Great store found a hole bed room set all the girls were helpful I love them all.

From the moment I first walked into High Country, I knew I was in the right place. I could smell all the real wood and leather furniture, and was surrounded with lovely rustic decor. I was on a rustic mission! Id recently moved to Hendersonville, and donated all of my old bedroom furniture before that. So, since I was starting from scratch, the time was right to finally create my perfect rustic bedroom retreat. I was greeted in the store by the manager, Traci, and shared my vision with her. When she understood the limitations of my budget, she led me to a bedroom set that I fell in love with immediately. When I said sold!, she handed me off to Debbie, who was very pleasant and efficient while processing the order. After that, Sydney kept me up to date with delivery information, and patiently answered some questions I had about my account. When the furniture arrived at my house, the two delivery guys, Heath and Jimmy, handled everything with great care, and assembled the bed for me. I also ordered a new Serta mattress, which had been recommended by Traci, and its by far the most comfortable bed Ive slept on in my whole life. Im in rustic, comfy heaven!

We had a great experience with High Country in Hendersonville and Traci. She spent a lot of time with us in picking out our bedroom set and some chairs. Luckily these pieces were in stock so we didn’t have to wait for delivery. The chairs we took with us and the bedroom set was delivered the next day. All pieces were taken off the floor. The furniture is beautiful and looks great in the house. We’re very happy. I thought High Country over priced but when I looked around at other high end furniture they’re pretty on target. I can’t buy all my furniture there unfortunately but what they sell is top quality.

I selected High Country to furnish two homes and they both are absolutely fabulous! Our journey started when we visited the store drawn in by the inviting and friendly staff. We had grown frustrated with our experience of trying to furnish a large executive vacation rental home with an online vendor.My husband suggested that it was time to bring in a professional decorating team. Traci and her team at High Country worked tirelessly to find just the right special pieces for each room and space. Our homes are comfortable and gorgeous thanks to the efforts of this wonderful group. I would not consider going anywhere else for professional consultation in home decorating. The quality of our furnishings is outstanding and many will stand the test of time to hand down to the next generation. Everything has been A+ from design to delivery.

We have shopped there many times and made purchases. There was a conversation couch that we liked and placed a custom order. We were told each time we made contact with the salesperson with whom we worked that she would call us about when ready, delivery etc. This person did not. For all but one time we had to call. She told us that the couch was ready after 6 weeks and they would pick up it up & let us know. No call! We tried getting it scheduled for delivery and another stalling & no call. Then she called and tells us what the balance is and I asked that she give me a delivery date and then I would pay the balance. A week later she called with the possibility of two days & we paid balance and she was to call with the exact day & time. On the first expected day we had to call her. She said that they were expecting another delivery item to make it worthwhile to come to Columbia and it had come in so no delivery. Later that day the delivery people called and said they had just gotten the sofa and it would be 2-3 weeks before it could be delivered and they never did have it on schedule or were expecting this supposed other shipment. So.....this clerk lied about the possible delivery, she has never called back again as she said she would. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.. we will miss shopping there in the future.And.. I called the owner and left our number to let he know of our experience and no return call. So, it must be endemic.

We searched furniture stores all over Hendersonville, Asheville and Black Mountain to furnish new home. The best service and quality we received was by far from High Country Furniture. Traci and Debbie went above and beyond to assist and find us what we want. It isnt just what they have in the store, they also have a warehouse in Maggie Valley and a store and the quality of their furniture beats all the other stores as we checked reviews on brands. We got the highest rated quality leather couch and love seat at better prices then any of the other stores that carried lesser quality. Their delivery people are excellent and call ahead the day before to let you know when they are coming and they show up on time and are very courteous and knowledgeable. Their overall service is the best we experienced at any other store and their furniture is beautiful.
