I’ve been a customer since they opened here and have purchased quite a few items for my Home. I purchased a rather expensive table runner during their Christmas open house. It was the wrong size and took it in for an exchange. The answer was “holiday decor is final sale and return policy is 7days”. It is barely past Thanksgiving and it is a Christmas runner with price tag still attached. Store manager didn’t even come from the back to tell me that herself. I will not be recommending this store to anyone. Maybe Goodwill will take the table runner

Neat place with a lot of farmhouse decor. My only suggestion would be to add more color. Everything is very monochromatic - greys, tans and browns. Some items are very reasonably priced with others very overpriced.

Keep in mind NO DELIVERY and NO ONE IS EMPLOYED TO EVEN HELP YOU LOAD WHAT YOU BOUGHT. There is an outside service that will deliver but no one knows what that fee is.

Nest has some great stuff, and it is really hard to leave without buying something! However, it is usually overpriced and the return policy is pretty strict.

This store is ran horribly! Do not shop there!! They charged me 3 times for my dining room table and then fought me on the refunds. They also cheated my mother out of a $100 gift card on a technicality that they didnt tell her about beforehand. The owner has no idea what customer service is!!!
