I have been putting off getting hearing aids for some time. I finally made the jump and decided on Beltone. Man was this the right choice. Mitch and Nicole couldn’t have been nicer. As always it was a great experience. One of my aids wasnt working. I arrived for my appointment. Mitchell saw me right away, got that aid cleaned up and it is working great again. So thankful to have he and Nicole so close to home.

This was not my first rodeo at Beltone. Several years ago I found it necessary to wear a left hearing aid. I actually bought hearing aids from another company, and I say hearing aids because they told me I needed 2 . When I went to Beltone they said I only needed the left one . They could have pushed me into buying two but they didnt . Everyone I dealt with at Beltone has been extremely helpful and I kept my appointments to check on my hearing aid to make sure it was doing okay. As time has gone long I felt I needed assistance with my other ear and so had Mitchell give me a hearing test and it was determined a second hearing aid would be helpful but he didnt push me. My existing hearing aid was getting old and there was no sense in me getting a right hearing aid of a different type and then having to get another one when my existing here yet hearing aid died. Mitchell left it up to me. I admired that. When I made up my mind I went into Beltone and tried the new hearing aids out. They were so comfortable and sounded so natural it was unbelievable. I almost feel like Beltone as one of my family because they look out for me. I had thought of trying some of the cheaper hearing aids that you see advertised on television but I wasnt comfortable with that because I needed someone there to stand by my side should I have any problem and I know Mitchell is there to do that. Hearing aids are expensive but its important to your hearing to have a company who stands by their product and stands with you should you have any problem with them. I just got the hearing aids yesterday and Im going to have to get Mitchell to help me with the app because Im not very Savvy with that! I know he will because he is my friend my helper and my Beltone man!

After buying heating aids x3 from a different place, Mitchell Hubert was the best at providing the exam and also the hearing problem. Information was given on hearing that we had never been given before. If we decide to buy it will be with Beltone.

It was great to have my hearing tested at Beltone. My family told me that I kept asking the same questions over and over. They said my hearing was bad. I took the hearing test on a dare. So glad I went. Found out I did have a hearing problem. Now that I have my hearing aids life is so much better. I can even hear the movement of paper in my hand. I would like to thank Beltone hearing center at 1050 Glenbrook Way Suite 420 Hendersonville TN 37075. The staff is wonderfully and they are there for you long after you purchase your hearing aids. Very professional service was great the hearing aids I had were never really serviced and always had problems with my hearing aids and probably because where I got them But Beltone was different he took the time to explain what hearing loss really was and I will be using the Beltone hearing aids and the ones he let me try were so Crystal clear that I could actually here his voice from around the room as he walked around and had restaurant noise coming out of a radio and I could hear him very clear I couldn’t do that with my hearing aids but they well let me try them and I’m sure I will go with Beltone hearing aids
