I want to thank Dr. Pencek and her staff for the care and compassion for their patients. I was having trouble with one of my hearing aids. Upon contacting the office I was quickly given an appointment. Dr. Pencek checked the hearing aid and made adjustments. She explained that her procedure might not fix the problem and if it persisted to let the office know. I’m thankful for the time and efficiency of their office.

I am so thankful to have Hearing Aid Specialist of the Carolina Hendersonville in my life. They have made such a wonderful difference in everything I do. First time for hearing aids (impressive) from the examination, hearing test to the final fitting. Each step was explained (LAYMANS TERMS ) with all questions and what ifs answered. And with the front door open if there is anymore concerns or problems. Insurance claim was completed and submitted by office staff. Had two hearing aid options - battery or rechargeable. Overhaul a excellent experience. Tuesday july 13 last visit . Overall I am satisfied with everything.

I bought my hearing aid from them 6 years ago with excellent service and and follow up care. I went in today because my hearing aids receiver broke off. I thought it was broken for good. She fixed it immediately with a new one! So friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them!

We never have to wait, Dr. Pencek is always on time. She takes the time that is needed with us to explain everything in detail. She is also very friendly and professional. Her prices are the best we found anywhere. Highly recommend her.

I just want to say thank you to Casey and the staff. My mom is not the best patient but they were kind, courteous and patient to her and showed us things we had never known about the hearing aids and how to clean them. Mom has worn hearing aids for 15 years and no one had ever taken the time to show us what they did. We were under the impression mom was deaf in her right ear but after Casey adjusting her hearing aids mom could hear some things in her right ear. I followed Dr. Casey Pensek from her office in Asheville to her new location in Hendersonville.I did so because as a retired physician myself, I place a high premium on professionalism, courtesy and a thorough command of her field of expertise. Ive worn hearing aides for 20 years. She is the first audiologist to recommend I have my devices factory inspected and reconditioned before the 3 year owners warranty expired. She is well worth the distance traveled.

I had an appointment with the Hearing Aid Specialists of the Carolinas earlier this week, and I was surprised. I met with Dr. Pencek. I had been expecting the usual routine exam, but I was surprised. Dr. Pencek was friendly, interested and seemed very knowledgeable. She explained several things to me which I hadnt known before, and she offered me some options. I was very impressed with her.

I cant say enough about Sherry and the staff that work here. Sherry let me try the trial hearing aid to see if I was comfortable with it and to see how well I was going to hear with it. They even called to make sure I was ok and if there was anything else they could do. Absolutely amazed how my wife and I were treated here we were not pushed into anything and was explained how everything would work. I cant believe how much better I hear and how comfortable it is to wear. Thanks to Sherry for all she has done to make the experience a great one. In my opinion this is a very well run office I would highly recommend it to anyone else who needs a hearing test or hearing aid.
