Dilly bars are ice cream on a stick chocolate covered. There are new flavors with no chocolate. Less than $2 a bar.Its with GMO but hey DQ is a childhood pasttime so I ignore the aspect of health. Through I would prefer they used no high fructose and used only cane sugar.The staff at the store are so kind. Really appreciate them when you enter. The fries are cooked in a convection oven instead of a deep fryer. Yum

I have Medical Procedures early morning, & treat myself Post procedure at Dairy Queen, but they are not open until noon & I they are too far away from my home to return. Also finding quality of Blizzards is going downhill if you go during the afternoon. Turning out to be a major disappointment, so might as well make the Blizzard yourself at home...sorry to say. The intense hot weather here in Las Vegas requires that cold ice cream treats be available 10 AM to 9:00 PM. Dairy Queen your open time & product are sub-standard! 😥

Location within a plaza. Enjoy getting a meal combo with a Strawberry sundae. They have have plenty of DQ items in the freezer to go for the freezer at home.

Ive tried to give this place as many chances as I could, but this location is just not it. Firstly, Ive noticed some of the employees do not wash their hands after taking your order, whether you pay with cash or card, and they think putting on gloves make up for that. Its disgusting. Second, this location has a very limited menu. And I mean LIMITED. They dont serve chocolate ice cream or slushies. This place is a joke.

Today is National Chocolate Milkshake Day so I came in and got a choco brownie extreme blizzard. It was delicious and the employee was fast and friendly. Im glad I came here to celebrate.

I love Dairy Queen but not this one

The service was terrible. The place filled with smoke which meant their grease was not clean and old. It took forever to get our food and the chicken didnt settle well with any of my family. Most likely because the grease was disgusting.

Brought the kiddos in for a treat... the customer service was great, they didnt get upset when the little ones were ordering on their own. Of course, we all got Blizzards and the kids were in awe when they flipped the treats upside down to show how thick they were!!! Lobby, seating area was clean as well as the ice cream stations. I wish I could remember the team members names to thank them personally 😊

The girls there were nice and its kind of a cozy place. However I saw the girls touch themselves and money and not wash their hands when handling food. For only having two customers at the time, the tables sure had a lot of crumbs.

Today is 9-5-18 8pm. Went to this dairy queen and ordered chicken strip baskets. The gravy was freezing cold(usually hot), the portion size of the crazy wasnt even enough for the meal and had to pay for more, the cooking area was discussing dirty and the service was slow. The employee was nice but wasnt real good at her job.Not like the Dairy Queens I usually visit. Hopefully they step up there food prep and cleanliness of their establishment. I will not be returning.

Totally incompetent staff. Will never enter this filthy store again. My artisan chicken sandwich was supposed to be grilled and the long haired waiter served it cold. Not room temperature cold but ice cold. He had no clue as to what the term “edible” should mean. My drink was incorrect and my husbands chili cheese dog looked like it was microwaved not once but twice due to the age of the hotdog due to sitting out all day I guess. Even covering it with chili was not enough to keep it from having the texture of an eraser. The double dipped cone was not even cold enough to form the butterscotch coating. This place is filthy with crud built up in the corners of the floor and molding missing on the walls. The deep fryer reportedly had been broken for a week so French fries or any fried food was out of the question. Dirty Dining at its best and I wish I could give it a minus 5 stars and I will be contacting the Board of Health. Not once while we waited for this trashy food did either of this illustrious staff wash their hands after handling equipment, raw meat and trash. Pathetic.

For a small while in the wall location the spot is the best for real old school chicken fingers and the even ha e authentic country white gravy available! Ill take my family here every chance I get!

Its a shame. Previous owner passed away. When he owned it place was busy, staff was great & place looked real nice also, made everything how you like it. New owners are horrible. Place is not clean and staff is not friendly at all. Place is run down. I dont go here any longer .

Went for 2 Blizzards and had a long wait for them. Cant tell you the exact time because the time on the receipt was wrong. That is fine, they were busy and I can understand that. When I was handed my order she she started to turn them over and then stopped herself because they were completely melted. If I wait that long please just give me the order correctly. Not melted ice cream you know would fall out when you turn it over.

Always loved the food at DQ. Orange Juliuses are amazing. Blizzards are amazing. Kind customer service, too. This is an establishment I hope all stick around for years to come

For the last few months I have been coming there and every time when I use a gift card my kids got for their birthday they tell me that their systems are down and don’t take gift cards. The employees are not friendly at all. I stopped going there and just go to yogurt land

Ordered 30 mins in advance. Came in and the they DID NOT even have my order put in yet. The guy in the counter said they kinda busy. I understand being busy but I called you 30 mins ago and the fact that you have not even start anything??? Unacceptable!!! Sorry but next time dont take my order if you can make it. There’s a reason why I ordered it in advance.And in 30 mins my 3 kids has a another class to attend to. Very upsetting...

Visited 11/13/18@5:15pm. While waiting for my order noticed a cockroach dying on the floor. As I started looking around noticed dead cockroaches all along wall to kitchen next to cash register. Pointed it out to the employees and asked for my money back a d let them keep there food.

Just visited this location 8/25/18 4 PM. The gentlemen were very nice and provided excellent service. I had tried to use a coupon fro. The Las Vegas City Saver at the location on Warm Springs and Arroyo Grande and the manager refused to honor the coupon citing it was a mistake of one franchisee. This location said they would absolutely honor the coupon as it states right on the back, valid at all Las Vegas and Henderson locations. This is good service and good representation for DQ.

Got a 4 piece chicken stip basket...it comes with the strips, (I got the 4 pc), toast, fries, and your choice of dipping sauce. I chose the white gravy...when I finally got to eat, I open the gravy and its about enough to dip one strip. I go back and ask, Did you run out of gravy? The worker says, no, they come thay way, pre-packaged, and offered to sell me some additional sauces. I left. I have enjoyed Dairy Queen since I was a kid. I will never eat at Dairy Queen again. If a company cuts customer satisfaction for higher profits, Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Long wait in an empty store. They also don`t take Dairy Queen gift cards at this location. Worker was nice, but clueless and messed up the order.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a location in my life. I got a melted awful blizzard and they refused to give me a refund because I had eaten a few spoonfuls. After pressing the issue they wrote down my name and number and told me their manager would call me the next day, that call never came. State far away from this place and their Shady business practices.

This dude Dustin is taking himself too seriously lmao. Critically reviewing a DQ, this guy eats this ice cream and asks for a refund? smh ... If it was melted when you bought it, you saw it when you took it from the counter to your table it was melted, couldve said something, but no. This Dairy Queen does not serve chocolate ice cream the machine has been broken for over a month, I went in today and the machine was fixed but they decided to fill it with vanilla, the man said he decided to do this because he doesnt want to sell chocolate ( he doesnt like it) I guess it doesnt matter what the customer wants.
