I will start by saying this has been the worst experience buying a truck I have ever had. That being said, at first point of sale they did a wonderful job. After that, my needs did not matter. Everything they said they would do was done cheaply, poorly and without care. When I complained and requested they correct the errors they told me to just deal with it. I had to deal with delays and poor customer service, it was horrible. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase from this dealership, is always a positive experience Sebastian Wenberg actually made the whole process a positive one. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and takes a lot of time answering all questions. The service department could use a little improvement and flexibility on scheduling and being available based on my schedule not theirs, but overall a great dealership.

Dominique was absolutely amazing. I knew what I wanted, told her my hiccups, and she said no problem I have heard worse; which made me feel better. She’s a very knowledgeable, happy spirited, easy to talk to.

We were in a jam and on the road. Needed a new alternator. Pulled into HJC at 4:30PM. The guys at HJC found us an alternator and stayed after closure to get us back on the road. Now we can start our vacation. They didn’t need to do it, but did - because it was the right thing to do. I was sold a plan on my Jeep under false pretenses when trying to get answers I got the run around and had to keep calling them poor customer service. Will not buy another car from this dealership.

Andrew in financing is horrible. Not only did we realized a month after taking possession of a 70k truck that we had two loans for the same truck (140k total) and had to fight for that to get fixed, 70 days later, new plates showed up in the mail when we retained our own. Sure enough... charges for that in error too. When I called on this second error he told me to go deal with it at the DMV. Currently our local DMV has a 60 day wait as it’s all appointment. He refused to acknowledge the error or apologize and said I’m driving illegal. When I got upset he said he had nothing further to say and hung up. If you want a headache after you drive away.... this place is perfect. Andrew is rude and unprofessional and lacks and attention to detail. I’ve bought many cars and trucks. This is a first and horrible experience.

I purchased our car two years ago. The trade went well, liked the process, but when we got home I noticed they were missing a document for my trade in that is required to receive a refund on gap insurance. I called since we lived 100 miles away and they promised to send it right away. Two weeks later I called again, then a month, two months.........fast forward two years and dozens of broken promises. No document. I finally wrote the General Manager and someone called and said they could just print it off. I FINALLY receive the document they had all along and now my refund was $40.00 instead of $580.00 since they failed to give me the document for two years.They just said sorry, its the other companys problem, not us. Now I have to sue them in small claims.They will love to sell you a car, but if you have a problem after the sale, you are on your own.

I flew from Idaho to buy a car from this dealership. It was a special car that I found in the internet, I didn’t haggle, I paid the price they asked, and never bothered to low ball them. I knew what the car was worth. I guarantee it was the easiest car the salesman ever sold. I was promised an extra key ($400-ish) and was given the run-around. 6 months later, still no key. I have worked for dealerships and I guarantee the key in question is sitting in the box of other keys from all of the other cars that the dealership lies about to all of their customers. I have bugged them about it a number of times, and still no key. If I lived there, I would have gotten it by sheer annoyance. Don’t expect an honest deal from this dealership.

This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them and they get better and better each time I deal through them. They scratch my Jeep when I brought it in there to have it serviced. They denied that it happened there when it was obvious to me. I was there 3 hours for them to do an oil change and engine flush. Save yourself the headache go elsewhere. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 certified pre-owned jeep Cherokee at the end of June 2017. In the process of closing the deal there was a conversation about the second key fob. Which was clearly stated on the yellow envelope(attached). Allan our sales reps said that he could only find 1 at the time and since it was a Saturday he would have to wait for the parts department to open on Monday to see if the key fob was there. I waited 1 week with no response from Allan and called to see the status of the key fob. I was then told by Allan “You did not put it in writing and I did not promise it. I said I would look for it but since I cant find it we will not be getting you another one”…. At the same time I received a call from Chelsea to find out how satisfied I was with my purchase. I returned her call and talked about the key fob at this time she said that she would look for the key fob again and get back to me. No response it took me reaching back out to her. The second time we talked she said she would get back to me by the end of the day… No response…. I finally called back and got a hold of her to only be passed back to Allan who said that they were not going to honor the second key fob and programming. We purchased a $25,000 certified pre-owned car and it is extremely disappointing that a company will not honor their agreement on a second key fob.TLDR: BUYER BEWARE when buying from Hermiston Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram make sure you get everything in writing in the contract.

Less than thrilled with the service department. When I purchased my 2018 Ram 3500, there was what is referred to as a maintenance plan. Have yet to have a dealership honor that but end up spending between 600 and 800 dollars for oil and fuel filters to be changed. However, my driver side door hinge creaks when opening the door, so I asked to have that lubricated when I had my truck in there for oil chang . Needless to say, that did NOT happen and the door still creaks. Additionally, the question of whether or not my engine coolant was actually low when it was checked has yet to be answered with anything other than a probability. All this before the quote of 1300 plus dollars to clean the EGR, which is a relatively simple task.

