They are amazing to work with and the furniture is exelcellent quality. They worked with me on colors and styles. I thought their pricing was very reasonable for their furniture. Covid delayed the timing of the furniture, but they were so pleasant when I called and asked for an update on the timing of the coffee table. I would not hesitate purchasing from this company.

I am so excited to get this custom piece in! I am lacking major storage in my kitchen. I told Abby that I needed a piece that could have storage on the bottom with the ability to hold a crockpot, stand mixer and air fryer and on top we wanted space for our Keurig and liquor. Abby & team at National Rustic more than delivered! I am so excited to start putting this piece to use. This will be something that I can take from house to house and can even pass down to our kids. What can I say? These folks knocked it out of the park!! I never thought I would be interested in custom furniture because I felt I didnt have the vision to be part of the creative process. Abby made it effortless. She showed us many pictures and of course the magnificent pieces in the show room. She was patient with our questions and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. We came in wanting a dining table and ended up ordering not just that, but also a Franklin console table. Waiting was sometimes hard, but IT WAS WORTH IT! The results are spectacular.We had a tiny hiccup during the delivery and one of the doors on the console needed a bit of tweaking to lie correctly. After a few phone calls back and forth, we felt that we were not up to the task. (We were scared of doing anything that might be destructive to this fantastic furniture!) Abby and Matthew went above and beyond to make it right by making a house call. It took Matthew only a few minutes to fix the issue and viola, perfection.The furniture they create speaks volumes about their craftmanship and professionalism. Not only that, but they are genuinely nice people who care about the customer. My husband and I feel like we not only got amazing pieces, but made some new friends.

Great customer service & GORGEOUS furniture! I recently purchased a dining room set and coffee table from National Rustic. My experience was fantastic from the first minute. I was able to go into the showroom to pick out exactly what I wanted. During the time it was being built the team was always great about answering any questions I had and sending updates about the progress. The furniture exceeds my expectations. Its so beautiful and high quality. In fact, the minute it was delivered I was on the phone with them ordering another piece! I highly recommend National Rustic!

Invoice (#8002)We made an appointment in August of 2020 to shop for and purchase a table and chairs, a china hutch, and two armoires to decorate our log home. Abby was an awesome sales person, which led to our committing several thousand dollars for the pieces.The items were promised by Thanksgiving, but when we contacted the company by phone and email, we either received either no response or vague replies with no solid information about when the items would arrive. We purchased plastic folding tables for the holidays.In January we were notified our table and chairs were ready for delivery. National Rustics contract deliver crew arrived, but the table would not fit through our doors the way it was constructed. In no way did we expect the table not fit through a standard-sized entry door without being disassembled. Ultimately, the delivery crew removed the tabletop from the base and then reassembled the table in our dining room. They over-torqued the wood screws and screwed the up-side-down table to our dining room wood floor.Later I repaired the damaged table and floors. But the other 3 piece delivery schedule became a mystery. We left several phone messages and emails but the company either vaguely replied regarding a delivery date or did not reply all.In June, we received notification from the contract delivery company that our other 3 pieces were available. The delivery company arrived as promised and delivered the pieces.The armoires were not at all what we expected. We essentially received plywood boxes that flex extensively when the doors are opened. One would not safely open until it was bolted to an interior log wall. We fully expected the armoires would stand alone since we had no desire to attach anything to our log walls.Since wed had so little communication from Abby and Matt, I wrote and emailed them an extensive letter explaining our disappointment with the pieces and our experience in general. I requested our money back on the armoires.I spoke with Matt after he and Abby received the letter. They provided no real satisfaction.National Rustic prides themselves on all their 5 star reviews. However, there are legitimate customers who are given unrealistic expectations of their products and services. And there is no real recourse for the customer who does not receive what is expected.Edit after National Rustics reply. National Rustic is much better at the Google review process than I. This is only my 4th Google Review. I edited my review to counter their response, and then they simply edited their response. Then my edited review looked confusing and disjointed. This practice is perhaps to get less than 5-star reviewers to hold their opinions. Note that the reader does not see all the edits of these posts. I am done with this review process. I just caution you to read all the poor reviews and note the trend. There is truth in the trend of the poor reviews. And be very careful trusting Matts suspect opinion of my character or actions.

