We were very impressed with this office. We had been considering hearing AIDS for a while and been to several offices. This office was by far the best!! You can certainly see John cares deeply for the people he serves. He was very knowledgeable and efficient! I will go out of my way to notify all I can about this highly professional and caring office.

Absolutely 5 stars! I recently got hearing aids for the first time. John Wilson, the audiologist, tested me thoroughly, and made a recommendation based on my needs - and it wasnt the most expensive one. His deep knowledge of all things related to audiology was evident in his conversation and how he answered all my questions. Cindy was warmly welcoming and provided excellent training on all the bits and pieces.But here is a big thing for me. I was the focus of their attention, and not just the next client in line. My needs were important to them, my questions were important, and they made sure I understood the answers. They are concerned about me as a person, and I mattered to them.I will say - I sort of picked them randomly from the ads that came in the mail. I had no referral. I can save you that uncertainty - This office and these folks are superb.

Both John and Cindy were very professional. John was very knowledgeable in explaining the process and has worked with me to insure that my hearing aids fit comfortably and that they function properly. I am hearing things I havent heard in years.Cindy was helpful in instructing me how to care for them.

John is very professional. He could have easily recommended a hearing aid for my obvious hearing loss, but said I could wait unless I was a bird watcher who needed to be able to hear the high frequencies of the bird calls! I trust him completely to do what is best for the patient.

I would give John WIlson and his office more than 5 stars if I could.When I recently went to him at Elite Hearing Center in Hendersonville I really wasnt very hopeful. I had already been examined by another audiologist in town and was told there really was not much help out there for my type of hearing loss. After John thoroughly examined and tested my hearing he looked at me and said I can help you - and after I do, your world around you will be totally different. And he DID help me - and yes, my hearing world has changed dramatically. My new Phonak hearing aides have helped me so much in every way (especially on my phone which was most troubling). And the follow-up and support John and Cindy provide at the office could not be better - they both are right there for any questions or problems I might have. They go above and beyond in so many ways and I appreciate and thank them so much. My family and I would absolutely recommend them - THEY ARE THE VERY BEST.

My sister and I had the most wonderful Elite employee work with us, and she fit both of us with new Phonak hearing aids. Ashley Travers was marvelous. I never knew I would be able to hear this well. I have been almost totally deaf in one ear for over 40 years, and partially deaf in the other. I can hear the tv with my sisters or mute it just for my own listening. I can hear my audiobooks with out bothering anyone. And, I can talk on my phone without using the speaker! My sisters are so grateful for that. These hearing aids are fabulous! After 38 years of sirens and air-horns while working as a firefighter/paramedic, tinnitus was driving me crazy after I retired. John Wilson saved my sanity by significantly reducing the tinnitus in one ear and eliminating it in the other. John is a miracle worker.

I am a young 61 year old and fighting aging with everything I got! When I realized that hearing loss can be a cause of Alzheimers Disease and my friends were getting tired of repeating themselves, I decided to take the plunge and get hearing aids. I also have tinnitus. I went to Elite hearing Center in Hendersonville, met with John and Cindy and they have literally changed my life, I can now hear people speak in meetings and when i go out in crowded places! The Phonak hearing aid is practically invisible and blue tooth. John really knows the anatomy and physiology of the ear and he has been incredibly helpful while I was getting used to the devices. I love the Phonak and recommend these hearing devices to anyone. And as a bonus, the tinnitus has all but resolved.
