we are very pleased with the result. In fact now our other bathroom pales in comparison and we intend to utilize them to do that one as well. The people working were on time and pleasant. Matt and Oscar were very nice.

They responded very promptly, our designer Leon came out to measure and talk to us within a day or two. We were happy the design and the price of this company. To our pleasant surprise, they not only finished the project within the timeline, but work quality was also outstanding. We were very happy with the end result. In addition, after few months after we needed couple things adjusted, the company was also very prompt in getting back to us and scheduling a team to come out to fix the issue. Overall, we were happy not only with the work initially performed, but also with the follow-up and how they standby their work. Virginia Kitchen and Bath recently renovated two bathrooms in my home. It was a complete remodel with everything in the rooms updated. The team that completed the work did an excellent job and were courteous and professional. They were responsive to any concerns I had and the project manager gave me daily updates. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and I love my new bathrooms.

We had a three-man crew dedicated to our job until it was finished, minus a couple of days when the project had to be paused for asbestos removal. We had a project manager, Matt, who did a great job overseeing progress and being the liaison between us and the county so we didnt have to worry about inspections and permits. He made sure the job was getting done and clearly knew his stuff. He even got along with our dog, who tends to be afraid of new people.The 3-man work crew also clearly knew what they were doing. They were professional and efficient. They were so efficient that the job was finished almost two weeks early, and that included the surprise upstairs bathroom remodel that was not originally part of the plan but suddenly became part of the plan when a water leak took out a 2x4 section of ceiling underneath. Everyone from our designer, Leon, to the project manager Matt, to the work crew, took on this extra work without any problem and still finished the overall job ahead of schedule.They were very accommodating of our needs throughout the project, and were excellent about communicating back and forth with us on a very timely basis. We tweaked the initial design, and they rolled with it without any trouble whatsoever. They made sure we were happy and have come out since in order to put final touches on a couple of things that didnt come up until the project was complete.We have already recommended them to others and would absolutely seek them out first for any future work!

We recently had our kitchen remodeled, as well as our entire flooring on the first floor replaced. VK&B did all of this work for us in one project. We desired for the project to go as smoothly as possible, so we chose VK&B specifically because they offer coordination of both the design and execution in-house. The design process with Leo and Bo was pretty easy, and they were very adaptable to scheduling around our busy work schedules. However it was a confusing hand-off between the design and construction phase, and we often did not know who to contact to get updates until the project actually was underway. Once the project did start, our foreman and his crew were excellent about showing up on time each day, keeping our home as clean as possible and checking in with us to confirm different decisions. However there definitely was some disconnect between the work we were told would happen each day by the project manager versus what actually happened. Since we were not available to be physically present during each day of the project due to work obligations, it did make for some hectic communications. Overall, the final product was beautiful, on time and on budget and we are happy with the results. I would have preferred a little more communication, but I imagine the project would have gone more smoothly if someone had been available to monitor progress at the house each day.

I had my bathroom renovated in July 2016. Everything was marble. I loved it. Then something happened to the faucet and the results were a flood in the bathroom. It didnt look really awful but water was under the floors and the cabinet was ruined. the cabinet was made by Medallion and we paid quite a bit for it. Called the insurance man and the whole disaster began. I called the company given to me. They worked on it for 9 months and never finished. Total carnage. I hired 2 more companies with terrible results, My floor was changed 7 times and my shower floor was changed 3 times. One company ripped me off of over $13,500. The other guy $6,000. The shower floor was so high, that it was just shy of the threshold. It didnt drain either.Miracles do happen...even to me. I called Virginia Kitchen & Bath. They came right out and gave me an estimate. The man I worked with was Kemal. I did absolutely nothing in the redo of the shower floor. It had 3 floors under it! One company I called refused to help me bc the technician said that there were so many things wrong with my shower that he didnt know where to start !Virginia K & B did everything. They matched marble, cambria and got the tile I liked for the floor. I didnt have to run around and buy things and research prices like I did before.The demo and reconstruction did not take but 3-4 days. My house was not trashed. The men put everything away, pulled up the drop cloths up at the end of the day. It was such a stark contrast to what I had experienced before with the toilet in my bedroom and debris everywhere. It made me appreciate every little thing they did. If they didnt have enough of one item, a phone call was made and within a couple of hours, it was sitting in the garage. No days were ever skipped and the workers showed up on time. Each worker was very polite, professional and helpful...not to mention very adept at what they did. We met with Leon for our free design consultation and he shared with us his wealth of experience and wisdom. After meeting with several other contractors we decided to hire Virginia Kitchen & Bath to remodel not only our kitchen, but two of our bathrooms as well. We got several quotes for our kitchen renovation. We contacted VA Kitchen and Bath and worked with Leon on the design. He was very good and flexible in looking at modifications to the design. We stopped in and Steve was great he walked us through the process, we scheduled and had the bathroom completed in about two weeks. 12/2019: UPDATE. Based on the good experience we had with the master bath remodel, below, we had VK&B come back and do the hallway bath. Same great experience. They began work quickly after the design was set, and did not stop working until done (~week). Next year, the kitchen.We had them do our master bathroom, and are very satisfied with their work. Their showroom is efficiently organized to make it easier to pick out what you like, and their representative, Kemal, was very helpful. Work began promptly, within a couple of weeks, and there were no delays. They took care to not damage our floors or anything else, and they were pleasant and non-intrusive. Everything looks and works perfect, and the price was right in the middle of all the quotes we received, which experience has taught us is always the best deal.

