I worked for CVS for 3 years. I’ve never had such rude customer service (Aj). I know what is and isn’t possible and fake polities to avoid extra work because your staff doesn’t understand is unacceptable. I would seriously consider re-evaluating your manager and staff at this location. Seems retraining might be necessary

I mistakenly went to the wrong place to get a Covid test for my daughter, and a short lady with blond hair and pink scrubs couldn’t have been ruder to me if she tried. She should be fired for the attitude she gives customers. There is not a kind bone in this woman’s body. Shame on you, CVS, for letting your employees treat customers in this manner.

My husband and I went in here today. The short haired shift supervisor argued with us over the spend $30 get $10 back. We asked for the woman to refund our money on a mistaken transaction that didn’t fit our deal. So instead of helping us she proceeded to argue with us and then told us we didn’t know what we were doing. She kept mumbling under her breath and was unnecessarily rude. I see why this is such a low rated CVS.

Do not come here if you need a covid test and there’s any chance you may not have it. You’re given instructions before you come telling you the nurse will come out to your car and what to do. None of that actually happens. Everyone goes into a tiny trailer/covid box and breathes all the same air and touches everything everyone else who went there for a test did. Also, if you are so stupid to walk into the covid box make sure you’re wearing clothes you want to throw away because apparently they don’t give the bleach enough time to dry between people and have you sit down in a chair covered in bleach that will ruin your clothes. This place is ridiculous and I plan on shoplifting in the future to pay myself back for the clothes that they ruined

This is a great pharmacy if you like to play chemistry set with your meds. Twice now theyve given me a prescription that is to be mixed before dispensing. Guess its too much work for them so they let me do it, despite the warning labels to not dispense the ingredients separately. I guess I should just be grateful they didnt lose it this time like they did with my other 2 prescriptions. If I could switch pharmacies I would, but my insurance doesnt allow it. Yay for American Healthcare!

The staff was very rude and wouldn’t answer any questions regarding my COVID test.I was made to wait outside for an hour

This is the last time I or my family will use cvs. I have had to come to this location once a month for the lasy 6 months. It is never ready when promised and this time my wife picked it up and everone is rude. Not to mention they lost my hard copy and it was 3 weeks later.(good time its not blood pressure medicine).Working for a retail company how hard is it to check and see if good rx is better than insurance. But know you made my wife feel like she was a burden. And we wonder why people act the way they do.thank you but know thnks.I hope other people realize this and know longer do business with this company. It has cvs on the building not. Ive had a bad day go push a rope.

Terrible service at this locations Pharmacy. I just stood at drop off for 5 minutes. Was ignored by everyone in pharmacy especially the red head girl just on the other side of the wall that would not even acknowledge me. Drive through is sometimes better if it not wrapped around the building.

Done with this CVS and will be taking my business elsewhere. Every experience I’ve had with this place has been a nightmare from being told my prescriptions were ready and then arriving and finding out they’re not filled, to receiving an empty bottle instead of my medication to calling to receive help on a prescription transfer and being treated like garbage. CVS needs to take a hard look at who they are staffing in their pharmacy. From the other reviews on here it seems I’m hardly the first person to experience this extremely poor service. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s a big compliance and legal issue to give someone an empty bottle with no medication in it.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 2 years. I have never had any problems with the staff. In fact I am always greeted and have become know by the pharmacist and some of the staff. Everyone has been helpful and kind. I am not sure why most of the reviews are so negative but would guess that like most reviews these people would never be satisfied even if their meds were handed to them on a silver platter. Take a step back and look toward yourself and ask if you were the one behind the counter how would you feel being treated the way you may have been treated them. Yes sometimes I feel like why does it take so long to put some pills in a bottle? Or why do I have to wait? After all I am the one who is sick! Just think about it before you write a review.

The CVS Pharmacy was Excellent today. The whole team was helpful because I was having an issue with the Doctors office doing their job. Being new to the area they set up me up for text messages for future prescriptions. I’m happy I’ve found a CVS just like back home.

The pharmacy staff are always very short as if I’m inconveniencing them. Staff are never helpful when I ask questions or when I pick up a prescription. Every other CVS pharmacy I’ve used has been far superior in customer service than this location. If I didn’t have to use it for insurance reasons I would never use it. And I definitely do NOT recommend it.

Dont come here unless you have a few hours to spare, and dont mind coming back later a few times(even after the app says its ready).

