She asked all the right questions to help me to narrow down my selections. I could tell she really cares about her customers, by how she pays attention to details. By the time we finished going through all of my options, I was able to confidently make an informed purchase for my father in law whos a retired veteran. Top-notch customer service, plenty to choose from, lots of extras and freebies including delivery, and most importantly, a great nights sleep finally!

Sadaf and Asim were very helpful. They were patient letting us try as many beds as we wanted for as long as we wanted. They recognized us a repeat customers and afforded us free delivery and box spring.

The mattress itself is fine enough but the customer service or lack there of was ridiculous. Once I paid there was little to no effort made when I realized I had ordered the wrong mattress size. I absolutely understand that it was my mistake however the mattress was still in its original plastic and brand new. It took many phone calls and emails for there to be any progress. Any movement that happened was because I had to hound them along. It took 2 weeks for the exchange to be accepted and released and my new mattress to be delivered. Ill add I paid delivery charges both times even though they advertise free next day delivery (without restrictions). They are not consistent with their pricing either and was quoted $50 more than what was listed on their website for my full mattress. Once I pointed that out they corrected it but the fact that they quoted a different price was sketchy as hell. I finally got my replacement mattress delivered but not until I had multiple conversations with an associate who actually tried to help me. They were the only one who even tried to do their job. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THIS CHAIN AGIAN! Do yourself a favor and skip the drama.They refused to post this review on their website.

Hoss is a boss!! He literally “saved the day” for me after I found out (on the day of my scheduled delivery) that a mattress I ordered from Macy’s was delayed for the second time by an additional month. Hoss took his time helping me explore the mattress I originally intended to buy, but also many other options & led me to an even better mattress at a better price, and they delivered the next day!! Pushy sales people. Almost bought a $3k mattress until they were ringing up the total and offered us free shipping if we left a good review on google. We did. Then we noticed a sign tucked away that said free shipping on all purchases over $799. Looked it up online and confirmed. that was the last straw. Walked out. Purchased a mattress online for a fraction of the price.

We went to the store to look at mattresses, but planned to also visit other companies before making a purchase. However, after experiencing the excellent service provided by Sadaf (store manager) and Asim, we changed our minds and purchased a tempur-pedic mattress that suited our needs. Asim first did a sleep evaluation using Mattress Warehouses unique measuring system, and the results suggested the tempur-pedic was the ideal choice to resolve back pain issues. Sadaf insured we obtained the lowest price possible by providing us Labor Day special prices even though we had missed the sale by more than two weeks. Sadaf was very helpful and pleasant. Probably the easiest mattress purchase I’ve ever made. The store was clean and Sadaf used appropriate COVID protocols for testing mattresses which was great. However, things went wrong upon delivery. I ordered a mattress protector that wasn’t delivered and the delivery truck came 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled, despite them calling to confirm the time twice, which caused me to miss a work meeting. When I called Sadaf to deal with the mattress protector she told me to come to the store to get one (after having to call back because I didn’t get a return call). I went to the store and all the sudden she has to get approval to give me the protector after the truck returned at 6 pm. Clearly irritating given I wasn’t told that on the phone, I paid for a product I didn’t have, and whether it was on the truck wasn’t relevant to me. It took me refusing to accept that answer to walk out with the full purchase I made. Sadaf was nice enough but clearly they have some issues with communication and customer service. As a result, while the initial interaction was fine, I won’t go back to this store.

Sadef was delightful and very detailed in the process of explaining the different mattresses. She showed me the most expensive which I liked but could not afford. Told me I could finance the mattress if I wished to do so.I tried about four different kinds, from firm to soft, to show me the difference, yet kept explaining what I needed, to stay within the bed match. We purchased two mattresses from the Mattress Warehouse location in Herndon. Sadaf and Hoss were amazing to work with. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable.

TL;DR DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, LOOK TO AMAZON OR COSTCOTrash experienceEdit: We visited the store a while back and they sold us two $800 mattresses with a price totaling of $1800 with taxes and other stuff. They told us our mattresses would be delivered in 10 days on AUG 10 which was quite long. However, on AUG 9 the day before the delivery we received a call that the mattresses we ordered were not even manufactured yet. If they had contacted us any sooner, we could have cancelled the order and gotten other mattresses in the meantime. When we did ask to cancel our order, they said they do not handle the transactions and it could take up to 14 days to return the money we spent. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. You are way better off getting a $200-300 gel memory foam self cooling mattress from amazon or even a similar $500 mattress from Costco. We were tunnel visioned and bought the relatively expensive mattresses but Im grateful that it didnt work out as it saved us about $1400. Still waiting on the money to get back. To the store: do better with your inventory and dont sell mattresses you dont have.(EDIT: Hah what a joke, I was told to write this review as soon as the deal ended and they couldnt even hold their end of it. Im editing this review to match my real experience.)Customer service tried their best and took their time to expedite our delivery, a lot of options but the sales team provided us specifics about each mattress type. Process will take about 2 hours but considering you’ll probably use the mattress for the next 15-20 years it’s well worth the price and time. They warrant everything you buy, just ask for either Hoss or Sadaf. Informative deal.