Absolutely OBSESSED with our dining table! We did end up getting delayed on completion due to the pandemic and supplies being limited; however, when I reached out to Abby closer to our original completion date, she apologized and let me know of the situation. I appreciated her honesty and she let me know of my new projected completion date. The quality of their work is 100% worth the wait! Our table is such a focal point in our home and we couldn’t be happier with it!

Very disappointing my wife I had to put a review to even get contacted after leaving messages. At which time we were contacted today after a time she told them that she was not available to speak with them.At this time I spoke with them myself and the conversation went very poorly after the owners told me they would not give me my product until I took the review down then wanting to backpedal after I threaten to call an attorney and hung up on me. Really poor customer service. At this time I do not believe my product has even been completed.More reviews to come!!

Due to the covid stuff going we waited a little longer for our table than expected but it was worth the wait our table is one of a kind and the quality definitely exceeded our expectations we look forward to many years of good family time at our table thanks 😊

Very Disappointing ExperienceI first want to start out by saying this was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I met with Abby in July to discuss building us a pantry and we were so excited to be working with National Rustic based on the pictures we’d seen as well as the reviews we read. Abby assured us that this was definitely something they could take on and from there we proceeded putting together the blueprint of how we were going to build our pantry. She put together a quote that looked reasonable so we decided to give this company a shot. We put down our down payment and was told that the time frame for delivery would be some time around October 2020 due to how busy they were. We said ok and was reassured that we would be updated on our project as things progressed. This is where things started going down hill. First of all we never received any calls with updates. We would call at least once a month to check in only to be told that it’s still in production. After the second time of being told this, we were told that things had slowed way down due to a wood shortage and that our timeline was now pushed to the end of November. I asked if we could come up there and take a look at the project and Abby said it’s in production and that there wasn’t anything to look at other than a block of wood. I thought this was a little odd and started feeling like our project hadn’t even been started. When I asked more questions, we were told that it had been started and to please be patient because Covid had slowed everything down. We said ok because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. As it started getting closer to Thanksgiving, I called Abby just to check in and she told us that they were now working on the cabinets and the drawers but that they weren’t going to be able to make the end of November timeline like recently stated. We were now being told that it’s going to be more like the end of December 2020. Please understand throughout this entire process we were never difficult or hard to deal with even though our project kept getting pushed back. We said ok because we were holding on to hope that the long wait would be worth it. Fast forward to now and this where I feel we were mistreated. We received a call from Abby a few weeks ago and we were so excited for a couple of reasons- one we never get calls giving us updates and two because I knew we were getting close to our new completion date. The enthusiasm of the call soon changed to disbelief when Abby told us she wasn’t going to be able to complete our project on time and that it would be best if they just gave us our money back. She said they had so many other projects ahead of ours that needed to be escalated and that they probably wouldn’t get ours completed until March 2021. I was floored because I felt like we had been strung along only to have someone quit on us. I asked Abby what was going to happen to the piece that supposedly was already started and we were told that it really wasn’t much that had been done. I then asked her about the projects in front of ours that she said needed to be escalated and what determines that. She proceeded to tell us all those people paid extra for that. I asked her the cost of what that was and she said those people paid an extra 1000.00 dollars. I can’t tell you the level of disappointment and disbelief we were feeling as we were hearing this. First of all, Abby never signaled that she ever planned on giving up on our project so we were willing to hang in there with her and number two why wasn’t this extra 1000.00 dollar escalation fee ever communicated to us. It almost feels like we were strung along and not told the whole truth and then just discarded because our project wasn’t one that interested them any longer. This whole process was a huge inconvenience because we could have gone with someone else and gotten this taken care of months ago. Again, I feel Abby and her team are nice people but the way this whole thing went down was very unprofessional.

I met with National Rustic a year ago and when I was finally ready they even remembered our family. Our experience was great and our Franklin was designed perfectly. We absolutely love our furniture and will come back and design our table next.