I was so impressed with the service I got from April Carnal that I had to share. April went out of her way to help me with my prescription and dealing with the insurance company. Great customer service!

I’ve never had issues here. My insurance also limits me to cvs pharmacy. I prefer them honestly, Walmart always takes so long. This pharmacy has a mom and pop vibe that I like.

Called the pharmacy to see if they had vaccinations I needed and they said they did and I just needed to walk in. So I go to my apt at the minute clinic then proceed to get my vaccinations in the back and she tells me they don’t have them... ended up having to go back to the minute clinic and get in the walk in line and wait 3 hours. Definitely not the minute clinics fault they are always great but that pharmacy is an unorganized nightmare

Drop a prescription off in the morning, by lunch, at the schedule pick up time it was not ready, needing another 20 min.. “ sorry, we have 300 people in front of you!”What kind of answer is that??I’ll never take my business there again!!

Love this cvs, fast efficient and reliable. The pharmacist and staff are very informative and always able to fill my prescriptions fast for me, since I cant sit or wait long. Have been going their since we moved from NY a few years now and its nice to see they can keep up with a pace my family and I are used to.

Just tried to stop for some otc meds and the place was completely dark and closed. Says it doesnt until 9pm but it was only 7:15.Second time in a week theyre not open even though its within their open hours. Terrible location.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with!!! These people are CLUELESS! Theres a reason they have a 2.5 Star rating. Scripts are never ready when they say they will be ready. We call in a prescription to be refilled and when we get there they act like it was never called in. Even when scanning in refills on the CVS app, they seem to never get the scan. If you can go elsewhere...I highly recommend you do so.

Always welcoming as you walk in the door and I love the coupons they mail and print off.

The people that work in the pharmacy are completely rude. I am forced to go here by my insurance because it is what they will pay for. I had a issue with a prescription and I was explaining it to the lady on the phone and she just interrupted me and asked for my DOB and wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying. It makes me dread getting my prescriptions because I have to come in contact with these hateful people. I would almost rather pay full price for prescriptions and go back to Publix because they are the absolute best.

It’s a shame this is the only CVS in Hendersonville and is required by mostInsurance because this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They never have Rx filled on time, they are not friendly and have very poor customer service.

Took child here for a sports physical for school cross country. After child passed physical I asked Physician Assistant to look at bruise child sustained on foot, in school from another kid. Doctor pressed on foot and could not find bruise. (There was no physical mark.) When child pointed out area where she was hit, the doctor failed the exam. A normal doctor would have rotated the foot and moved it in different directions. All she did was press on the foot. Told doctor she has been running all week with no problems. If bruises caused a child to fail a physical, then all football players would not be able to play after sustaining a bruise. What a waste of $59.

Quick, kind, and efficient-everything a minute clinic should be. Highly recommend.

Never had any issues with getting prescriptions filled. Sometimes they have a linger wait due to volume of traffic, but that is normal at most pharmacies in my experience. Friendly staff.

Literally the worst clinic and pharmacy on the face of the earth. Gave me the wrong diagnosis and weakest medicine for seasonal allergies. Went back a second time (terrible idea) just to be disappointed once more by being skipped after being next in line. The only reason Id even give it at least one out of the five stars is because of the tissues that were there in the waiting room I was able to use. That place is a complete joke.

This place sucks so bad.. You can spend a hour on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone or go stand in front of them and still wait trying to get the attention of the employees that are talking about football or the bachelor which ever the topic of the day is...very unprofessional. Shouldnt matter what medication your on but it does here be prepared to be judged by kids that base their life on reality shows.

Their trash can out front of their building is always full to the very top with trash spewing out of the trash can. Looks trashy. Take more pride and have your employees take out the trash at the end of their shift. Customer Service up front is always nice :)

Unfortunately I have to rate with 1 star in order to write a review. It never fails, they lose one of my wifes prescriptions every.single.time. But, when asked more detailed questions, the order/prescription magically appears in their system.Hendersonville people beware and educate yourself. You can drop off your prescriptions off at the Target pharmacy in Glenbrook as the pharm in Target is now owned by CVS with much better service. I hate not being able to drive up and grab my wifes medicine, but its a relief that I no longer worry about all the mess ups.

Their customer service sucks they are some of the most lazy, incompetent employees around and look for any excuse not to get a job done. Listen people youre not getting paid to answer phones and gossip. One time I had to wait 3 hours when they had literally gotten through calling me 30 minutes beforehand on my prescription being ready. Liars.

