The best place to go for cinnamon rolls, not to mention they are vegan too. If you are looking for a high-quality cinnamon rolls, this is the place. They are freshly baked to order and you can customize your cinnamon roll however you want it. They are super delicious and the original. They are a little pricey, but the quality is there for sure . So, it’s definitely worth the price. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and helpful too. Overall we had an amazing experience and definitely coming back. Highly recommended! A MUST VISIT place!!!

We had cinnaholic for the first time delivered and we were not impressed. The vanilla icing tasted like whipped butter and not very sweet. The rolls are rock hard and unappetizing. This was our first experience with them and wont be returning. Maybe a different icing is better but I refuse to eat whipped butter on a rock and give it a good review. Very disappointed did not fulfill our expectations based on the good reviews of this place.

Visited the location because they had a special buy one get one free for national cinnamon roll day. The roll was good but the price is way too high. I paid over $5 for the basic with no extra toppings. If the price were cheaper I would come here every week. Time will tell if they listen to their customers. Either make it cheaper or make the rolls bigger. Crumble cookie is only $4 and they can justify the price because their cookies are massive.

Tasty and very sweet! Orange Creamsicle and the other was raspberry topping with a jam drizzle and not sure the frosting flavor sorry forgot the name.

Enjoy the rolls and creative toppings. Unfortunately, service at this location is in despite need of reform. Staff is pleasant, but orders are not processed in a timely manner. I use the order ahead option to expedite my trips. Messages from the store indicate 15 min pick up time from order time. On my last visit, the order took an hour and a half to prepare for pick up. On this visit, it was only an hour to get our order. FYI, Be careful with your box, the bottom is always covered in frosting or chocolate making hands and car seats sticky.

I love this place!! This is my favorite place to bring my son for a treat. Seeing him get so excited about being able to get a cinnamon roll that he can pick out is worth more stars than I could give. I also love all the options and for such a good price too. The staff has also always been kind and patient with us which is another huge bonus when I have a little kid with me. I dont know how anyone could not love it here

Vegan!!! So my love and i thought this wouldnt be that good, my goodness were we wrong. This was so good! Sweet and hot and gooey...mmmm afterwards we had some of the pineapple icecream, and it was so light and refreshing. A nice transition for your palette..

These are amazing I had the Cookies and creme it is very sweet but I love sweets and 100% Would get it again….Update: 20 minutes into it and I find out they are vegan.. WOW!!!!!! I would have never known or guessed at all. So good.

Stopped by today to try this place out. Ive been wanting to go for awhile now and today was a perfect day to go since my Son whos Vegan was with me. Him and his girlfriend also wanted to try it because theyre both vegan. I love the concept of this place. A custom made cinnamon roll. You can choose your frosting and toppings or get one of the premade ones. I ordered the banana split and my son ordered a cinnamon roll with raspberry sauce with bananas and blueberries. His girlfriend got the cream cheese frosting and chocolate sauce. The banana split has strawberry sauce with bananas, chocolate sauce and chopped nuts. So yummy! I mean you have this warm cinnamon roll and sauce. Its rich and delicious. So so delicious.

I was going to Jamba Juice right next door as I pulled in I seen this building and I said what,,, so I went in and I was amazed by the variety of cinnamon rolls they had. This place has the best cinnamon rolls that Ive had in a long time I highly suggest getting in there and checking this place out. I had a regular cinnamon roll which was totally awesome really what blew my socks off was a Samoa cinnamon roll that was absolutely out of this world! Me and the guy that served me at that place had to talk about hot chocolate adult hot chocolate and he said he was going to try it with that cinnamon roll let me tell you it was totally worth the visit!! It looked interesting after eating at the Steamie Weenie so I stopped in. They do not have any gluten-free items yet the guy working said he’s asked everyday about it. Ordered the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was just okay and definitely not worth $6.50. I wouldn’t stop here again. Looked the store up and discovered they’re vegan. I guess that explains the lack of flavor. I find it ironic this place is vegan but doesn’t have a single gluten free item.

