Went in bc my car didn’t pass inspection. Check engine light on tire sensors, needed new tires etc. Got my car back and the light came right back on. Tire monitor alert came right back on. The weight balance was off so one tire was clicking. In addition, my car now vibrates every time I brake. It never did that before. Was told it was bc of the new transmission I had put in two years ago. Something about the drive train when they put my transmission in. It never vibrated the past two years so I’m confused there. Also, now when I go down the road something else in my truck is rattling that wasn’t there before. Took it back for them to fix it again. My car will probably pass inspection now that the sensors and engine light are off, but it still vibrates when I brake and the rattling is still bad under the hood. They said if there were still problems that they’ve done everything they can do. Spent $1900 only to have to go somewhere else with new issues. I def won’t go back…ever.

I have been using NTB for everything with my car the last 9 years I have lived here. The last year and a half has been down hill. I took my car here because the temperature gauge was fluctuating quite a bit (mind you the originally fixed my thermostat a few years ago). The mechanic called and told me its because its too hot outside and its just trying to cool down fast and theres nothing wrong with the car. When I took the car back and drove for a couple weeks it got even worse with the temperature gauge. So I made an 8am morning appointment as to hopefully have a solution by the late morning or early afternoon. Not hearing anything I called at 1:30pm and they had still not gotten the car looked at. When I said but I had a morning appointment he told me yeah we have a lot of appointments, that doesnt mean we are going to get to look at your car then. Suffice it to say I said no problem, I am picking my car up then and that was my last rodeo with them. I decided to make an appointment with a local mechanic shop and they had it diagnosed (it was a faulty thermostat, the same one NTB replaced a few years ago) within 40 minutes of my appointment and with much more respect. I dont ever leave reviews on google but this really made me feel like being a long time customer didnt matter. I dont need special treatment but when I book an appointment I at least expect my car to get looked at within a certain time. Anyway I found a new mechanic shop and I will be using them from now on.

I never have had a bad experience! Friendly and upbeat staff, wonderful managment who take care of you and professional sales floor. The store is so clean and my service was quick! Dustin made sure I was well educated on my service and answered every question for me! Gunner did my tires and was very diligent and fast, I love that I can watch the crew from the customer lounge and know that I am fully taken care of. My favorite place to go for all my cars needs! Thank you for being such wonderful staff❤

Friendly people, clean place and free coffee, and tire rotation is included with Oil changes. Oil changes used to be 20.00 here. Thats why Ive been working around them a couple days now, trying to get an oil change, cuz Im a total cheapskate. So I finally set an appointment for 330 in the afternoon. I was told that I may still have to wait because they were backed up and only had one tech doing them that day. After taking my truck back the guy at the counter calls me up to the desk to sign the paperwork. It was a little over 40.00! I was shocked. He told me base price for oil change was now 27.00, plus my engine takes an extra quart of oil. So, nickels and dimes later, its 40.00. he offered me a coupon to use which brought my total down to 33.00 thankfully. Next time tho, Ill probably just go to one of those lube Express places and save all the time trying to get in this place, not to mention the hour for the service.

This place never fails. Booked my appointment for 9:30am and it took them less than 30 minutes. The gentleman at the counter (forgot his name, he had a beard) was giving me valuable information that can be serviced if needed right away or can wait for another time. Sorry, no pics. I was stuck on a phone call the whole time.

Nothing, since you refuse to fix my truck that this NTB store last did work on it.

While visiting our daughter in Nashville, TN. We heard and felt the back brakes grinding and scraping. Called NTB in Hendersonville and spoke with Matt. He stated to bring the vehicle in. They inspected. It was determined the brakes and rotors were bad. They changed them out in an hour and services were superb. Thanks to Matt and the crew. Job well done!

They helped me out in a pinch yesterday with replacing my tires. Dustin was so polite and helpful and worked me in the schedule during a busy afternoon. Great customer service, I am very appreciative!

I went in on Friday afternoon. Everybody was cordial & very helpful. I had an oil change & tires rotation done. I plan to bring my car back for a front-end alignment aoon! 😄😄😄

Customer service is good. Actual service is terrible. Had a nail in my tire. Asked for a patch. Instead they used a plug that I could have put on for less than $1 and charged $20 for it. Then when the plug did not hold they said oh well. They broke the air pressure sensor in the tire and then said they could not fix it and I would have to go to the dealership to have them fix it. Point being if you are having an issue with your tire, either do it yourself or at the very least go across the road to Tire Discounters.

I went online and scheduled an appointment for an oil change and it showed 1pm so I took my car to the store in Hendersonville, Tn. around 10:30am. Katherine was great! Very professional and when I asked just to make sure that I would have it back by 3:30pm she said they would do their best. She called me around 12:30pm with a couple other things that the car could use with quotes and when I declined doing them today and told her I would schedule them later she said then come on over and pick up your car. Wow! ahead of schedule and when I picked it up she also gave me the info that Ill need to schedule that other work. They have done a lot of work for me in the past and work very hard to please their customers. Thanks Dave Wilkerson

Great experience! They worked me in their schedule and Ponci was so helpful and even went out of his way to check to see if I had a credit that could be applied to my account since my tire popped very recently after my purchase! Definitely recommend NTB in Hendersonville.

I have never posted a negative review before but I feel like I have to say something about my experience yesterday. I had an appointment after work at 6:00 pm for a front end alignment. I live in Hendersonville and work on Music Row in Nashville so I rushed to get there by 6:00 . I arrivedat 5:57. I waited till almost 7:00 pm and they still hadnt taken my car back. I could not wait any longer and truthfully, if I make an appointment for 6:00 I expect to have them at least start the work on my car within 15-20 minutes after I arrive. And on another note, the girl who was at the front desk had absolutely no personality and when I told her I couldnt wait any longer she didnt even apologize or say one word to me. She just handed me my keys. Terrible customer service!

