I initially went in to just get a few herbs. I was able to talk to Miss Joe and she helped me get the herbs I needed for my hair growth oil as well as some flowers for my bath. Miss Joe and the rest of the crew/team were very informative and I will definitely be a regular customer from here on out!

Herbally Grounded has a great selection of herbs and they are wonderful about filling orders over the phone so that it is ready for a quick pick up upon arrival. Ana rang up my order quickly and I was out the door in five minutes flat. Perfect.

Herbally Grounded is my go-to place for all my supplements and for my daily dose of good vibes. Their Herbally Grounded brand is TOP of the line no doubt about it. Me and girlfriend were told for years by our doctors that the both of us wouldn’t be able to have kids so we got healthier and healthier and experimented with a couple things that one of the staff members(Jo) suggested to try out, as GOD IS MY WITNESS 4 weeks later I got my girlfriend pregnant. Jo is AMAZING !!! She’s very kind & helpful with a worldly amount of knowledge to share. The rest of the staff there are also very AWESOME. God bless you all !!

Torie at the Henderson store was SO helpful. I came in a month ago with some digestive issues and boy oh boy did she set me up. Recovered from a years long issue in only days. I really appreciate her and the store!

Customer service better than the herbally grounded on Charleston. Smaller store than the one on charleston and this location sells crystal jewelry as well. I brought two bracelets and they also cleansed the crystal before I left.

Jessica was an amazing at helping me find some more things. This was my second experience at Herbally Grounded and I can say I will be back. The products do wonders for my energy levels and being that pills are hard for me to swallow I love the dropper supplements.

I recently moved to Henderson and Herbally Grounded (Eastern location) has quickly become one of my favorite stores. So many amazing supplements, teas and other fun things to choose from like essential oils, incense and crystals! Everything I love is at this store. They also gave away free Himilayan salt lamps on Mother’s Day weekend and I was able to pick mine up with Anya! It’s gorgeous and definitely brings a sense of calm and purity to my home 😌 Anya was so nice and everyone at the store seemed so friendly and passionate. Thank you Herbally Grounded!! Great customer service. I’ve been coming to Herbally Grounded for the past 10 years. Some of my favorite products are Herbal Fighter, Herbal Defense and Amazing Greens. You know the products are quality. The bulk herb section is also amazing. They also support local businesses selling some of their product. Don’t hesitate to pay them a visit!

I needed basically twenty five thousand herbs when I went in the other day and Ana and Jackie helped me SO MUCH! I had my 3 year old daughter with me, and she can be a handful! But they were so gracious and made us feel so welcomed! They were absolutely amazing

While visiting the Eastern Location I was so happy with the customer service I received from Torie! I explained some of the side effects I had been experiencing after a injury and she was so helpful with her suggestions of pre made products! I was able to get the Happy and Ouch serum and a few herbs 🌿 for baths and teas! I recommend going into this location. Everyone was extremely friendly and I will most definitely be back soon!

I love this Herbally Grounded Henderson location. The staff are amazing! The products work! Spend half an hour in the shop perusing the shelves and the aura of the store alone will set you right. I love it, and if you are reading this review, which you are, then you will love it too!

I walked in at 6:59 not knowing they closed at 7:00. The staff remained extremely kind and patient. Melora helped me find what I needed and she was extremely knowledgeable on everything and anything I asked her. That is a big deal to me. Many places today dont seem to care a great deal about brand awareness. Kind of makes you wonder if they even believe in their own product or service. Well anyway, that was not at all happening here. I left knowing something more than I did when I walked in and thats great. I bought some vitamins but they also have a large selection of holistic products as well as cbd items. It is very clean and neat . The staff could not be friendlier. Very surprising to go in somewhere just before close and not be treated like you are an absolutely deplorable excuse for a human being. I was definitely more apologetic than they than thought deserving. I dont have much of a need for the things in this store . This day I was looking for something specific for my husband and happen to be at a neighboring location when I saw their shop. However when the need does arise for something of this nature, I will definitely be heading back over here to pick it up. Thanks again !
