Chip reader not working.Chips in cards can not be SWIPED per bank set up. Locks you out of your account.Tried to explain to manager on duty on Feb.22.Well guess halfway listening to a customer is ok. But wait NO IT IS NOT I used to be a manager for retail and customers left happy not mad. I am mad. Second time. Sure will not be a third.Contacted corporate so lets see if customers are appreciated.Too much of customer non appreciation now a days.RETRAINING is a thought.By the way corporate never got back in touch.
