My son is 13 and 63. Its hard to find clothes. Went Into JCPenney first time today . when we walked it it was full with big and tall clothing for men! Not only were the clothes we bought were on sale, but we recvd a 40% off coupon! Will be going back next weekend . Michelle, our cashier was so nice too. Thank you!

I ordered curbside pick-up and shopped in store. The displays made it easy to find outfits for my undecisive daughter 😁both methods were a very pleasant experience because the employees were dedicated and very friendly 😀

I did find a dress; I also went looking for bras. You do not carry bras for mature women, but then, nobody does. Very discouraging.

Even sale items are over priced. The variety is poor and finding the open registers can be more like a seek and find. Will be avoiding shipping gor regular clothes here.Formal wear on the other hand selection for ladies a significantly smaller than the suit section but, thr quality is so great!

Should have come here first! It started with a young man needing a white, long sleeve, button down shirt. Stopped by Target, Walmart and Kohls with no success. At this point we decided to stop at each store we drove past. Walked into JCPenneys mens department and my little hope was turned into absolute delight. They had what we were looking for, and in a variety of sizes. Best part was Mitzi in the Customer Service Department. In the style of a full service department store, she measured Jacob and offered a couple styles to try on. Needless to say we got the shirt, a new pair of slacks, and a happy young man. Thank you Mitzi for the wonderful service and thank you JCPenneys. Next time, I am stopping at your store first.

We ordered some mens sandals online. Went to this store to pick up our purchase. Parking lot was not busy, so able to park close to store entrance.Found the online pick up order desk, and the employee who helped us was friendly and courteous.Easy pick up and admired all the well organized areas of the store.Well definitely come back to shop, it was right before closing at 8pm, so all we did was get the sandals and leave.

I am saddened by the state of J.C. Penny stores. There run down, they have no personnel on the floor, the products are sparse (not necessarily because of Covid). The store is dirty, the clothes are low quality in a lot of cases,. The Pennys stores used to be such a joy to shop in. Not so much anymore.

I couldnt believe this place is still open! I thought sears and jc Pennys got crushed by Walmart, but they are still going strong, doing business in vegas.

This is actually one of the nicest and cleanest JCPs Ive ever been to. The customer service is great! The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because they isolated the location for returns and store pickups to one area. I think its to align with the rest of other stores like Target and Walmart. Theres no signage to say that its there either. I had to wait in line and then get to the register to be told that going forward, Id have to go upstairs, but they would take care of me that one time. Communication seems to be lacking to their customers to address this. Thats all. Otherwise, everyone has been so nice and its so clean!

The cashiers are extremely slow. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes for a few items and it seemed the people were moving extremely slow. And after all the waiting, I get home and realize they didn’t even take the security tags off my items. So now I have to waste my time and my gas to go back.Very unhappy with the store. It never used to be like this.

Couldnt really find assistance to help get the items I was looking for but the people at customer service were very helpful and Beethoven was very nice

They have staff at the door, I guess to greet you, but they are all staying at their phones. I asked one for help and he said he didnt have a phone to call for help. Poor customer service and they arent offering any products or services that I cant get anywhere else.

I had been to this JCPENNY at the Galleria Mall in Henderson, Nv on Saturday April 10 and Friday April 16 and both of your check out clerks were very helpful. I am disabled with one hand arm cause my left arm was amputee 5 years ago from a roll over accident and the are times some people dont look at a disabled person a different way of helping. I was trying to put my wallet into my person and couldnt sip it up and she offer so nice of her. One of your Assoc #0891 was on Friday I bought 5 Bras and the other Assoc #0583 which I had bought 2 pairs of jeans. 5 bermuda shorts and 5 graphic tee shirts. My sister was also there on Saturday April 10th in here Motorized Power Wheelchair we were out shopping and seeing each other which havent done this in 10 years. Want to Thank both of your Assoc for being so helpful and kind. Thank you Gail M

I love shopping here. I can go to Every department and find something that I need. My only complaint is that with the coronavirus pandemic there are so few employees there to help you so if you go be prepared to wait in line to check out.

11 am on the Saturday before Xmas and the mall entrance and the entrance with the handicapped parking were still locked! If you find a way in, and see something you would like to buy, you’ll find they only have two registers available - one upstairs and one downstairs. Picture the line. Sigh, so much for the customer service they used to be known for. What about ‘social distancing’ ? They should be adding registers, so to spread the customers out....not funneling them into a narrow space, and extending the possibility of being exposed to an asymptomatic person. It really seems Management would prefer customers shop on line, but honestly when I do, it’s not with JCP! How to lose a customer in 2 easy steps.

Great prices on clothes for members.

I was helped by a manager named Lee last week when I call on the phone and I finally made it in today December 10th and walked in got greeted by the door person who gave me a coupon and there was a manager there also and she overheard me saying that I was here to see Lee and she took me to the offices had me sit down and she tried to contact her, but she was busy and I was also told to ask for Im not sure how to spell it but her name was ziella. She came out and took me to I guess customer service or returns department and I got helped very quickly and efficiently and she was very friendly and helpful and everything was great couldnt have been any better. Well it could have been a little better if I was able to meet Lee and put a face to the voice, I was looking forward to meeting her, because obviously shes a great manager and is very passionate about her work, extremely helpful and sounds like someone you should never get rid of ever! And too Me if the company ever got rid of her that would be a grave mistake to be honest!! An online order that went very bad that was flipped and turn into a great experience and great customer service by everyone that helped me. Thank you very much

This is being generous. It may not be their responsibility that they are opening at noon in the extreme heat of the day because the mall does not open until noon. But, you are coming in from the heat and it feels like there is no A/C on in the store and there is only cashier at the register to handle a long line so it makes for a shopping nightmare. Think before you go there. THINK!!!

The staff needs to find a way to help customers who get items online, and have something happen to it where you need to send it back for repairs or replacement instead of telling them that they have to call a phone number to get help because they cant find it on the computer. Thats not good customer service there

Only place I can find my the socks I like. Also they have really nice jewelry at great prices.

Portraits with our pet went well. Photographer was nice but she did not give much direction and photos were definitely not professional.

I havent been to Penneys at a long time. I went looking for a blanket and found it at a reasonable price. Also got a 20 percent discount on top of the bargain price. They also have some really nice sweaters and new shirts especially for the holidays.