Kylie took a lot of time to make sure that we left with all of our questions were answered. She stayed late with us to make sure that we were satifisied. For only working at the dealership for a week, she was knowledgeable about the car buying process, whereas we were not. She made sure to work with us until we were happy and is working diligently so we can test drive a car from Washington before buying.

I went in on 2/18 for a routine oil change. During the inspection of my vehicle, several things were noted that would need my attention in the future. Victor reassured me that the items his mechanic had made note of did not need to be done right away. I decided to go ahead and get everything done that was on the list. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I was given a ride home so I would not have to wait while my car was being worked on. The work was done in an efficient and thorough manner and at a reasonable cost. My thanks goes out to not only Victor and Eric, but also to the mechanic Matt H. who had done the servicing and subsequent repairs, and to the whole business. Their personal, professional relate-ability with me, leaves me with a safe and secure feeling my car is being well taken care of. The work they do is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely awful. Sales department is fine. The shop is NOT. I will NEVER be taking any of my vehicles there again. Set an appointment over a week ago for very simple repairs. Brought her in, and she sat on the lot all day, barely touched. They stopped answering phone calls. My husband went in to check on her, and after being told how oh so busy they were, he noticed a lift open and several mechanics standing around, not working. Great.Today, he went it after they said they broke the other tire pressure sensors, and asked if the truck was making progress. This is the answer he got:Oh, its not here any more. We sent it to commercial tire to see if they could figure it out.AND WHY DID YOU NOT CALL THE OWNERS TO VERIFY THAT WAS OK. Thank you for updating me on MY truck...From now on, when my truck needs something, I will gladly drive all the way to Kennewick for service.The manager, Eric, didnt even know my truck was on his roster...

I took my wifes Jeep In to get two different recalls done and also have the radiator flushed. While waiting we are told the vehicle will be ready in a few minutes, because he is having the mechanic clean up the spilled antifreeze. ? When we got home the wife tells me that they never even closed the lid on the reservoir and it was half empty. Plus you could see dirty finger prints all over the cab and dashboard from them working on the air bag recall. After looking at the mechanics some of them looked very young, I thought you had to be certified to work on vehicles in a dealership. Never bothered to clean up after finished.WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.

This is a great family dealership to buy a vehicle.. I would rather drive from the Tri Cities then go to the dealerships in town. I have bought three vehicles and have had great experiences. The showroom may not be fancy, but you get good service and a good price.. The selection is decent as well. Every time there was a small problem, they made it right.

Nice sale experience but disappointing final delivery. We spent almost $37,000 on a used car and it wasnt even detailed. Sale: We were deciding about whether to head to Kirkland, Washington or Hermiston, Oregon to buy a Yukon. Well, Rodney at Hermiston CDJR helped us decide to head on over to Hermiston 3.5 hours from our home. He was friendly and welcoming and willing to talk to us about our needs. When we got there, Kevin was equally as nice and ready to help. It was worth the drive. DELIVERY: Update 6 days later: so we had to leave our new purchase of the 2015 Yukon in Hermiston so they could fix the windshield and air conditioner. They gave us a loaner and promised delivery within those 6 days. That worked out fine and I appreciated Kevin delivering our vehicle 3.5 hours away. However, Kevin also told us the car would be detailed because it had stains on the seats and it was dirty from sitting on a lot in Hermiston. He delivered it without the detail so we had very spotty dirty paint from a quick car wash he did and I was scrubbing the seats trying to get spots out in a car I just paid almost $37,000 for. I was so disappointed and still cant get the spots out of the seat. Kevin did vacuum it, but my husband and I were out cleaning our new car until way after dark last night.

Went in looking for a truck and knowing what I wanted before I went inside. They ignored my request to see what I wanted and showed me trucks I did not want. I also told them I wanted to finance through the bank not them but they did a credit check without asking me and approved me on a truck I had no interest in. I would recommend buying from a different dealership as I ended up doing.

I have to say first of all, I never give 5 stars, but Toms Country Jeep Dodge out on highway 395 really out did themselves, I had an excellent salesman Shaun Blakeman, who was exactly the kind of salesman everyone should strive to be, not pushy at all, let me take my time in my decisions, did not keep me at the dealership all day, 2.5 hours and the transaction was done. The service department was also top notch, they agreed to transfer my brake assist to my new purchase, but come to find out it really did not transfer very easy, but they took the time to do some splicing and got it to work and all transferred over, even put it in a spot where my knees dont hit it, and then delivered the new vehicle to my home when they were done, kudos to everyone, they are now my dealership of choice.

