Al Gutierrez really went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing my new Highlander Hybrid. I contacted him a couple weeks prior with my desire to purchase a very specific type of Highlander and he immediately went to work on meeting my exact specifications.He did such an amazing job that not only did he find the car I wanted in the right color, trim and including the correct accessories, but he was able to secure the vehicle in less than 8 hours! Had a Saturday visit to get a notification light checked out. They were able to fix the problem, deal with a last minute issue, and I threw in an oil change as well. I expected to be there a very long time. Considering all I had them do, it was done in a remarkably shorter time than expected. All without a scheduled appointment. The staff were all very good to work with and friendly too. I especially appreciated how informative they were. They were very patient and explained what they found and what was needed to remedy the issue. Sometimes, as a woman in a repair facility, Ive felt looked down upon and treated like an idiotic bc I dont know everything about my truck. None of that here! I would highly recommend this business! Al was amazing! I originally was looking at a completely different vehicle and when that vehicle had sold before I could come in, he made sure I knew and that my needs were met for a different vehicle. With Als genuine help I was able to find a vehicle that met all of my needs and checked more boxes than I had even known I wanted. I ended up getting a 2014 Chevy Traverse, it had all the things I had asked for and it was under my original budget! The finance manager was so caring about my wellbeing with the vehicle and they were able to work with the bank to get my payments where I wanted them to be! Our salesperson was Al Gutierrez, and right from the time of reserving a specific vehicle to the subsequent paperwork, he kept us informed of the process, and promptly responded to our queries. Al and the staff also accommodated our request to deliver the car to our home in the Tri Cities, on the day of the purchase. This was my first time financing a car and I was pretty nervous. Jerad Payne made the process so easy. I came in pre approved from an outside lender and it took me weeks and dozens of phone calls and faxes to secure my pre approval. Jerad and the team looked at my loan and assured me they could do better. In just one hour they were able to get me financed with a loan that was 3% less than the one I came in with. I have credit that needs a little work but they still got me an awesome deal. With the rebates and cash back I paid thousands of dollars less than I had anticipated. I’ve been driving my new car for two weeks now and I love it and have nothing but praise for Jerad and the rest of the team that got me into my new RAV4. I always thought that buying a car was an ordeal that would take days and tough negotiations. I never felt pressured, he legitimately just wanted to get me exactly what I was asking for. I called and asked to speak to a salesman, and was connected with Al. I came with baggage, and when no one else would help me, he did. From moment one Al was professional, honest, made no promises, and listened to my situation. He is an upstanding salesman, and guy. He went above and beyond to get me into my new Corolla. Came to a deal, numbers didn’t work and Tyler wouldn’t let me leave after I declined. He told me to buy today, and let my other car get repo’d so I wouldn’t have to trade it in with the negative equity. Absurd. Needless to say I’m driving a 2021 Jetta now from VW, and was offered good money for my trade at VW as well. My fiancé bought a car here beforehand and had an actual competent sales rep so I’m not going to one star it, she got a good deal and salesperson.

I bought a 2007 Toyota tundra from Rogers Toyota of Hermiston today!! What an easy process! I found the truck online and Raymond was the best help ever what a great salesman!! He sent me videos pictures and anything I needed! And to top it off Raymond drove the truck and delivered it to my house so I didnt have to drive the 4 Hour drive to Hermiston! I would definitely buy from Rogers Toyota again! thank you so much there were other members of the team that were hopeful to but I just dont remember their names!
