I walked in and asked about a name plate necklace. The employee gave me the side eye and stated all name plates are special order and $275 a letter. I had looked online prior and saw a much more wide variety all different prices so Im not sure where this came from. Anyways I got a bad vibe and figured theres a lot more jewlers in the area wanting to make a sale. So I took my money to Kay. Ill be getting my name plate in a few weeks.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Went in to buy an engagement ring and wasnt pushed like a dealership at most places. Everyone there was amazing and I actually was expecting to spend a lot more than I did. On the plus side, they had the ring resized for me and ready in only a few hours! Amazing

We purchased our Wedding Rings in 2019 at Jered, and had a fantastic customer experience with both sales and their service and the nice selections of styles. Their staff is very friendly and patient and they made us feel very comfortable and never pressured. This year 2020, for our One Year Anniversary, my husband purchased a beautiful set of earrings and matching necklace for me, and once again, the staff made him feel very comfortable and showed him several options to match the Wedding Ring style. Mike was absolutely amazing yesterday! He went out of his way to make sure I got the best price value and gorgeous ring! He took his time to really look into every aspect of getting me the best deal! The ring is perfect because of him!

A little upset with them right now. I arrive a few minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and they tell me they arent open yet and I need to wait, which I completely understand as they open at 11:30. I go back to my car and start it up. As Im starting my car another lady walks up and they let her in. She had an appointment for the same exact thing I was there for, but my being 30 seconds earlier meant I was turned away. It makes no sense.In addition, the last time I brought my ring in for an inspection the main diamond popped out during cleaning and the girl inspected it after pulling it out and polishing it and didnt even notice the diamond was all of a sudden missing. Thank goodness I inspected it after she handed it to me and she was able to find the diamond.

What a fantastic experience at Jared Jewelry store in Henderson, Nevada. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase an Engagement Ring and our Jewelry Specialist Mr. Janeves was absolutely fabulous, and assisted us with several options within our budget and made us feel like we were his only customer and part of the Jared family. I couldnt have been more pleased with the Ring decision, and, to have the Ring sized in a few hours was a huge plus. Also, later on we decided to wait outside during the last 20 minutes and William even came outside with two bottles of cold Water to assure us it was almost ready and make sure we were comfortable. Now, thats service! We also put a few other items on our Wish list (wedding bands) and I also found a beautiful double Heart Wings necklace while I was waiting That I just had to have. The Engagement Ring is beautiful, the guarantee is second to none, and we highly recommend this store, its amazing staff, Jewelry selections, affordability, and quality.

Worst experience of my life! I dropped off my wedding ring to have the band fixed. It had cracked. When I picked up my ring it was in horrible condition. The center band was not centered in the wrap and was pushing up against the setting on one side. My husband brought it back to be fixed and when he gave the ring to a sales associate it was clear from one look what was wrong. My husband described what was wrong and we were assured it would be fixed. I went to pick it up on 7/13 and the ring was still off center. I tried to address this with the repair shop and they claimed it was a communication error. But it was clear to everyone who saw the ring how messed up it was. The manager of the repair center refuse to come and talk to me about my concerns. The store manager then came over and was very nice as at this point I was in tears at the haphazard way my wedding ring was treated, just thrown together with no care at all. The store manager assured me the ring would be fixed. As the paper work was being filled out for the new repair the people in the shop began mocking me. The woman at the counter said okay, Amanda (in a non mocking way) and then a person on the shop began repeating okay Amanda as if they had a speech impairment or were mentally handicapped. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Upon retrieval of my ring it is still not fixed.

I have been dealing with Bill at this location for nearly a year! He is the best helped me custom make my fiances engagement ring and even helped me return it when I decided I wanted to make a change to the ring. I have been using him ever since. If you go ask for Bill he will take great care of you.

I ordered a set of white gold earings for my wife. Free with this order was a gift wrap and a personalized message. I go pick up and when they bring the earings from the back room there in a plastic bag. The gentlemen states I will place them in a box for you . Im think thats should be done before texting me that my order is ready for pickup but. I inquired about the gift wrap and message and He just said oh they didnt ship anything. I go home and call customer service and the lady says. I see your order and the giftwrap and message but theres nothing I can do that not our department. Walmart has better service than that and at least they will take responsibility for there mistakes. Not a big deal the gift wrap and message but I expected more from a over priced store.

Rude girl answered the phone said they were closed before closing time not the kind of customer service Im used to getting there. Had to go back the next day and they didnt even apologize when I told them what happened.

Happen a while back, still bothers me. Went to buy a birthday gift for SO. As I was looking at different items, Mr badass security guard walks up behind the clerk and says Im right behind you as he stares me down. I was working IT for the largest casino company in the world at the time. Real danger, let me tell you. Mr BASG made it a point to watch me until I left, although I was one of only 3 patrons.Never spent another cent at Jareds, and dont plan to.