They do all my oil changes for 3 cars, have bought 4 tires each for 2 cars, in general they take care of all my needs including putting air in my tires when needed. I enjoy doing business with them and will continue in the future

You know I really used to love it here. However, this last instance when I went to the Hendersonville location they decided to look at the rest of my car so they could tell me about things that I supposedly needed to do that actually didnt make sense and Im sure if I went back and told them that I didnt want the things done that theyd do something to my car thats just the kind of place it is.

Very helpful with resolving a tire pressure light on the dash. Determined it was just a bad right rear sensor.

Called ahead to make appointment to replace a damaged tire, rotate/bal all 4, and alignment. Was given 4pm slot on Saturday. When dropped off car, I asked if they would be able to balance my other car when this one was done. They said they would try to squeeze it in before closing time. I made a point to tell them the steering wheel was off center on my car, so be sure to address that on the alignment. Was told they always do that. I asked them to make a note of it, since it became of center at the last alignment they did there. He just nodded and made no note. Near 7pm we had received no call, so I called to check on it. Was told they got a late start on it but would stay over to finish it. I asked when they open on Sunday, and was told 9 so I said to call us when they were almost finished and we would have to decide then whether to pick it up then or first thing in the morning. I never got a call that night. In the morning, we were running late so we stopped by around noon to get the car. We were told it had about 20 mins remaining on it. We waited. We finally drove off in the car. The steering wheel was MORE of center than before. Unhappy.

I came here for a friend of mine to return a battery and I was treated with so much respect and courtesy by the front desk gentleman which I think was Richard Cooper, it was less than 5 minutes altogether!! Very knowledgeable of what he was doing, no hassles even though I had no receipt!!

So clean nice and friendly. As a woman its often hard to find a auto shop I feel respected and not talked down to. Love the clean atmosphere while I wait.

Went to NTB in a pinch after my radiator was completely ruined on my way to my college campus... They fit me in, got my car taken care of THE SAME DAY in under 5 hours & made me feel like a priority. The guy at the front desk talked with me a lot & the guy who worked on my car were so great. Cant express how great their entire team is!

They was good but always trying to find a reason to get you to spend money. If you go for one thing. Make sure to stick with that one

Went in for front disc brake pads/rotors. $189 they say. After discovering a brake line that needed replacement ($73 part) the total somehow goes to $390. If the brake line hadnt been included, in other words a straight pad/rotor job on the front end, it wouldve been about $300. Much different than advertising a $189 brake job.Shop fees, and other charges need to be addressed up front with the customer. Ridiculous.

I am so grateful for Hendersonville’s NTB. I came in the other day without an appointment because my 4Runner started vibrating really hard. They took great care of me. They immediately sprung into action to resolve the issue. They were patient, kind and genuine. Their customer service was AWESOME!I’ve been to other locations and none of them compare to this one. Pricing was good, good coupons. But money was stolen from the console of my vehicle. Beware. Lock up or take your valuables with you. Someone dishonest is working here.

Go somewhere else to get your car fixed. Had rear brake drums and pads replaced. Now there is a constant grinding thumping noise coming from the back and they refuse to fix it. They say there is nothing wrong and it is an issue with the manufacturing of the car. Hate to tell you my car was not making this noise until you worked on it. Took it back to them 4 times for them to come up with lame excuse of why they cant figure out whats wrong.

I decided to give NTB a chance since I had a coupon for an oil change and I had never been there before. I made an online appointment for an oil change. I arrived at the scheduled time and was told that it would probably be at least 3 hours before they could get to it. They confirmed that, yes, I did have an appointment, but it would still be that long because I made the appointment online. I didnt fully understand the reason why it would take that long, so I left and will never be back again!

There was an up charge because my car is lowered. There was another up charge because its a BMW. It was still out of spec when I picked it up. They scratched 2 of my brand new wheels. Said they would have them repaired and keep putting me off. Its been over a month!

The worst ever. Tried to sell me brakes and rotors for over $400. Same work done at Meinkie in Madison for $119.00. The manager Ethan started bad mouthing Meinkie saying they use cheap parts. Truth be told both use the same ceramic brakes. Bad on you NTB for trying to rip off a disabled person. Shame on you.

New tires, good price on 2013 Camaro BFG rain performance separate front size and separate back size - did alignment in less than 40 mins - in and out - and Rick and his staff were on it.

Good customer service is a foreign concept to the manager at this store. Id used NTB Hendersonville once before and didnt have a great experience, but I thought I would give them a 2nd try due to the price they advertised on a set of tires. Again, the service was sub-par and the amount of up-sell they tried on me unreasonable. If youre set on using NTB - use the one in Gallatin. Ive had much better results and service there.

Ran over a curb and busted my tire up! Thank goodness I had bought the insurance so they replaced it and life goes on!

If you have a coupon for a $19.99 oil change, call ahead and ask some very specific questions. IF you car is newer than 2009, the coupon will not work and your price will likely be $49.99 or $69.99. The coupons indicate that $19.99 applies to most cars. I was told that since my 2013 Honda accord was a newer car, it was not covered by the coupon, and I was given an option of $49.99 or $69.99. I will not be returning.

I had some metal in tire I had purchased at NTB. They took 2 hours to fix without advising me I would sit that long. It was just ridiculous. Ive always gone to this store, but Ive had to wait long amounts of time last 2 times.

I had an appointment for an oil change (which Ive had before at another location of NTB) and this time I waited almost two hours. Maybe Im mistake, but when you have an appointment, you should not have to wait that long. Ive only ever waited 45 minutes for an oil change. Never coming to this NTB again.