We got the Cinnastack and the raspberry dream- the first was way too rich for our taste and not worth the money. The raspberry one was pretty good. Overall, this was a decent place but over priced. Also the employees weren’t super welcoming when we came in. If you’re looking for a fancy dessert and willing to spend some $, this is a good place.

I was really hoping this place would be a revelation. Instead it was a big disappointment. The gourmet cinnamon rolls lacked the ooeey gooey cinnamon roll decadence. The exterior of the cinnamon roll was over baked, like jaw sore from chewing to much, tough. While some of the frosting toppings were ok, for the price the experience just wasnt there. We ordered 3 cinnamon rolls and 1 coffee. The total after tip was $25. That price point is much too high for the product. Id skip this spot and head up the street to Whole Foods.

Favorite place to get dessert!!! When my son was first born he had a very severe dairy allergy and I was not able to enjoying a lot of desserts since they have dairy in most. This places frosting is vegan so theres no Dairy which makes it the best for dairy allergies!!!

Got there waited a few mins was told order would be done soon! Another customer walks in.... I watch angel bag my order....then he proceeded to bag a second order.... he then hands the customer who came in after me his order... angel then pauses and then proceeds to i guess give me my order when asked why he bagged my order, and not give it to me but gives the customer who came in after me his order first... bad customer service

I have been a loyal customer to cinnaholic for years! However, today I spoke to the owner over the phone and he changed my mind. I came into this location on 7/11/20 around 12pm. When I went into the location one employee was sitting down with a friend laughing. Which was unprofessional.She then asked if I worked for DoorDash. I advised her I was a customer. She then got up and told me to wait outside. At that time I thought it may be due to COVID-19. After waiting outside her friend came to the door and told me to come in. I then placed my order and asked when I come next time should I wait outside and knock? She advised me no that customers don’t wait outside. Clearly she felt I was not a customer nor appreciated any of my business. I then asked for her name, she refused. I then asked for her manager to call me, she refused. Keep in mind employee was not wearing a mask which has been mandated by the governor due to this pandemic. I then left.I called your guys Henderson location to speak to Sophia about the unprofessional customer service at your guys blue diamond location. I have spoken to Sophia in the past and because of her my family and I have continued business with you guys. They advised me she was out of town.I then called the centennial location to see who was in charge of things while Sophia was gone. They had the other owner give me a call about the complaint. Owner called me and started to immediately interrupt me while I was talking about his Grand Canyon location. He made it clear over the phone that his employees at the Grand Canyon location behavior was appropriate and that he did not believe that my customer service experience was unprofessional. He advised me when you go into this location as a customer you will be asked if you work for door dash immediately. His employees can interact with friends while they are working. And his employees can instruct you to go outside. This owner clearly doesn’t care for repeated business or care to provide excellent customer service.I drove to his location purposely to give him business during this pandemic. Times are tough now, especially for Restaurants and this owner clearly doesn’t care to stay in business. This is disappointing I have been loyal with his locations for years and it took one day for me and my family to take our business elsewhere.

OMGEEEE!!! This place has the absolute BEST cinnamon rolls EVER!! A huge variety of toppings for the delicious rolls make it hard to decide!! Talk about a kid in a candy store!! Yum Yum! Only one downside and that is there is no milk but there’s bottles of water which helps. 😁😋

My first experience at Cinnaholic wasnt that good to be honest (the south west location). I felt like I was being rushed and I didnt really care for the cinnamon roll I ordered. The Henderson location opened so I thought Id give them another chance. Ive been to this location three times since its opened and I dont think its even been two weeks yet. Lol. My personal favorites (so far) are strawberry icing with strawberrys on top and raspberry icing with raspberries on top. Cinnabon has nothing on Cinnaholic. And not to mention its dairy free and has half the calories. Would highly recommend!!!!