Very disappointed with them. I tried 0 stars but that isnt an option. We are in the market to buy an SUV and stopped there on Tuesday. Spoke with a wonderful new employee who did her best, she then went and got help from a Senior Sales Rep who only wanted the best for us. We were told they could get us 0% financing and a price close to a competitor for what we wanted. We went back a week later, after much deliberation and the price jumped almost $10k. It was very much a bait and switch. All prices online have quotes with incentives included, however NO ONE is going to qualify for all of them, theyd be lucky to qualify for one. The manager became involved and said the SSR shouldnt have told us what he did but he wasnt going to budge on pricing. We will take our business and money elsewhere. We will make sure to give our honest feedback to friends and relatives.

Have had mixed results with service here. I always feel like I need to keep tabs on the work they are doing. Folks at the service desk have been great to work with (Victor, in particular, is great), but I havent always gotten the outcomes I was hoping for, and it has, at times, taken much longer than it should have to resolve issues under warranty.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Dodge dealership in Hermiston. My salesperson, Kianna, couldn’t have been better. She made the entire process easy, not pushy at all, and really worked for the deal. We were able to do most of the deal over the phone and texts and she actually delivered my truck to me in the Tri Cities! I’ve purchased quite a few cars and I think this was the best experience yet. I highly recommend going to this dealership and asking specifically for Kianna for the sales part and Shaun for the finance part. Both were great!

I had a fine buying experience but they didnt follow through afterwards. During the purchase the the salesperson told me there would be a $1000 business rebate for equipment/signage that I added on to the truck for my business. After the purchase when I asked for reimbursement based on the rebate I got a bit of double speak about the rebate and a lack of responsiveness. One email took them 6 days to respond to. The latest email hasnt been responded to for 10 days now.

Went in to look at a new vehicle because I have a baby on the way and was not interested in looking at a suv at all and chuck helped change my mind about SUV’s now I’m open to an suv. Great guy to work with.

I scheduled a pinion seal replacement on my Ram 3500. I was going to miss my appointment so had it rescheduled for the next day. They fixed it quick, also answered some technical questions I had and on top of it washed my truck. Very happy with Toms Country Dodge and will be using again. Very friendly and skilled technicians.

I worked with Kevin and Rodney remotely from Denver to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee. 90% of our interactions were via text message, which seems fitting for this era of communication. They both were always helpful and responded quickly. I was able to fly to Portland and take an Amtrak train (which was way nicer than I expected) to Pasco, WA for $110. Rodney met me at the train station late at night on a Saturday with the car. Cant ask for much better service than that. Got an amazing Jeep at a great price. Thanks guys!

Very dissatisfied!! My husband took our vehicle to get it serviced and they told us plan on an hour...he was there for over 2 hours and they tell him that we have after market oil cap (which we do not) and it broke so we were going to be charged for the repair...my husband called him out on it saying it was not aftermarket and that he wanted to see it and talk to the tech that said it was. He of course would not take my husband back there to talk to him but later came out saying he would give us a break and not charge for the item they broke! Also this was about 2 weeks ago and my husband looked under the hood last night and they did not put the shield back on properly that goes on top of the motor so now it is missing a piece to connect it. Will never take my vehicle back there again....you would think if you bought your vehicle there you would get good service however that is not the case.

We purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Pickup, in late August. Apparently, during negotiations with the sales person I dealt with, there were some misunderstandings, as to the condition of the new purchase. The sales person delivered the vehicle to a part way point, as to make it easier on both parties. After driving the new pickup for awhile, I began to realize there were a few things amiss, as many things simply did not work, as I was previously told. After trying some things to get them to work, it became clear that those items never worked at the time of the purchase. I became quite frustrated at that point and called the sales manager. I explained my issues to him, and told him that I was pretty disappointed, when I realized the problems. The sales manager Josh, stepped up and said they did not want an unhappy customer. He made me an appointment and we took the truck to Hermiston and left it for a couple of days. The Service Department did a great job, and repaired everything that was not working, AT NO CHARGE. Now, in my opinion, this is NOT something you see very often. I totally appreciate everything Hermiston Chrysler Dodge did for us, as they were genuinely concerned, and really went out of their way, to make the purchase right. What can you say? GREAT JOB...............

The sales associates were very knowledgeable knew what we wanted and had recommendations as to what we could do. They are very nice and they helped us out with the selection of vehicles they had. That were in our price range. I would recommend them to any of my friends and will be back to make my next car purchase from them.

Casey McClure spent nearly all day with us on black Friday to help my mother with her new car and trade in! Everyone was super nice at the dealer but I think Casey, especially, went above and beyond what he had to do for us (my husband, myself and my mother). Helping us with small errands and then helping my mother get back home after the sale because it was dark and she lived in the tri cities. Thank you all again so much! Especially Casey, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever witnessed!!

I highly recommend working with Steve, he will work extremely hard for you. I am very happy with my final purchase! Also, Mike the General Manager was extremely helpful and very patient. Steve and Mike treated us with great customer service!
