Horrible customer service.Called on Saturday, looking for serrapeptase and the lady on the phone said they had it in stock. I stopped by the store on Monday to pick it up and the gentleman that was there said they didnt have any that it had to be ordered online. He didnt even bother looking! Then we asked for a manager and told her the situation. And asked again if she could look for the supplement. She went back and found the supplement, gave it to us and turned around and left. Didnt even care about the other employees lack of knowledge and customer service towards us. They both need more training in customer service and product knowledge.. Of th

I have spent thousands at this store. There is not a time I come in that my purchase is under $100. I just came to restock some stuff and on the way my mask broke, I asked if they had another so I could shop and they said no. Nothing else.The stuff I enjoy from vitamin shoppe Ill just purchase online and Ill get the rest elsewhere.Customer service is a thing of the past.

Employees are so nice and actually remember you and what you buy. Will even call you when they have good deals on the things you buy regularly.

Prices are high and not too much you cant find online elsewhere. However, if you do want to shop in an actual store and ask questions - the staff is consistently great. Super helpful and will do what they can to help you out which is always appreciated.

The staff here is always super helpful. Great selection as always and now they have expanded the Onnit suppliments. Also at times they let you try different snack products so that is a great time to swing by.

Soooooo much better than GNC! Ive gone to GNC for a while, and I was getting sick of the high prices. I checked this place out, and the prices were PHENOMENAL. Its affordable and has a lot more options. My go to!

I walked in with a list from my bariatric dietitian for everything I need for the first 2 weeks post op. I was immediately greeted by a young man named Stephen. I gave him my list & off we went shopping. He knew exactly what I needed & was extremely knowledgeable about every product. He even gave me his personal opinions on different RTD protein shakes & waters. With never having tried any of the flavored protein powders as of yet, I was hesitant in purchasing a tub. I asked if they had single serving packets available in different flavors & he said they could check in the back. Im pleased to say that they did have some & they gave them to me as samples & free of charge. The staff is friendly, amazingly helpful & extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to my next shopping trip.
