Family trip to Pdx we got a Flat tire! These guys went above and beyond helping us. Really appreciate the driver who went to find us on the Hwy and the help of the store manager who waited even after the store had closed.

Good service even though I had to go buy a used trailer tire elsewhere and bring it back to have them mount it. They treated me with the same respect as when they were trying to sell me one of their tires. I really appreciated that.

Always provide great service regardless of where I have purchased a car battery beforehand at a different store location with Les Schwab Tire! My car battery was having issues and they took care of it immediately and replaced it!

We blew two tires on our horse trailer and stayed the night in Stanfield. Les Schwab got us in first thing in the morning, replaced all of our tires in the trailer with our yearling colt in the back, and had better pricing than other places we tried to get in to. They also have two pull through bays (they service semis here as well), so we were confident pulling through. Robbie helped us and was an absolute rockstar. He was incredibly fast and made us all smile during this ordeal.

The best place to get and fix tires!!

My wife went in to get the front brakes on our car changed because they were squeaking bad. They told her she didn’t need new brakes but needed to turn the rotors. After the rotors were turned ($230) the brakes that need to be replaced still squeak. We never asked to have the rotors turned, my wife agreed to have it done after being told that was what they thought the problem was. If the brakes would have been changed like I originally asked for this would not have been a problem. Turning the rotors is included in the quote for new brakes. Now it’ll cost me another $300 to have them do the brake job I asked for in the first place, I will not have them do it.The last time I got tires there on this same car they gave me one tire that was a different size than the other three. I had to go back to the store to have it changed out. I made an appointment then sat in the lobby for an hour while they changed one tire. For my trouble and time I was told they wouldn’t charge me for the tire swap. Gee thanks. I wasn’t even told sorry for the inconvenience or the wast of my time. They acted like they were doing me a favor.I posted this after speaking with a manager in hopes of finding a way to resolve the break issue. The only solution suggested was for me to try and find out what type of break material the existing pads are.

Went in to get stock tires put back on in place of used tires I had purchased through schwabs. There was a little clarification needed but when all was said and done they made it right and will keep my customer service. Thank you Les Schwabs Hermiston.

Super fast flat tire repair at 530pm on a Monday, when they close at 6pm. Plus, they waived the $20 fee and the repair was complimentary! Best experience Ive ever had with Les Schwab!

Our car tire had a slow leak from a piece of tire chain in it (probably from an earlier drive across the snoqualmie pass). Pulled into Les Schwabs, no appt, they had the tire fixed up and us back on the road in probably 30 minutes (just enough time for us to eat some lunch from our cooler). Awesome.

They came and put the temp donut on took the bad tire, I met up at the store a few minutes later and got in got a new tire and was on my way. No Bull, in and out for under $50.

Our vehicle had a terrible vibrating issue - i had taken car to 3 other repair shops and spent a considerable amount on trying to fix the issue. Nobody could figure it out. Until i brought it to les schwab in Hermiston. They must have some really experienced, knowledgeable mechanics, because they figured it out, did the repairs and now my car is driving like a dream!! I was truly amazed and grateful. So- thank you to the mechanic that worked on my car.

Great quick service. Only place in town that had my tire for my infiniti g37, and I literally called every shop in town! No wait which is impressive as well, just a little expensive. But other then that im very pleased with their services!

The guys at Les Schwab have been wonderful! I was getting ready to go to Billings, Montana (1400 miles round trip) by myself. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and took it to Les Schwab for them to fix. They pleasantly did so and at no charge! The day after I returned (a week and a half later), I discovered I had ANOTHER flat tire... This time PANCAKE FLAT! I got enough air in it to make it back to Les Schwab. AGAIN, they repaired it at no charge and were SO VERY NICE about it! GREAT TEAM of guys and the ladies in the reception were also VERY KIND and friendly! GREAT place!

