Lifetime Watch Battery purchase has been a great deal for me. On my 3rd battery. No questions. I just hand the associate my watch and a few minutes later Im good to go!

I stopped in to see if they had a battery for my vehicle and the two gentlemen who assisted were fantastic. They replace my vehicle battery, which was difficult to get to when Auto Zone in Hendersonville would not. The staff here at Batteries Plus were down to earth and so very friendly. I highly recommend this store and staff for any needs you might have. I will patronize this store in the future and tell my acquaintances to shop at this location.

They fixed a problem with my tablet someone else broke at a different place. Trent was friendly didn’t rush me on the phone and diagnosed the problem first without charging me a dime.

Trent was outstanding with my truck. I drove by the one in Gallatin to do business again with him. Well Trent wasn’t there but the owner was and delivered another Outstanding job!! Not that I have a problem in Gallatin they are always great but Trent was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Come to find out the owner owns both Gallatin and Hendersonville. In a time that I get at least bad no better than poor customer service 3 times a week these folks delivered perfectly and deserved a 5 star rating. Congrats

It was great being able to find a unique replacement bulb the day I needed it!! I would have waited until the end of the week to get it delivered, so it was nice getting it the same day I needed it. I ordered and paid for it online and then drove down and picked it up. So easy.

I was looking for a new battery for my dads house phone but when the technician tested the one in the phone it was still good. I also needed to get the back off another device so I could replace the batteries inside. The technician was able to get the back off for me. My dad lives in assisted living and doesnt have access to tools. The technician was very helpful and friendly.

The Batteries Plus in Hendersonville is great! Very helpful! Stands behind their product. People who work there are very pleasant.Handicap parking is a little walk from their store but still accessible.

Super friendly and incredibly helpful! I was desperately needing a new battery for my computer, so I brought my computer in trying to match the old one. The employee here told me he didnt have the one I needed, and that I could actually order it much cheaper than through the store by getting it on-line. Even after I had ordered the wrong battery, they helped me track down the correct one to order it again. Apparently, even if they cant help, they will help you get the battery you need. Never been to a place that cares more about the customer getting the right item than just making a sale!

Went to the Hendersonville location on New Shackle Island Rd. and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had previously had not such a great experience at the location in Gallatin so chose this new location and are very happy we did. They replace the screen on our iPhone quickly and without issue

Never been to a bad Batteries Plus and had a good experience here as well. Super friendly staff and changing my key fob battery was quick and easy. They have a great deal of oddball batteries I never guessed wouldve been in here. Definitely will come back here again.

We first went to the store nearest us in Gallatin, TN. Unfortunately they did not have the battery we needed. They took the time to call Hendersonville, TN store to make sure they had one in stock. They did so we went to Hendersonville. When we got there the associate let us know that it had been set aside just waiting for us to arrive. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