Abby was not only great at helping us figure out what we wanted but she listened to our needs and helped create the perfect hand crafted piece of furniture. FRAUD!!!!!!Buyers beware!!!!!No customer service after the sell!!!!Read really close to all details about return policy/ warranty on website before purchasing anything from this company!!!My wife and I purchased a table and chairs from this company. Started off fine until it arrived and it was not the right color top (that we seen in there show room). And the chairs set very unevenly. My wife notified them immediately. There response was to place felt under the chairs. And that we could take the top off and for additional price they could fix it, or we could just sell the table all together. So I called Abby the next and asked why she couldn’t take care of something we already paid for $2500 in total. And she said it was the grain of wood the color vary and that’s the beautiful thing about a custom table they are not all 1 Alike. So I turned them into my card services program to try to recoupe some of my money to fix the table and chairs. And they ran my card again for additional $1,288 ... very shady business!!!!!!Stay away

Quite possibly some of the most beautiful BUT sturdy furniture Ive ever owned. A friend of mine had ordered a few pieces from them and I fell in love so I had to go and order some myself. Really excited to host events at my house solely for my furniture!

Extremely reliable company that sells very sturdy furniture. The prices are fair and I really appreciate that the owner is who deals with the customers. She made sure it was all just the way I want.

We purchased a dinning table and 2 benches. We wanted a smooth table top so that we would have to deal with crumbs getting stuck in cracks. So we paid extra to have the wood glued and pressed together for a seamless table top. When we first got our table it looked great, but after 2 weeks the wood started coming apart and the wax finish that they put on was already rubbing off. A wax finish should NEVER be used on a surface that need to be cleaned regularly. It does not last long at all and will stain any rag you use on it!! I was very pleased with how National Rustic handled the situation. They delivered a new table for us that seems to be well built and even changed the coating to a polyurethane finish. At first all seemed good, but I did notice that it only seemed to have 1 coat of poly and they didnt even put a coat of poly on the legs of the table!??! Common kids spill and the legs get dirty too people lol....., So I was concerned about how long the finish would last with heavy use. And sure enough, its only been 2 years and I am going to have to refinish the table and benches. If you really like the furniture this company make I highly suggest getting it stained and finished somewhere else.Edited:We purchased a table with benches from yall in Dec 2015. Back when you were called Tennessee Tables. Honestly if I had to go back I wish I wouldnt have bought from you. The quality of the finish is terrible, both the polyurethane and the wax.Edited 11/9/2019I was a little hesitant to take our table back to National Rustic because I didnt want to drive an hour just to get the same poor quality finish done on our table. But I decided to give it a chance and Im glad I did.I just picked up our table that was refinished by Rustic National and I am very pleased with the finish. It looks much smoother and more durable than the first time we got our table done.I appreciate that National Rustic stands by their product and cares about making quality furniture.

I LOVE my entertainment center I got from here a few months ago. I think its the best money Ive spent in a long time.

I purchased a table and 6 chairs from National Rustic of Hendersonville, TN, all was good until I had a complaint about damage due to shipping by 2 elderly people (thats the shipping that cost 199.00) they came to my home at 10:30pm and banged the table trying to get it in 3 different doors. All that aside when I did call about the damage I was told I could glue it, that is what they would do. When that wouldnt work without creating further damage I called back and Abby didnt return calls, texts or emails. I had a professional wood worker come in & repair and he said it was already glued, he made all repairs and Abby still wouldnt respond to me. Dont believe any of there fake southern charm or god bless because its all bunk with this couple. THEY DONT STAND BY THERE PROUCT!!!! wouldnt do business with them again & have been sure to pass the word about my experience with them. When I filed a complaint with the BBB the husband who I never spoke with out & out LIED that they offered to pick up the table and make repairs for free and I declined. That doesnt even make sense that I would decline having them fix the damage.

Matt is his name, delivery and logistics is not something he understands, I would assume based off of his lack of communication skills, and his poor knowledge of what it takes to deliver a product that his craftsmanship would be sub quality at best, as well. By the way Matt, stop hiring your delivery services out to Craigslist, or at least when you find a reputable person from Craigslist pay them what there worth. Theres not a company in the world out here that accepts 99 dollars for a 40 mile radius delivery. Especially not including a proper unload. Heres the deal, customers if youd like to purchase a product from him, find your own moving service for delivery. He sales to you, quick talking of course, charges you for delivery, then has you pay delivery people that he hires from Craigslist that you will pay cash upon arrival. Out of sight out of mind is not a proper handling of your business affairs Matt. Deliver yourself, or handle things properly. I would assume the reason your not delivering yourself to your SUCKER CUSTOMERS that spend 2000 in a HEARTBEAT, would probably be because you cant afford your own 19000 dollar truck. I say to you again sir, Good Luck.
