Staff was friendly and helpful. Found a lot of stuff that I liked. I was able to not only get stuff for myself but also stuff for my boyfriend whos a C.N.A. and also for my best friend. I got her the Strawberry Pound Cake candle and hand sanitizer because its her favorite scent. I got my boyfriend some ocean and stress relief hand sanitizers for work and some ocean, graphite, and stress relief lotions because his skin gets dry from washing his hands so much. I got myself some of the Halloween stuff since its my favorite holiday and just other stuff that I thought smelled pretty. I got the wicked apple hand soap, sugared spell foaming hand soap, vampire blood lotion, ocean and stress relief hand sanitizers, a sparkly hand sanitizer carrier, and a midnight blue citrus single wick candle. Not pictured my boyfriends dark blue hand sanitizer carrier.

Bath & Body Works never disappoints. They have so many selections of scents to choose from. Staff is really pleasant and helpful.

I probably wont be coming back here for awhile. This was only my third visit to this store since moving to Hendersonville back in October 2020, and yesterday seemed - off. Upon arriving, the woman at the front door was fantastic! She helped me find the new fragrances I sought out, and even discussed the different types of products they came in (shower gel, body cream, etc.) But as soon as I was ready to shop on my own, I was bombarded by associates. I felt like everyone there was watching me shop. I have terrible anxiety, and the idea that these employees were shopping with me really was a turn off. One of the associates even attempted to do a whole demo, when all that I was asking for were three items. We visited the store with our daughter who was already having a bad day, and everyone wanted to crowd around her and talk to her, and continue trying to do a bunch of demos when all we wanted to do was shop in peace and get out of there with our crying child. What bothers me, is that although the pandemic had somewhat subsided, why would someone feel the need to stand so close to shoppers? If you have a problem with theft at least let it be known before standing so close. On top of all of this, I arrived to the checkout and while the woman was behind the counter I announced that I was going to look for a coupon in my email. She loudly announced in what came off as a curt manner, Oh we dont have ANY coupons online this week. The woman standing behind me knew exactly what I was looking for so she just gave me one of her coupons! The woman behind the counter turned beet red. It was clear that she was trying to rush me through the checkout and everyone in line wasnt having it. I felt really, really uncomfortable and intimidated and will likely continue to shop online for the next year or so as a result.

What can I say? I find what I came in for and what I didnt...lol. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Its semi-annual sale time!!!! My favorite time of year. We stocked up on all our favorites. The store was packed but the staff was super sweet and helpful. We were able to get just about everything we wanted. Even got the kiddos a little something. This was a treat from my bestie and I sooo appreciated it. Definitely stop over and grab yourself something before they run out.

Clean. Nice staff. Guess what its suppose to be. But EXPENSIVE. I went for 1 fragrance bulb for the room. Its $7.50. More than I wanted to spend. Then they say you can buy 5 for $24 or 10 for $48. There was also their sale buy 3 get 3 free. However when one is $16.50 that adds up quickly. So if you want to spend $50 for 6 bottles of body spray thats not perfume this is your place! Use to love it. But I was disappointed and wont be going back. I will add, they make you wait outside in line to enter aka COVID but once inside there is people everywhere. So trying to figure whats the line all about. One nice thing, they give you a spray of disinfectant before entering. So all hands are clean inside.

During the holiday season they are really streamlined. Right when you walk in you take a Christmas bag, fill it with the products you choose to buy, follow the signs and take it to the representative to pay. Its that simple! Oh, and the good prices that are on line right now are the same in the store.

I came into the store and everything was perfectly fine until I got to the cash register. I brought in cash including a $100 dollar bill. I guess they thought it was fake but maybe it was just protocol to run the bill through some kind of machine to tell if it was real or fake. My bill would not go through without the machine beeping and showing a red light and they kept saying they couldn’t take it even though I would never use fake cash. It may not have been the employees fault but if this is really what cooperate instructed it’s quite dumb. My boyfriend ending up having to pay and me pay him back. I felt like I was being accused of having fake money. Overall not a good time.

Who doesnt love bath and body works......Cant find Lysol anywhere, so I bought their sanitizing sprays to carry in my purse. Super jazzed that theyve seen a need for this and are filling it. Well done!

I didn’t like any of Hendersonville’s staff members from the two workers standing outside talking about customers taking two of your mini bags when that’s all you had handing out they didn’t give us a choice what size bag we needed. That isn’t good customer service at all it looks so bad on your store .Also I went to check out and the lady at the desk wouldn’t look up my Victoria secret account when the lady at Victoria secret told me they could look me up sense I didn’t have my ID on me .They were so rude and laughed and lied about it and the one girl said I’ll just walk over there and ask them if they did. So I got to say this store is the worst store never go to the Hendersonville store guys.! But there Coolsprings store is the best one to go to I recommend that one !

Store was clean, practicing social distance. Must have a mask to enter. Lots of hand sanitizer, new spray bottles ideal for your purse. Love the new scents.

Service was mediocre at best and the selection of sale items was terrible. I realize were in the middle of a pandemic, but Id rather they offer free shipping than open with level shopper experience.

Terrible customer service from the manager, Angie. The motto “your sale is NEVER final” means squat in here. I’m disappointed by the treatment in this store today. If I could give negative stars, it’s be -10.

Love the friendly employees here. They are helpful and friendly, but not pushy in the least. I shopped on Black Friday and the employees handled the crowd exceptionally well. Always come back to this location to shop.

My wife loves this place. They do have some good candles and a surprisingly good mens cologne line. Staff is helpful and doesnt pester you and they do release coupons pretty regularly

They always have lovely sales. The price tags are high, but once you add in all the discounts, youre averaging about $8 per bottle for a really, really nice scented perfume or lotion.

I like all Bath and Body Works. Just that wouldve given it a 4 star. But the staff is do lovely and helpful. Coming back soon.

I had a terrible experience today at this store. There was only one register opened with 10 people in line and with three employees talking and laughing together. When I asked if another register could be opened an employee said no rudely and walked off. I waited in line for twenty mi utes and others in the line complained and some left the store like me vowing not to return.
