Went to AutoZone for a car battery. Was able to get the battery and the store manager replaced it for me. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location! Thank you AutoZone staff.

Seems every time I go to autozone I end up with a bad experience. This time it was the store manager Kyle was very rude. And as far as i am concerned Lazy, disrespectful, if this were my employee he wouldnt last long.When I arrived, one of the employee attended my needs, as I called ahead to reserve and secure a blower motor for my vehicle. I was sure to check ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. And asked if they could pull the part to have it ready when I arrived. The employee assured me he would pull the part and I gave him my name and phone number on request. When I arrived nothing was ready as if I never called. The manager was standing alone to the side with some sort of part in his hand.another employee was on the phone to a customer and the employee of whom I talked with on the phone took care of me. He pulled the part and started checking me out, when the phone rang. Now what I dont understand is he acknowledged he had to answer the phone right at the moment I was getting ready to run my card. So after ten minutes on the phone. I began to get irritated as the manager Kyle was still standing to the side holding the same part he was holding earlier not working with any noticeable customer at the time. The other employees that was on the phone had hung up. And I thought he was going to help finish my transaction but instead went right past me and attended to a customer that just entered the store. I made comment that Id like to finish my transaction. The manager spoke up and in a very rude tone of voice comment words that I will not soon forget and will surely take my business across the highway to Orielys.I am through dealing with such rude children at the counter. Most everytime I go into that store I end up with a bad experience with the manager and or employees. They are of a generation that do not know how to communicate with customers in a kind way and they are unable apparently to handle a simple multitask.Where do these kids come from and and what ever happened to good work ethics.

My father bought spark plugs based on the recommendation of an associate here. He ended up receiving spark plugs that were not a fit for his vehicle. He attempted to exchange them for the right ones and was met with anger and contempt. Ive been to tons of auto zones and never had something like this happen. So disappointing.

I was today at this store 05/28/2020 at 6:45 to buy a water pump and I had a young guy to help me on the counter and behind the counter there was the manager and a 3rd person when the guy helping me was trying to get support from his manager to ask questions about the part I’m trying to buy manager ignoring him and helping people on the phone I was there for more than 20 minutes on the counter waiting and I do feel bad for the guy helping me because he apologized today was is 2nd day and he ask his manager 2 diffent times for help and we got ignored,What kind of Stuff Support or New hire training!?Or Customer Service!Is this new hire has better future anywhere else!?-5 stars

Went in for a Ford relay. The store was completely empty of customers, besides myself. I asked to have one of the three employees to look up which of the two relays I needed. Employee didnt even ask the make or model of vehicle, or even move to look up the information on his computer. Instead he said he cant do anything without a relay from the vehicle in front of him. And stated that there are different kinds as production changed over the years. Didnt lift a finger or use critical thinking to help the situation. I left frustrated as he clearly didnt want to help as he clearly wanted to be hitting on his coworker then help me.I went across the street to OReillys and they immediately asked make and model and I was out of the shop with the part I needed in less then 10 minutes(All while on the phone with another customer). On December 18 2017 I was trying to find out a price for a fuel line for my truck. The person on the phone told me that he could not look it up. I told him that the auto parts store across the street was able to look it and gave me a price. He then told me to go buy it from them. I guess they didnt want my money.

After waiting for a few days, my part comes in, after paying in advance. They gave me the part, NEVER could fit, wrong part. Took it back, the Latino gentleman welcomed me, I explained my receipt flew out my window and he found my purchase via phone. The wanna be Supv. Takes over gets snooty and in front of the Latino, tells me wont credit and recommends I try again in 2 WEEKS! Disrespectful Kyle cant treat people like this. The worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Will not recommend this place to anyone, will never go back. I went in to inquire about something I could order for my vehicle from Auto Zone. I asked if they new anyone in town that could install the part. He said no. My comment was if you sale it wouldnt be to your advantage to no who installs it. His comment thats not my job. ????

The store sold me a bottle of SeaFoam that leaked all over my front seat. While I worked on her truck, I sent my mom back to return it. The guy at the front wouldnt return it and told her that she at least got a little exercise and a little wasted time. He proceeded to follow her out the door coming up with theories of how I must have damaged the bottle. I was fuming and shaking with anger. I called the store and the girl I talked to was pleasant. I went back to return my product and while she was checking me out with a new bottle the guy came over and started arguing with me accusing me of damaging the product! Such terrible customer service its almost comical. I literally laughed out loud as I thought about the smart aleck following my mom out of the store to prove his point! Ill definitely think twice before I buy here. Oriellys is just across the street and they have served me well :)

Never had a problem when the girls help me but every time that one of the other guys try to help me is like a nightmare, I show them what I need with part number on my phone with their app and they always ask me for year, make and model and ended selling me the incorrect part or dont want to search for the one I want, even if you have the part with you and their system show 2 or 3 different they dont look on their stocks to see wich one is the same, I was a Autozone customer for years gut this autozone in this town make me change to OReilly, thanks for the bad experience guys!!!