I would highly recommend Virginia Kitchen and Bath! We were hoping to remodel our Master Bathroom last summer and they gave us some great advice on choosing a floor tile that would be similar to the tile in the shower to make our small bathroom feel more spacious. They also recommended removing this extra wall that closed off the shower area and gave us a huge showering space. Their advice on remodeling our bathroom was unlike our previous kitchen remodel with a different company who just swapped out the materials, Virginia Kitchen and Bath redesigned our space and made a very cramped and outdated bathroom into a sophisticated and enjoyable space that will never go out of style.

We were in a time crunch to get new countertops and some demo work done in our kitchen to get it ready for sale.Luckily I chose to walk into Virginia Kitchen and Bath on a Monday and met with Alex. I explained our situation, Alex dropped what he was doing to come over, take measurements and give me a quote on the spot. We agreed on a tentative date, later in August, to begin the project.The next morning Alex called and I formed us he had a crew available to start Wednesday and the project would be done Saturday.So, I walked into the store on a Monday, the crew started their work on Wednesday and the project was done on Saturday.These guys did great work and the prices were fair.I highly recommend going to the VA Kitchen & Bath store in Herndon and sitting down with Alex if you need to get some work done.

This is the second project Virginia Kitchen and Bath has completed for us. They have remodeled our kitchen and most recently our master bathroom. Dale, Martese, and Wilson did a great job. On budget, on time, and outstanding work! We have recommended them to family and friends.

After considering three other contractors in the Northern VA area we chose VA Kitchen and Bath to remodel three bathrooms. Dale, who is very knowledgeable, helped us through the price quote and design process. Martese, Alejandro and his crew did excellent work and responded to every question or concern we had. The 3 gentlemen who worked on my bathroom always arrived on time, worked hard all through the day, cleaned up very well, and answered all my questions . The price is a little high but I think it was well worth every dollar.

From our first meeting with Dale for the project measurements to the final walkthrough with our project manager, Matt, we were completely satisfied with our service and experience. Our estimate was comparable to other companies, but they others didnt provide the comfortable feel that we were looking for. Throughout the project we received excellent communication from Matt and he worked to ensure that we were happy with the quality of the teams work. We also noticed that they took exceptional care to keep our house clean during the remodel. I must say that even after the projects completion, the level of service has remained consistently excellent. Finally, the project was completed in three weeks, beating the five week estimate. We plan to use them again for a master bathroom remodel.

I contracted Virginia Kitchen and Bath to remodel my 1985-vintage master bathroom. During my first visit to their office, Dale used his modern computer technology to transform my rough measurements and amateur renovation ideas into a visual depiction of what my project could actually be. Following his on-site survey of my bathroom and much of his help in selecting materials, we soon arrived at a detailed work plan and cost for the entire job.Immediately upon receipt of ordered materials, Anibal arrived with his team and began working his magic. I was pleased with his attention to avoiding the spread of construction dust and dirt through other parts of my house, by starting each day with covering all transit paths with drop cloths and isolating the work area with a plastic barrier - all of which disappeared at the end of each day.The materials were all exactly as desired and the extensive remodeling and installation activities were executed efficiently and professionally. Anibal and his team completed the entire effort within the projected schedule and cost estimates, and I couldnt be more pleased with the end results. I am already planning my next project and will soon be visiting Dale to put his design expertise to work for me again.
