Attempted to get assistance from pharmacist counter. They were instead focused on looking at the photos being shared by a delivery person. I sought help in another line and they indicated they were too busy to help.Gentleman at checkout finally assisted and first day cashier was friendly. The professionals had already spoiled the experience.

I had scheduled a Covid 19 test for me at 3:45pm. I arrived 3:30, stayed in the drive-through lane for 30 minutes because there were so many cars. The person who “helped” me stated they can’t do the test because I am not in the lane closer to the window. No visible signs informing of this. The lady told me to go back in the line - which was so long that was blocking all the streets. I had a 3 year old child with me. I couldn’t wait, and I won’t be back.

The two pharmacists there now (Amber and Chelsea) are fantastic. They always greet you with a smile, and often remember you and know your needs. Its always a pleasure to visit.

Doug, one of the pharmacists, is excellent. Remembered my name the second time I went in. I have one special order rx, he catches it if someone else fills it incorrectly. Five stars for Doug. Minus one for sometimes having to make a second trip when someone else misses the special note. It is never busy there, unlike the chaos at some others. Some of the techs are pleasant to deal with. I have been frustrated at times with the other less amiable staff at the pharmacy. For example, still not recognizing me after 2 years of monthly pick ups.The retail staff is cheery and helpful.

I give the ladies 5 stars. Not the male pharmacist. Glad we switched to this pharmacy.

I walked into the Rite Aid in Hendersonville, Tn or it may be considered Gallatin, Tn on Main Street at 5 min til 10pm. I had been sick and was going to purchase OC medication. As soon as I walked into the store, the manager on duty, Suzanne, immediately tells me that the store would be closing in 2 min. I was sick and knew what I was going to buy. She then keeps hurrying me up asking me if she can help me find what I needed and I told her that if she would leave me alone, I would find what I needed quickly but she wouldnt leave me alone and kept haggling me and wouldnt stop. When I came to the register, I slammed my couph medicine on the counter and told Suzanne that she was rude, mean, and without any compassion and I told her that I was reporting her and she laughed and told me that she would gladly give me the phone number. I asked who was the manager of the store and reconized his name and I said, I know him, I thought, and she said she does, too, with this grin on her face insinuating that he would back her up no matter what I said. How does someone like Suzanne become a floor manager, who has no patience for people and doesnt care how upset she makes people which shows her total inability to care about the customers visit to this store. There are other pharmacies and stores near by where a customer can be treated with respect like Walgreens, CVS, and others.Surely, this corporation doesnt want their employees to cause customers to shop and purchase from its competitors! For the stress and anxiety that Suzanne caused me, and Im sure Im not the only one, she should not be allowed to work there and definitely should have never been a supervisor or manager. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years and she didnt even ask if I had a rewards card. I will never purchase anything at this Rite Aid again as long as Suzanne is working there. I will let my friends and family know not to shop at Rite Aid again until I know Suzanne has been removed from that store. If something isnt done about Suzanne, I will write a letter to John Standly, CEO of Rite Aid, and Bruce Bodaken, Chairman and board member, whom I believe may be interested in how the store manager supports such an intolerable employee and doesnt understand the basic rule of business, which is the customers always right!

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for close to a year. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the women that work in the pharmacy. They are all so pleasant and started recognizing me almost immediately. They are always very quick in filling my medication. The last few times I came in to fill it, I was rudely greeted by Orlando Segneri. He is by far the rudest, most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever had to deal with. Based on everything he said to me, he was judging me on what type of medicine I take and nothing more. He has been this way to me multiple times and he is completely on a power trip. I now drive 45 mins out of my way to a different Rite Aid location where they treat me with respect.

I have never dealt with someone SO unprofessional and disrespect full. I was in the store #11875 and was treated like an idiot by the lady in the pharmacy. First she came up with excuses as to why my meds werent ready when I had it called in hours before arriving. Then when I get to the store she tells me my ins is wrong and I cant get the meds. It was a freaking z-pack. I was very confused. She never once tried to help. I asked if she could call the ins for my and guess what, more excuses. She told me it would be a while before she could but she would call me back. Well she never called back. So the next day I go to Walgreens and they filled it no problem, but said the prescription had already been filled. Turns out the lady filled it and never called for me to come pick up. So I had to pay out of pocket but at least I didnt have to deal with her again. Someone needs to look into this lady. Not sure what her name was but she was they only one there on 9/21. I know this because she made it a point to tell me 4-5 times. NEVER GO HERE

As I dropped my husbands pain Rx off with Orlando Segneri, I was rudely treated as if I were a pill junkie. Orlando was such an ass, I refuse to go back and take our business elsewhere. Not all patients with RX pain medication are junkies..that is what the CSMD website is for...before you judge, do your research Orlando...Jerk!
