Brigette went above and beyond. I was looking for a certain style shoe and I thought they didn’t have it in store, so I told her I was going to go by Champs to see if they had it and I’d be back. I never made it to the other store! I found the dopest VANS, she found the Adidas I was looking for recommended socks shirts and everything to match my shoes! It was by far the BEST customer service experience!

I just really really hate how pushy they are. I hate that they bring you 5 more pairs of shoes and socks and shoe sprays. For this reason I won’t shop here again. I understand it’s their job to do that but they shouldnt ask their employees to do this. It’s extremely pushy and there isn’t a shortage of stores in the mall that sell exactly what they sell.

Its always nice to have great customer service but not have workers trying to hustle you, bring 5 pairs of shoes out to try on that you didnt ask for, and plus socks! The store isnt that big so to have the workers invade your personal space is another problem.

I went in today looking for a new pair of chucks and Meghan was absolutely amazing!! She helped me find an pair of knee high chucks Ive wanted for almost 3 years now. She was extremely understanding and amazingly helpful!! She even laced the shoes for me so I could wear them out of the store!! Shes a very lovely lady!!

This place was great clean and organized and the staff was so friendly and helpful and peppy and seemed in a good mood. The girl that helped us, Kaya was so nice and polite and took care of us and others. I hate shoe shopping but this was a great experience.

They cool. A little aggressive with trying to get you to buy some shoes but hey they wasnt annoying with it. I will be returning.. Keep up the good work..

I spent an hour in this store picking out the right shoes for my daughter and brother in law... They were supposed to get shipped out the next day by Fedex. A week has passed so I called the store and asked what is going on and why my shoes don’t have a shipping status... Come to find out they were never even shipped out of the store! Smh. So the manager told me the girl who helped me with the shoes and boxed them up, went on Vacation and forgot to ship my shoes out. So he promised me that he would over night them to MI for me... 3 days later, my daughter still has no shoes, and there is not even a shipping status online for my shoes. This is ridiculous. If I wanted to wait 2 weeks for shoes, I would have drove to Michigan myself! Come on, where are my shoes!? Or give me a refund. Then the other shoes I ordered 2 weeks ago from Journeys for Myself finally came in, and they are used and scuffed! So I will be taking them into the store for a refund. I’ve been too much of a loyal customer for this nonsense. I’m so turned off from y’all stores now.

I have been in here several times and I have to say Marylin is very understanding and kind she really cares about us and what we have to say and think.she didnt think twice to fix a sticky situation that happen with my sons back pack she over heard me talkn about it to jake and she was like dont worry bring it back and I will make sure your took care of i came back 4 hours later and it was at the front for me and jake even helped me find my other kids some shoes I was on snap talkn to my son seeing if he wanted to get some shoes and he was like your son zak hes a 9 .5 I will go see if we have his size I was shocked he could rember his name and shoe size he was dealing with people all day. Thanks Jake and Marylin you guys rock you are very kind not just trying to push shoes on me Actually care about what I think and what Im happy with so thank you guys

The employees are WAY too aggressive with upselling. I came in for one pair of Converse and had to wait while the salesman grabbed the ones I wanted and then three extra pairs that I didnt ask for. I told him that I only came in for the Converse and he kept pushing it and trying to add on things like protective sprays and socks. After telling him no about 20 more times (not an exaggeration) he finally backed off and rang me up. I was super uncomfortable by the time I left and wont be returning to this store.
