I went to the mall with the decision pretty much made up on what I wanted but the store I wanted wasnt open yet so I decided to look around at the store nearby that were open on time. When I found my way into Morgan jewelry they were incredibly friendly and I showed them the ring I was planning to buy at the other place and they helped me find one similar that I loved more and still in my price range. A MUST READ! My experience with David and Morgan Jewelers. My sales rep that says hes an assistant manager is far from it. My experience with David the assistant manger is nothing but a liar and running shady deals on the side to people please his mistakes.Timeline:Mid March, my fiancé had went to Morgan Jewelers looking to purchase my wedding band. It was this day she met David. David came off as a trust worthy person that was looking to assist us as well make a sale. He mentioned to us that if we wait till April 22nd they will have their big annual sale. He mentioned the sale goes on every year and they take 50% off everything plus as he said, if you spend more you save more deal. So depending on the price, we could qualify for more discounts of either 10% to 20% additional on top of the 50%.Mid April, I personally went to the store to meet David after my fiancé mentioned about this awesome deal and to take a look at rings that I liked. David being very excited mentioned and confirmed the sale was going to happen on April 22nd.April 22nd around 4pm-6pm, came back with my fiancé seeing balloons and a busy store. We went looking for David. Once it was our turn to work with him he once again told us about the sale however it was different from what he told us a month ago. The sale was indeed spend more, save more ranging from 10%-20% however there was no 50% on top of the additional savings. After being very disappointed on waiting a month on a false sale as prices were not even close to what he has claimed. David then asked me walk with him out of store to tell me that he can have the store jeweler on the side make a perfect custom ring made out of white gold and yellow gold offset ring for the price of $700 cash! This is when all the shady deal erupted. David specifically said it had to be cash and we had to step outside of the store so the other employees and cameras would not witness the act or be traced. As a customer that just wants my wedding band, we went along with it as David assured us it will be okay. David said it will take a couple weeks and we will get the ring.May 14th, David texted me saying the ring is complete and to come in and take a look. Excited to see the ring we went to the Galleria Mall right away. When we arrived and looked at the ring, the ring had major flaws from bubbling holes from the mold, to gaps on the yellow gold insert to the ring not even rolling evenly as it had an oval shape. Told David this was unaccepted, told him what needed to be fixed and David apologized and sent the ring back to the maker and said it will be perfect.May 24th, David sent me a video of the ring being completed and to come in and see what I think. Excited again, left work and went to go see it. Once we arrived, David came to us and said he wanted us to see it but it wasnt perfect to his standard and wanted to send it back. Immediately I was upset and told David, why did you have us drive all the way here if youre not even happy with the ring. Mentioning to him that I own a business and having to come here makes me lose time and money!! David said, he wanted us to see it in person on why he was upset. The ring did look worse with further gaps between the yellow gold offset and the yellow gold not being in a straight line and being wavy. David sent it back and we left saying his guy will fix it and said, Dont worry, it will be fix and in fact dont think about it and I will let you know when it is done. Having zero confidence it will be done right I gave him another chance.June 16th, my text message to him, Hey Dave, checking in and seeing whats going on with my ring?. David replied, I was just talking to him Monday. Hey has began working on the new ring! I will check in with him again Friday to see where he is at 👍🏼June 28th, David texted, Just touching base with you and wanting to get a deadline on when you need it by exactly. My reply, Hey Dave, a month ago lol our wedding is a ways out but we want it. What’s happening now?.July 15th, Still no reply.

When i went in the service was AMAZING! The sales guy helped me with the purchased answered all my questions and i left very happy, when i arrived home the item i purchased was a gift and he did not like it, so i went back to exchange it for something better, when i arrived the sales man was happy to help, but i soon as i told him it was an exchanged his attitude changed, he made me feel like i was wasting his time, so i ended up just returning the item, he was very rude and condescending, so much i got the refund and i walked across to Kay and made my purchase.

I never buy jewelry from the mall but this place has completely changed my mind. From the second I walked up Rico greeted me ( when he was about to have lunch) and made me feel comfortable. I was more than impressed with the service we received at Morgan Jewelers. We were searching for a wedding band for my fiance & they had such a large selection of modern wedding bands. We were assisted by Rico, who was so patient & kind. We never felt like we were being pressured to make a purchase; unlike the other stores we went to later that day. My in-laws were assisted by Arnold, a few days prior and suggested we check out Morgans first. They assisted us with sizing, style & price point. Rico was even kind enough to clean my engagement ring that desperately needed it. After searching around other stores, we found ourselves back at Morgans & purchased one of the rings they assisted us with finding. 10/10 Would recommend.

My experience with Arnold is he is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I met Arnold for the first time when I was in Las Vegas for a conference and I was walking around the mall. He personally is very cheerful and pleasant to work with. He sold me a men’s single diamond ring. He went out of his way to get it sized since my time was limited.A year later I purchased the ring for my wife to replaced her lost engagement ring I gave her 30 years earlier. The transaction was done via e-mail and text since I lived in the east coast. He would text me pictures of the diamonds he has available and provided me with his expert opinion of the flow of each diamond he showed me. After selecting the diamond I wanted base in the criteria I provided him; he then recommended the setting where the diamond would shows its brilliant sparkles.At that time when the ring was ready, my son and my wife had a vacation plan in Arizona. Arnold took time off just to drive the ring to Arizona with his wife just to deliver the ring to my wife. My wife was surprised and love the rocks on it’s perfect setting. I bought my fiancée her engagement ring here back when they were at the Meadows mall. We were excited to hear they moved to Galleria because its much closer to us. Arnold was super helpful getting us our wedding bands. He was able to match my fiancées engagement ring perfectly. We ended up getting the wrong size and brought it back in to get resized. We were surprised when it was ready basically the next day! We highly recommend Morgan Jewelers at Galleria for their excellent service!
