Thought I was getting an all beef hot dog. I paid $5 for 2 cheap (Werent even Oscar Myer🙄) hot dogs... U could literally find those hot dogs in a pack @ ur local grocery store for $0.88. They didnt even look good! They were almost white! The texture was very rubbery😒🤢🤢. Ill NEVER go back

First of all this place is more than just ice cream, but I find that if you go with more than just ice cream, you cannot get the ice cream! I have a great little menu the burgers are nice they have a juicy Lucy which is a burger stuffed with cheese how can you go wrong with that? But the shakes are where it’s at. They have what they call extreme shakes, and they come with just about anything in them. Go ahead and look at them online before you get there so you can try to make a decision, I don’t be afraid to ask for something different. One of the things that I like also is there cones they will take them and dip them in cereal like fruity pebble ‘s, so then you’re getting sugar on top of sugar on top of sugar, with a little ice cream. If you’re looking for a good treat this is the place to go!

A friend suggested we try their ice cream. It was delicious! We all had an extreme milkshake. It isnt something we will have every time, but cant wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. Staff was super nice!! Off the main road, but well worth the time to find it.

The woman that owns/manages this place is quite possibly the rudest person Ive ever had the displeasure to meet. She treats her employees almost as badly as her customers.For the prices they expect you to pay, the SLOW and apathetic service is gonna be a no go for me.Lots of better places to get a greasy burger or a cold chicken sandwich.

This is a ice cream place that doesnt have chocolate ice cream! Said later in the year! Its the middle of may and send like a ice cream place would have at least two flavors year around. It always has in the past by other owners. If you only have 2 flavors and dont sell enough of one maybe ice cream shouldnt be your business!

Waited in the drive thru for an hour after placing my order while I watched 3 cars behind me receive their order ahead of me. I finally went to the window to ask for a refund. They instead brought my order and offered no compensation or apology for my wait. That is inexcusable. We go there a lot because it is close to the house and locally owned. Ive never received such poor service from them. Next time, Ill drive out of my way to go somewhere else for better service.

I am very picky about my milkshakes, i like sticking with familiar places but this Dairy bar was mentioned alot by friends. I tried it, i loved it. Their peanut butter shakes are great.

Grilled cheese or breaded tenderloin are excellent....chili isnt so hot. It has a vinagery taste that is unappealing. The staff are really nice at all times we have been there, compared to the golden arches people that couldnt care if youre there or not. McDonalds staff sucks.

Horrible service waited 45 min for my order and then I still had items missing not alone my blt was all soggy it’s terrible.

Tried an Oreo shake, cheeseburger, and onion rings. All were good and reasonable priced, but not exactly Micheline guide worthy. They do have a menu of deluxe or signature shakes and floats that look very impressive, but a bit expensive. One suggestion, a larger diameter straw would be a big plus, the straws for the shakes are a bit skinny, and the shakes are very thick.

Burger were small. Side orders small for price. Juicy Lucy burger was good. But everything overpriced. No subs with orders so everything separate if ordering a basket.Would not go back

Great burgers, and milk shakes. I also like that they have switched to Coke products. Not a fan of the ultimate milk shake. I could basically drink it because it was so runny. Service was not very good when they first opened with the new owners, but it has gotten a lot better now. The tenderloin is also good.

I had a double cheeseburger and fries which were so salty it was close to inedible. I ordered 5 meals but only Received 4. Upon reviewing my receipt I noticed a .75 cent charge for dressing each burger which is not listed on the menu. You can set your own prices but at least disclose the exorbitant price for lettuce and tomato. The owner asked if I checked my order to make sure it was correct but didn’t stick around to discuss the fee for lettuce when I asked about it. All things considered unfortunately I will not be returning to one of my favorite restaurants as a kid given the new ownership and direction.

The Tenderloin Basket is the way to go. Tenderloin sandwich is about 5 in diameter. Husband always gets his dressed. Crinkle cut Fries to go with it and a Lg. Coke.

The ice cream was good. Service was awful. Did not get orders correct and they were very rude. Was told could not get our drink order until we were given our food. My daughter ordered a chocolate malt and was given a vanilla shake. Then she ordered a Sprite no ice. Was given coke no ice and was told she would get her drink with her food. She did not order any food. The Dairiette is in desperate need of a manager!

Food was good. Attempted to get a refill on my drink due to the large amount of ice that was added, was told it would be $0.25, already spend over $12 there so what the heck. Gave them my quarter and asked that they dont put so much ice in the drink. I was informed it would cost extra if they put less ice in the cup. I asked for my quarter back and dont think I will be going back. Lost a customer for life over some ice.

Only giving a star because I have to. The service was awful as well as the food. The shakes and burgers were very blah. They overcharged me by $5. The lady who took our order and the lady who gave us our food were both very rude. They forgot to give us our kids ice cream and shakes. When we asked if we can get them she looked through our bag and then slammed the window. My first and last time there. Never giving them my service again. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not waste their money.

Horrible customer service!

The owner is the rudest person I have ever dealt with for customer service. When a customer has a complaint and you refuse to talk to that customer, say whatever and walk away is beyond disrespectful. I didn’t want anything from you. I simply wanted my money back and you could keep your $6 milkshakes that take 25 minutes.

Usually good but they werent hitting on all cylinders today to say the least. Burgers were not normal product usually served. Milkshakes were not fit to drink. Had been a while since i was there, gonna be even longer this time probably. Whi knows though could have just been that particular Saturday afternoon.

Absolutely terrible service, called in a small order on 3/10/18 at 620pm and the phone rang for 5 minutes, someone answered then hung up immediately. I called back a couple minutes later, placed my order was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I go through the drive through and theres one car ahead of me, the girl working sees me. Then the car pulls off and I pull up to the window, I sit there 10 minutes waiting all while seeing my order sit on the counter, both of the girls working look at the drive through window and see me during this time. One of them going outside and chats and kisses on her boyfriend that parked outside.. she then goes inside, I call and ask what I have to do to get the food Ive seen while they are going in and out of the building right beside the drive thru, they tell me over the phone they cant take orders over the phone, I told them I called my order in and that they had both acknowledged me sitting there, the lady then tells me to back up over the buzzer and pull back up to the window. So we know you are there. Are you kidding me? Never again, terrible service.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a burger and fries they werent real busy either burger was edible got a handful of salt a few fries. To expensive for what I got.
