So far a wonderful experience, and the sweetest woman helped us. She was super busy with customers but managed to help us all. I was extremely impressed with how she helped another man who spoke very little English and just switched to fluent Spanish like it was nothing. She also understood our budget and didn’t try to force us to spend more than we could afford like all of the other stores we visited. I have been researching mattresses for a few weeks. Trying to find an unbiased opinion has been impossible, it seems everyone pays to prominently display their brand. Reviews make me wonder if people are even talking about the same mattress. I came to the conclusion that a real human was my best shot at a good night’s sleep. I was not wrong. I didn’t think I was the type to buy a mattress from an actual store. I’m a millennial, I’d rather just order it online and not have to have any potential awkward encounters with anyone.But you know, I think I’ve changed my mind on that. When I first came here in March, I really just wanted to try out a Purple mattress since I’d heard so much about it. Martin helped me out and really gave me a lot of information to make a decision. Mattress Firm also honors all the deals that Purple has on their website, so there’s that as well.We came back today to actually buy the mattress and Donna was super helpful. I have to say that everyone I’ve dealt with here was nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. They make it really easy to make a decision with so many options and it seemed like they were very clear and outlined all of the relevant details, which I particularly appreciate when making such a large purchase.Definitely recommend this particular Mattress Firm!

I am moving soon and am downsizing from a King bed to a Queen.  I worked with Donna at the Herndon location.  She was great!  I am a complete germophobe and had a lot of hesitation to do any kind of in-person mattress shopping during this COVID-19 pandemic.  She was very careful and practiced health and safety precautions during my visit.  I advise bringing your own pillow case, and a towel or sheet to lay on when trying the different mattresses.  She helped me find a mattress that fit my needs and budget.  Not pushy at all and helped me save $.  Thank you Donna!  The mattress and base was delivered yesterday.  Delivery went well.  So far I am very pleased :)

Highly recommend this store! My wife was scheduled for a knee replacement surgery for the following week and we still were unable to find a proper, comfortable mattress. We needed a new bed after Id recovery from spine surgery and prefer to shop local. Martin was truly amazing! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He gave us the information we needed to feel comfortable in our decision but we didnt feel like we were being sold to. Everything he suggested or mentioned that would technically be considered an upsell were really things that would be helpful. He even stayed later than closing to finish our purchase and searched for other models and sales to get us the best deal. Unfortunately mattresses are just one of those things that if you buy new, its gonna be a pretty penny but Martin definitely takes some of the sting out! If youre looking and need some local help, hes your guy!

Very disappointing the person I dealt with never told me the mattress will come folded and it’s easy for me to pick up so he can charge me $40 delivery.

2 years after getting a very comfortable mattress for my daughter I wanted to get the same one for my son. Unfortunately I was missing all the paperwork. We love our new king mattress and the great service we received from Mattress Firm in Herndon! We purchased our mattress and split box springs from Dave Morrison the Store Manager at the Herndon Mattress Firm on Elden Street. He was wonderful to work with -no high pressure sales staff here, and we feel he gave us the best possible price on the mattress we chose. (I went on the internet to price shop while in the store to make sure!) After a brief overview of the different types of mattresses, Dave left is alone to try them out and decide which one was best for us. Then he wrote up the order, arranged our delivery and away we went. EASY! Today was delivery day! We were impressed as Dave called us yesterday to confirm we were still on for delivery and gave us our 2 hr delivery window which was the times we had originally requested. Then, he followed up today after our delivery to make sure everything went smoothly and that were satisfied customers. The two delivery guys were extremely efficient and courteous. They laid a red carpet down outside our front door and removed their shoes and put on booties so as not to soil our carpeting in any way. They were in and out in 15 minutes! All and all a very pleasant and efficient mattress buying experience. We highly recommend Dave and this Mattress Firm location.

Loved our experience at this store. Ehab helped us find a mattress based on our wants/needs. A big reason we visited this location was to try out a Purple mattress before purchasing one. His helpful insights allowed us to realize that Purple was the way to go. The delivery of the mattress was efficient and quick. Everything happened exactly as Ehab had described it and the whole process was over within 30 minutes. Be sure to stop by this location if youre considering a new mattress for your home.

I hate shopping because I always feel pressured into buying things but my husband was not comfortable with buying a mattress online. He was very informative & knowledgeable - even about medical aspects of sleep & how the lack of it is detrimental. He wasn’t just interested in selling the most expensive product, either. I recently spent nearly 6 hours shopping for a new mattress. I visited four different shops including this Mattress Firm and all I can say is that this was the only one that cares about my comfort as opposed to only their sales.I worked with Martin. He was approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout my experience, he was never pushy, and when I mentioned I was going to see other stores before buying anything, he was courteous and encouraged me to find the best mattress that I could.I ultimately went back after having three other stores attempt to push poor quality mattresses on me.
