We ordered 3 new tires little over 2 weeks ago..Was told they would be in today, also told we had a few other issues with our car to be fixed.Called them to double check before we drove 50 miles (thank God) and found out they werent ordered yet. And nothing else they could do..

While traveling I realized I had a nail in my tire, so I stopped in to have it fixed and they found out that 2 of my tires had nails in them! They fixed them both and had me back out on the road in 30 min! To me that is going above and beyond good customer service and satisfaction! you guys are awesome!

Its just not fair that 9 cant give these guys 10 stars. We pulled into their lot with something badly amiss on our dodge truck. It was Friday and the first day of a mulyimonth 6,000 mile trip.We were lucky to find these guys. They test drove it after we uhooked our travel trailer and made it their challenge to get us back on the road to continue our trip. It turned out that our usual mechanic had screwed up when working on our brakes. Long story short, an hour later wecwere on the road again...and they didnt even charge for the service!!!!! Thank you soooooo much!

Honest shop!! I was passing through town and came in for what I thought was a problem with my brakes. Turns out there was just some rocks and dirt in the calipers. Cleaned everything up for me and got me back on the road. Thanks!!

Went in to have them check my brakes. It was making noise. Manny one of the service technicians took the car for a short drive heard what I was talking about. Took it in looked at the brake we thought it was. Didnt find anything but there may have been a small rock at one time. Mind you I had no appointment scheduled and after inspection the nose disappeared. Also note that They had fixed my brakes in Feb. Or March of this year. Great Job Guys. And Thank you again Manny.

I bought a full set of all weather tires here in in November 2018. Still holding up great! They were polite and quick to help. The wait time was under an hour and the lobby had a comfortable TV area to sit in.

Great service! We went in to have my car serviced, oil change, alignment, tire rotation. The clerk did not quote us a price for an alignment, eventhough we asked for it to be done, and they did the alignment anyway and didnt charge us for it! They honored the quote they gave us and did a great job.

I went in for an oil change and had them rotate the tires Im really glad they were looking one of my tires was down to the cord and the other had a big crack in the wall they called around got a set of tires that I needed .... went to Kennewick and Got them the next morning so that I could get my tires changed the next day I really appreciate the store I have been going here for many years theyre always on top of everything..... and they do everything from an oil change to a full engine swap I think so if you need it they will.do it.....and Ill also tell you that they will do it at a better price a much friendlier then any other place in town at all if you do go tell them Greg sent you.....

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tires were not balanced correctly when they were brand new. Turned right around after I pulled out and they couldn’t even look at it for an hour. Been in twice for a rebalance over an hour wait just to get it in the shop. They only put one weight on and it was 3 oz out of balance. Will never do business here again.

Horrible communication. I had my truck looked at and made an appointment 1 week later. I dropped my truck off when they opened for my appointment. I didnt hear from them all day. Then the next day I called them and they didnt fix it. They told me the same thing before I made my appointment. I was a loyal customer. Never again.

Was on a roadtrip when the alternator belt on my Eurovan broke and the pulley seized up. Commercial Tire was incredibly accommodating to help us figure out a way to keep going, as we were on a tight deadline. A great group of guys and fantastic service.

We stopped on our way through Hermiston back to Pendleton to see about new tires. My husband was going to have to work soon so I said I would bring the car back. They said they could have it done within 30 minutes and it was more like 20. They did a great job, and it was friendly service.

Commercial Tire Hermiston always goes above and beyond. Greg, Rosanna and crew always make you feel like you are a top priority. Its a pleasure doing business with them. Oh and i cant forget the mechanic Manny, hes fantastic.

Travelling salesman passing through town and needed a TPMS sensor replaced. Almost 5:00 on Friday and the door was open. I pull in, tell the guy at the desk what I need and the part is in stock and available. The job took about 15 min. The environment was pleasent, the staff appeared happy and jovial. Popcorn was fresh, TV in the waiting room had good reception. Price. If I went to the auto parts store the part was around $40-50. For $65 I received parts and labor, prompt service, and a snack. The other company that I went to would have charged the same price for the part but wanted an additional fee to calibrate the part. This was my first visit to a Commercial Tire location and I will continue to use their service.

The project that I work for has a quite large fleet ranging from lawn mowers to road graders and everything in between. I immediatly felt like a valued customer. And have felt that way going on 6 years now. Rosanna was very welcoming and she is extremely knowledgeable of the industry she works in. Always a smile. Always willing to help you with whatever is needed. Greg is the store manager, and he is very customer satisfaction driven. Gregs employees respect him and do not hesitate to get the job job in a professional manner. SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!!!!!My grandma brought her pick up in to get new brake pads. They got done and had replaced ALL of the brake components and charged her over $2000. Well over 10 years ago I started using Commercial Tire here outside of Hermiston of all of those years I have never went anywhere else unless Ive been out of town .....I have told more people to go there than any other place in town because of the great service the wonderful people and the discount that they provide for loyal customers.... Terrible, short staffed and lack of communication with customers while waiting for services is the worst !! Even when you have appointments !! They dont bother to call and let you know when theyre way behind schedule or if you are waiting in person with an appointment, they dont come and tell you anything either !!
