The staff here is the sweetest! If you’re planning on doing a non-traditional hair DIY, you’re in the right place. I always feel “heard” and no one ever judges my hair color combos…in fact, they encourage them! I don’t go anywhere else.

I usually shop here without a problem. Today I couldn’t walk around the store without being followed and treated differently than other customers. I love how they assume because I am African American I need to steal... I can clearly see the manager hiding in the aisle watching my every step. The other employee was literally shaking as I walked by... I wish y’all wouldn’t promote discrimination!!

Morgan and Dustin were SO helpful in finding me the best products that work specifically for ME. I love going into a shop like Sallys and being able to get that kind of customer service in return. They were wonderful! Thank you all!!

Every time I visit this store, the entire staff is so friendly & helpful! At the same time, theyre not pushy if youre not looking for help. They tend to run out of stock faster than some of the other Sally stores Ive visited but not badly enough for me to shop elsewhere.

I was having trouble with my GPS getting me to the store and tried to call twice, allowing the phone to ring 12+ times both times and no one ever answered the phone. I finally managed to make my way there on my own, but once inside the store was not assisted with what I was looking for.. just pointed in a general direction as to where it might be located.

Extremely disappointed in the Sally store located in Hendersonville, Tn. I went into the store to pick up some products and the products that I bought were buy one get one free - and buy one get a $1.00 off. As I went to check out the cashier asked me if I would like to become a Sally member, I said sure ....as I check out my bill was $18.00 dollars to high, I looked at the receipt and stated all the items that I bought on sale didnt ring up on sale but full asking price. Then another person step in full of excuses, so we walked to each area of the store and I showed her the signs. The lady then starting making more excuses instead of recognizing the issues. I wasted 10 additional minutes of my time, having to prove what was on sale and what was not. I didnt like being talk to rudely or down upon. Needless to say if this is the way they are going to charge and talk to their clients, I got a full refund and didnt accept the membership. Went to Ulta got the same products but less money.