Should have zero star rating. Forced by insurance to use. Have used kroger/walgreens forever occasional script downtown called into rite aid. NO problems. If there was a problem, they would call. CVS glen oaks in Hendersonville TN routinely never received anything will have it ready in an hour after calling at 2:30 from dr appointments called in at 11am but can barely fill before they close at 6. This last time i went i was told we have one ready, issue w 2nd issue w 3rd. ? I have 2! TWO! Only! Then lied to by the pharmacist blaming dr for only writing a 7 day and they were trying to fix it for me. Oh how nice of them to twist their mistake into looking out for me. I told them to fill it then they threatened that i would have to fight insurance. They overheard me at their fill window on my phone blasting their service. All of a sudden they fill it for 4 weeks. So sick of their BS! I know gosh darn well u didnt fix any prescription on my behalf! Then miraculously could fill it because the dr finally sent over the right one. BS. BS. I call BS on you!!

Prescriptions are consistently filled hours after they tell you they will be finished. Today I was told it would be ready in an hour; I returned 2 hours later and it still wasnt ready, and they said it would be 30 more minutes. I returned again, 4 hours I first dropped it off and it still wasnt ready! Not only that, but the Pharmacist told me, Youre lucky we even have your meds. We run out of those all the time. NICE! Was that an attempt at an apology for wasting my time and gas? If so, you suck at time management AND apologies...I had continued going there because my meds are a bit cheaper there than other Pharmacies in the area. But the few dollars I save on my meds doesnt come close to making up for the extra gas.Trust me, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

This pharmacy is busy at all hours, dispensing a dizzying quantity of prescriptions, their filled prescription bins are plentiful and all overflowing. For these reasons service is slow. Very slow.The pharmacist is very friendly and helpful if not a little harried by the business of the pharmacy. Theu do listen if you have an issue and try to resolve to your satisfaction.I have learned to open all prescriptions at the counter, mistakes are too common. They will happily fix their errors, wish they didnt make as many.I too have insurance that limits me to CVS pharmacies. CVS need another store in Hendersonville, this one isnt close to my home and is clearly unable to keep up with the volume of business.

I switched to CVS after getting married and going on my partners benefits where cvs caremark was the only accepted pharmacy. I was with Walgreens before and LOVED them for years. This CVS is Awful! Staff would not acknowledge my presence after waiting for almost 30mins at the counter to drop off a prescription and they saw me! Another time staff was snide over entering in my information. I moved to Hendersonville upon getting married, and its the only CVS there. I will use another CVS close to work in Nashville when I can.

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are rude, liars and all around incompetent. They repeatedly fill the wrong prescriptions or not at all. They have repeatedly have told that my doctor did not call in when Ive called to check to see if its ready to pick up, I have called my doctor and told that the pharmacist said they were not called in when in fact had been. I have argued up one side and down another with the pharmacy staff, friday I went to pick up a prescription only to be told yet again that it wasnt called in and that he would call the doctors office himself. When I returned late that day he tells me that the people at the office didnt know what I was talking about and heres the kicker, my doctors office closes at 11 on fridays. It was already 11:37 when stopped by there the first time that day, there was NO ONE at the doctors office after 11 I know for a fact! Ive been having problems such as this for months now, as has my mother and people I know. Ive already called my doctors office about my prescription that were called in and called the pharmacist, and the pharmacist flat out called me a liar! I will be calling the head office!

This is by far one of the worst CVS stores. The pharmacy is mismanaged. Theres always delays in having prescriptions ready on time. I sometimes have my prescriptions picked up from other CVS stores. The other issue is their store hours. The pharmacy opens at 10AM on Sundays. This is not what a pharmacy store should do when its competitor are open 24 hours. Im surprised corporate office has done nothing to resolve customers complaints.

No one ever answers the phone about anything

I havent had any problems with the staff being rude, just incompetent. The head pharmacist doesnt know how to delegate menial jobs like answering the phone for instance. Prescriptions are never ready on time, auto refills never happen and the customer accounts are continually screwed up.

I called to check on a prescription that I called in from my work and a very rude pharmacist picked up the phone by the name of JEFF and was rude and hung up on me!!! There was no reason for him to speak to me this way. Totally unprofessional... terrible customer service!

I will never go back to this location again very rude and unprofessional !!!!! And do not even try to complain to the store manager she is just as rude and will not help the situation !!!! I WOULD RECOMEND GOING TO ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!!
