I have been dealing with Kay Jeweler from Ft. Meyers, Florida to here in Henderson, Nv at the Galleria Mall. I have had a Ring that I bought back in 2013 and I always take it in every 6 months June and December faithfully and then when the Pandemic hit couldnt take it in to check it out. Kept saying cant do it yet. So finally I had this Young Lady Angunus probably didnt spell her name right I apologize at the Galleria Mall in Henderson and shes Pregnant going to have a baby in December Congratulations. Her Customer Service and politeness is out of this World. She took care of my Diamond Ring and another piece of jewelry that I wear that is close to my heart. I had a pendant necklace made out of my Wedding Ring, my 10th Wedding Anniversary Ring and my very first ring due to him passing after 24 years of Marriage of a Heart Attack and had open heart surgery. May he RIP Sam. This Lady is having my Pendant fix due the marque stone was loose and replacing the purple stone cause the other was chipped. I had an excellent experience working with Kay Jewelers located at Town Square Mall in Las Vegas, Nevada. My wedding is in 8 days.2 yrs ago my financee purchases a gorgeous Neil Lane diamond ring for me in a size 9. (To be fair, this was my correct ring size in 2019.) 110 lbs shed, my ring size dropped to size 6.11 diamonds missing & resizing led to my beautiful ring becoming a burden. Michelle (the assistant manager) & Mgr promised to make it right even though my ring was discontinued & purchased in Henderson, NV Kay Jewelers. Tightening all 90 settings was not enough due to dramatic resizing.They never tried to push an alternative ring that was in stock. Instead, Michelle called out of state & located the exact same ring in size 6 & rush shipped it for free. It arrived weeks ago. I just had time to pick it up. I could not be more delighted about my experience!!!!Its the perfect fit and they exchanged by a simple swap. I very much appreciate Michelle & all the staff that work at this location. Kay Jewelers did not let me down and now I have my dream ring, set, secured & sparkling just like the day he proposed.Thank you for saving my life, Michelle, Mgr & all staff!!!!
Back in December I bought a ring for my Bf with Agnes and we were happy ! We came back not a while later to ask if they could possibly resize the ring ( it was constantly falling off ) Agnes was not there so a gentleman helped us. They said they’ll get it ordered, two weeks pass by and we go to see why it’s been a while. Find out IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. So we came back a couple weeks later and was told it still was not ordered.. very upsetting lol so my bf went back and they sent his ring FINALLY and a month passes by we get no call that it’s ready until I call and they said it had arrived 2 days ago .. my Bf went in today and they told him they can’t resize the metal his ring is and if he would like to order a new one we would have to pay AGAIN .. we just took our ring and left . Never again will be purchasing from this Kay jewelers .

My son was there to buy a bracelet for his girly on Valentines. The gentleman there was so helpful. Girlfriend was surprised and loved it. The Quality and Service was amazing!My husband also bought me a diamond ring which I’m in love with. A ring in the display caught his eye. Michael at Galleria asked him if I wanted to try it on? I was nervous because of the price?But later felt great because it was on sale. It fit like the gem it is! It didn’t take long before we were out of there with my shiny Beautiful diamond ring! I super love it! . My hubby bought my first engagement wedding ring there and will continue to shop only at Kay’s.
Terrible customer service !!!!! So unhelpful and just rude. My Fiance and I are Black and he actually purchased my engagement ring FROM THEM, we were only in the store to get help with an online order and they couldn’t have been more unhelpful. I 100% know it was because we were black I seen how they looked at us when we came in, not really surprised because thts just the world we live in right now but it’s still ridiculous. We felt so unwelcome and we will NEVER be going back to that store.
Well, 5 stars because i love Kay Jewelers but.... I had purchased a magnificent set (put together by myself) of chocolate diamonds; earrings, necklace, bracelet, and ring when i went to visit my family in Ohio 2 years ago. I left my watch for repairs that was to be mailed to the Henderson store upon completion. This was a gift from my daughter 20+ years ago, purchased at Kay Jewelers in Ohio. I put down the highest estimate to cover the repairs so it would be expedited. Id completely forgotten about the watch in the midst of immediate family deaths, immediate need to move and job change. I called 6 months later and was told its here in Henderson and can be picked up any time. Unfortunately, post-holiday now it cant be found. I really do love Kay though a bit concerned now. Every item Ive purchased is incredible. Hopefully this will turn out as positive as my other decades-long experiences.
I shop at KAY’S a lot, my recent purchase was earrings. I wanted to convert the earrings to screw back and I was hit with the cost and man it was Almost the same cost of the earrings... I just wish they would offer free options like screw back etc for free as long as you purchase from KAY! Other then that this locations staff is pretty damn great!
If you go, ask for Mike or George! They are are amazing. Mike especially really went above and beyond for me and my husband with our ring shopping experience. I wouldn’t shop at any other Kay location in town, even though it’s across town you get the costumer service you deserve. I wouldn’t shop at any other jeweler in town period. What ever you need or are looking for, Mike can make it happen!😉 and I love my ring BTW
The representatives are pleasant to work with and always greet me immediately, even if assisting another customer. It shows me they value me as a customer and know I am there. They pitched ideas within my budget, and not once made us feel pressured to purchase. I was surprised and pleased with the environment and the attention to the details I wanted. Purchased a warranty on my wedding ring that I am so happy they offered. Not many jewelers do. Love my wedding ring thank you Kays!!!