I still cant believe this place exists. A decadent cinnamon bun cafe that just happens to use 100% vegan ingredients? Sign me up. I remember seeing their pitch on Shark Tank some time back and even back then this was a place I knew I wanted to try.It is a counter service joint where you choose an icing variety plus toppings for your freshly baked cinnamon bun, almost like making a cinnamon bun sundae. The choice of icing flavors is a bit intimidating, as there are so many that seem delicious. I went with the classic vanilla icing topping, as that is what I picture when I want a cinnamon bun. The bun did not disappoint. It was hot, chewy, sweet, and covered with delicious icing. The cookie dough topping I ordered was obviously delicious but totally unnecessary, as the cinnamon bun was sweet and rich enough.The staff here were very friendly and accommodating as well.I hope Cinnaholic expands to the East Coast, They offer a great vegan-friendly dessert option for when you just need to indulge in a decadent treat.

Really delicious cinnamon buns whether youre vegan or not. The icing is decadent and there are so many different choices when it comes to making your dream bun! You could come here dozens of times and try a new flavor or combination every time! The staff is also incredibly friendly and did great explaining how to order and their different options!

Only based on 1 experience: Ordered 1 cinnamon roll at 9:25pm with only 1 customer ahead of us. Received our order at 9:48pm.... ? Almost 30 minutes later, is that the average waiting time? Also, a little bothered that a group of 4 people who came 10 minutes after us received their large order first. We had to go ask for our order before it came out 10 minutes later. The bun was mostly cold and just warm from the bottom :( It seemed that the workers there had no sense of urgency or care. Maybe they were just having a bad day or maybe they offer better service in the day time. Not sure, but it wasnt good enough for me to want to come back to find out. I was really looking forward to it since I saw it on Shark Tank and it had good reviews. Anyway, I hope whoever comes next gets a better experience :)

Okay not bad, I had a cheesecake chocolate chip bun was tasty. I spent 7 dollars for one. Kinda too much Im my opinion. Cinnabon vs this place. Well Id say this would win if prices were better. We came to cinnaholic to try a new experience and we met Scott, who made our visit well above average! He was so personable and nice. Made great recommendations and catered to our 3 kids by giving them some cookie dough, which they loved (no eggs because they are vegan of course) 😊. The cinnamon roll was delicious and unique. We will go back not just for the food, but for people like Scott who make the experience that much better!

This place is amazing! I would love to try more kinds of the cinnamon rolls but Ive only ever had the regular with the cream cheese frosting because its so delicious, I cant pull myself away to try something new! Their cookies and brownies are equally delicious and Im so happy that everything is vegan.I dont understand why there are negative reviews about this place not having gluten free items. That doesnt make sense to me. Just because a place is vegan doesnt mean it automatically carries gluten free items... they are 2 completely different dietary considerations. Anyway, this place is wonderful and I hope it stays around for a long time!

Best cinnabun ever

The guy taking our order was for no reason rude. We tipped him still. When I asked if the cookies were soft or hard and he squished the center and rudely said soft. Then gave me the squished cookie. Gave us a cold Cinnabon. When asked to heat it he said he wasn’t allowed to. It always comes heated any other time we eat in shop. He annoyingly took it in the back rolled his eyes and gave it back VERY over heated. 🤔 Shame on his service.

When in the mood for cinnamon rolls this is your place!! Personable, clean and quaint. Fresh with many assorted toppings. My sugar was high all day but well worth it.

Great healthy alternative. Yes, Cinnabon is good...but your waist regrets it much more & your choices are much more limited (customer service usually isnt as good there either). Absolute must try for any vegan or health conscious eater looking for a treat!

First time trying after following on social media for several months and we where not disappointed. The role tasted hot and fresh from the oven. The quality toppings only added to the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful making our return as customers a highly likely event.

I visited this place a while ago maybe over a year or two. But I loved their variety and creativity. I loved that you can make it as disgusting and sloppy as heart desires ha ha ha just kidding but u get my point right. The distance was a little bit far for me but we still went. The prices seemed a little high for cinnamon rolls but it was a delicious experience.

Awesome custom vegan cinnamon rolls. Lots of frosting and topping combinations (almost too much, if thats possible!). A bit expensive for a dessert but a great once in a while treat. If I didnt know, I wouldnt have been able to tell they were 100% vegan!