We called our local Gresham store, and they helped us navigate the nearest store to us, which happened to be Hermiston. They checked the stores inventory before sending us, and called to let them know we were coming. The collaboration was extremely appreciated. Exemplary customer service. I had a blown out tire today on my way to a 10:30am appointment that was an hour away. I showed up here in a panic because I was already running late and then was made even later due to the blow out. These guys had 4 brand new tires on my car plus my spare aired-up and back in the trunk and me back on my way in 20 minutes! I made my appointment on time because these guys were so awsome! Exceptional customer service...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Because it had snowed, I didnt go anywhere for 3 days. I needed to run and do some errands, thats when I realized my tire was completely flat. A friend filled it up so I could get to Schwabs. They got to it fairly quick and found it was a nail. Its fixed and no charge. Polite and helpful people work at Hermiston Or shop.

I have always purchased my tires & rims at Les Schwabs. Theyre efficient,trustworthy,they provide a spacious waiting area and also they fix flats,even off brand tires,at no cost to the customer. It may also have a factor that I have been a loyal customer for so long as to fixing my sons flat tire. I just pull up to one of the empty bays and they are right there to put air in my tires. Very polite.

Too slow

My mom, sister, and I were on our way to North Bend Oregon from Salt Lake City and spent the night in Hermiston. When I pulled into the hotel parking lot, I dragged the front of the car over the concrete parking stop, which ripped the plastic under carriage below the bumper, causing it to drag. It was 5:30 on a Tuesday. The first place I called said they were closing at 6:00 and that I could try again in the morning. I then tried Les Schwab in a panic to see if they could help with this type of issue. They too were closing at 6:00 and said that while they do not do body work, they would be happy to look at it if I wanted to bring it in. We arrived at 5:45 and they got us right in. A few minutes later, the employee (I wish I had taken note of his name) came out and said that while we will eventually need to take it to a shop to be repaired, he was able to push it back up and secure it for now. They would not accept any payment, nor would the employee accept a tip. I thought customer service like this was non-existent in our world today. The relief and happiness that I felt was overwhelming. My mom has always said great things about Les Schwab but I had never used them before. After this, they will be the first place that I go when I need tires. THANK YOU for saving the day and for saving our vacation! Everyone in the shop - the person who answered the phone, the one who greeted us, and the awesome worker who saved the day - went above and beyond! I am so very grateful!

Bryant and team were amazing. Blew a tire on the interstate and had my vehicle towed to them 30 minutes before closing. (6 hours after my wife had a freak accident and totaled her car). What a day! He offered to stay a little late even and made sure we were continuing on our way with 4 New tires to Montana. Incredible service and super nice people. Thank you guys.

Didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Went in 3 times in 24 hours and ended up having to transport everything BY MY SELF to lagrande to get it done correctly. Very unsatisfied and very upset.

I own a tractor trailer. I was passing through Hermiston,I had a flat on the trailer. Hector got me right in and discovered it was just a bad valve stem. He replaced the valve stem and checked for air leaks .I was back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price ...Thank You Hector

They were great. Walmart tire center told me they could not help me so I wentt to Les Schwab and they were the best fixed my tire. Will go back there to get my other tires for sure. I give them a two thumbs up

Today I spent $1100 on tires. Only to have my rear wheel rim on my dually pick up scarred severely, not to mention they put the inside rim on the outside, so my rims dont match. I know its their busy season, maybe they were short staffed. Im not sure what the deal was, but I do know when someone spends over a $1000 dollars during the holidays on tires, it shouldnt look like this. Definitely going to explore more options when it comes to tires in Hermiston Oregon.

Its the Les schwabies, service and quality you can count on. Complimentary pop corn, comfy chairs. Depending on the time of year, and day. Wait times can be long. But thats OK, they will call you when done. Also dog friendly . Dutch Bros coffee is next door you can grab a coffee whilst you wait.

KAT ROCKS! I ran over a nail just outside of Hermiston on my way to Boise. I got to Les Schwab about an hour before it closed. The technician repaired the tire at NO cost even though I hadn’t purchased it there. I was on my way again within 30-minutes!

Unplanned visit after a trailer tire blowout along our 500-mile journey. They had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes.
