Friendly sales staff. They did their best to give us a great deal and get us into a vehicle we wanted. Didnt work out but not their fault. The helped us figure out what our best plan of action would be even though we werent able to trade in our rig at this time.. so eventually when we get everything straitened out we would definitely come back to do business.

If I could give one star I would. I recently spoke with Natalie? Nathaly? Anyways she was extremely rude and dismissive and when I confronted her about it she pretended like she didnt even remember talking to me. They may have some fair deals but its not worth the disrespect and unprofessional attitude you get. Shame on you. Just because you flirt shamelessly with the owner doesnt mean you can be rude to customers.

I inquired about a truck online and spoke to April who was really great to work with and if I had only dealt with her I probably would of bought the truck and gave a better review however after being forced to work with Natalie I will never do buisness with this company. She has been the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. It was so hard to read any emails due to the fact that she doesnt know how to spell. I would have to call and get clarification just to understand what she was saying. She would become very rude telling me to refer back to her email which I couldnt understand due to the aboved mentioned issue. I asked to work with April only but she refused. I ended up buying a truck from Tom Denchel Ford and couldnt be happier.

Made an appointment to test drive and buy a 3/4ton GMC diesel truck for Sunday on Friday. Spent time on Saturday calling my bank and making sure that my funds were available, did an online financing through them, They had a question that I did not see until Saturday afternoon and instead of replying online I thought that it would be easier to just call them and go through it over the phone. When I had called they had sold the truck that morning without telling me that it was sold. I would of made a 3-4 hour drive for nothing. The attitude I received was less than spectacular. Not a fan.

I have never purchased a vehicle for a small dealership before and it willprobably be the last time. Jordan the salesman was good but the rest of the experience was horrible and that starts from the yahoos in the management positions. they sold me a truck that needed brakes and the detail job was very poor. They lack professionalism. Paper work process was very poor.Be aware.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I went in with a budget for each monthly payment they were able to keep me with in that budget! Had one small issue with the car, but I got in touch with them and they took responsibility and got it fixed as soon as I was available! My parents have bought not 1 car from these guys but 4, and with each one they were taken care of! All in all if your looking for a car and need someone to really work with you I would highly recommend heading on over and having a chat with these guys!

Worst experience ever . Alex did nothing for us after the financing was done now im stuck trying to get the sirius xm fixed and was never told it was $2500 for the bumper to bumper he added to our contract our financing lady had to go over everything . And now we cant get back our original copies because Alex says the bank needed them,,, no the bank said they just got copies and originals should be returned to us, What a total nightmare,