So my fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band from Kay jewelers on 03/29/16 on 04/02/16 he asked me to marry him. Unfortunately the ring was too big because I had recently lost some weight but thats besides the point. So after the big engagement we were at home and I just felt like the ring had something wrong with it. It looked lopsided like it was dented in on one side. So since I had to have it sized I figured I would tell them about it being damaged and that I needed it to be fixed along with sizing. The woman tried to tell me no honey thats how its supposed to be I asked her to please show me a ring out of the showcase to compare it so I could see that was how it was really supposed to be. Long story short she apologized that the ring was damaged and ensured me it would be fixed and returned to me as soon as possible. So they took my ring in on Monday 04/05/16 and they told me it would be fixed and re sized and ready to be picked up on Thursday 04/28/16 that seemed like a long time but I didnt care as long as it fit me and it wasnt damaged. So on Thursday the 28th I went into the store and my ring was there just like promised, it fit great and was no longer damaged. I was so happy and left glowing! Now the nightmare begins!!! Not even 4 days later on Sunday Morning I look down at my ring to see 2 diamonds missing! I was completely heart broken! So of course we took it back to the store and they apologized and apologized and swore that it would be taken care of right away and they couldnt believe this happened. Of course they tried to blame me asking if I do laundry and dishes with my jewelry on? I was disgusted! Are you kidding me!? This is a diamond ring not a gum ball ring! It doesnt come off once its on!! So whatever I didnt argue they said they were gonna send it out and it would be back soon. So on Monday 5/01/16 they took my ring in for repair and told me I would have it back on Sunday 05/08/16 and no to worry this wouldnt happen again. They are going to make sure all the stones are secure. So on Sunday 05/08/16 I go into the store and I go to get my ring and again its there fixed and available for pickup. I left the store happy again! Now here we are 05/10/16 just TWO days later after picking up my ring and I look down this evening to see that there is another diamond MISSING!!!! I seriously couldnt help it. I broke into tears! I have been engaged for 1 month and 8 days and have only worn my ring for a total of 6 days! Are you kidding me right now!? Im done! Done done done! Tomorrow its going back and we are getting a full refund! I will NEVER SHOP AT KAY AGAIN!!!!!

Dont even know where to start here, ordered 2 gifts, had them delivered to the store at Galleria Mall AMD only ended up getting 1, and then at 4:06 PM I get the email about the 2nd item being ready for pickup Christmas eve...BOTH of these gifts were for my FIANCE and in the end sue only gets 1 because someone dropped the ball when it came to checking in deliveries for the day (mike).

Terrible customer service. I ordered a ring for valentines day. It took only a week for the order to come in. Unfortunately it was in the wrong size (my fault). They said they have to make a new one and it would take 2 weeks to get it in. What?! It took a week the first time. They said delays due to valentines day. Fine I can understand that. It took 3 WEEKS! Finally I got the resized ring and guess what, the stones were completely the wrong color! Are you Fu***** kidding me?! Now they say I have to wait for another 2 weeks to get the stones changed out. Mike at the store just tells me Oh yeah, that happens, rarely, but it does happen. Heh heh heh. Like he didnt even care. I got no form of compensation or anything. DONT SHOP AT KAY!
