One of my favorite hot topics! I always get asked at least twice if I need help. So there really attentive there. Plus they have more a variety on the skirts and pants that we shop there for. So huge plus. Ive picked up stuff there from online orders. Always answer there phone and answer my silly questions. Great staff. Always helpful and friendly. I like this one the most in Vegas 😉

Everything my 3 teens could ever want for their closet or room all in one place. Its changed a lot since I shopped as a teen in the good ol 90s 😆. My kids all love it. Make sure to buy some pins before you leave!

Store has gotten so much better as far as space inside to move around and shop. Its moving on with the times as for changing the atmosphere of the store to bring it to relevant times. Smart business sense of course, but also makes the shopping experience more of what I like.

Love Shopping at this Hot Topic only. Customer service is amazing. They are super helpful & even ordered a shirt for me when my size wasnt available.

Its alright. Just remember you use your topic deals. Like when they give you $15 off. Just remember all t-shirts are full price so for me. I saved just $5 bucks not $15. Their prices arent a deal. $23 for a t-shirt.

Store it self is always clean n organized for most part n employees are always great... I have issues with high prices, quality of clothing has gone down, how long it takes to get items that were ordered, n coupons should combine with sales (spend enough money to get them should be able to combine them) not cancel them out...

Workers there seem incompetent. Maybe they are in training but i was told one thing and was charged another. Not a couple bucks either im talking about over $70 more than what she had told me when the worker says its buy 1 get one half off so i buy my kids 5 T shirts each and get the full bill because it was only buy one get one half off on selected T shirts

I love everything they sell at this store. The prices are worth it when they put the discount its worth it.

This Hot Topic was disappointing. The items that they have for inventory are lame or all in one small size. It says on signs all over the store to ship online for more choices. So, why bother going here at all? I love Hot Topic but this made me sad.

We only go to Hot Topic for T-shirts. They have a great selection of band shirts. Everyone at this location is very nice. They had a really great Black Friday sale this trip. They also have a rewards type program which allows you to earn extra money off. Will definitely keep shopping here.

There is so many great things about this store. It is perfect for emos, pop culture and jewelry. I especially love how awesome and interactive the staff are with the customers

Obviously hot topic is not to be blamed for Covid but having to wait in a line with my kids was annoying AF. A lot of the clothes in the window didn’t seem to be in stock. They have such low quantities of such a insane amount of merch that it would take you a year and a half to look at most of it. There’s wayyyyyy too much going on in this store. It almost makes you want to shop lift but I see they suspected you might feel this way, so they have all 1 million items heavily security tagged to walls, poles. Each other. I gave up before check out and left my husband with the kids. He described it as chaotic. I used to work there in 2003 and I don’t think I could do it now, the anxiety. Also I found the lack of Sanrio disturbing. Hot topic dotcom is no better, they have 9,578,865,7257,721 shirt choices and that’s not a good thing. At least in store it doesn’t take 2 weeks to arrive

They have a tone of goodies here. You can find just about anything cool to buy for a friend. That is if your friend is into pop culture & music because thats what this place is all about. Employees can be a little pushy, constantly asking if you need anything but its better than getting no service at all.

Cool stuff. Helpful staff.

Best place to come and a nice hot topic best service you can get I went on my birthday 1/27 /2021 and the employees dont rush you out of the store like the others ones in town they got mostly everything you see on line they got in on the floor or in the back they were so nice chase was the employee I got help looking for few things just wanted to say thank you and I will be coming back well soon

One of my favorite places! Ever since Hot Topic was more of a goth/punk/kinda alternative store Ive been going there. Its a cool place to shop now because they have Disney stuff, anime, and other random type things. I used to always come and buy plugs and other jewelry. This place has evolved, not everyone who liked the place before, likes it now which kinda sucks. But places need to evolve and stick with the trends to keep relevant. Im glad they are still around.

Huge variety at this location, especially Funko pops. All the workers were very friendly and helpful.

Great selection of t-shirts and other genre items. Sales were quite nice too. Make sure you ask about any specials.

It seemed as though there was more apparel and less trinkets and such. I come for the latter.

The store was pretty small in general. The only jeans they had for teen girls was a small sale rack in the front of the store. Very inconvenient as you had to take anything in your hand to the register so the alarm wouldnt go off while youre browsing for jeans. The clearance rack area was mega cramped and unorganized. The dressing room kinda sucked because you would get locked out if you let the door close behind you, plus there was only ONE dressing room in the store. The only plus to the tiny store was the service. The young ladies at the register were super nice and helpful.

Hot Topic is my favorite store! They always have what I need, either in the store or in the online shopping app. The staff are always friendly and happy to discuss products with you! Never had any problems with the store or the workers! Love going here as often as time and money allow and always leave with something Ive been looking for!

This store is located in the Galleria Mall. As seems to be the issue with almost every Hot Topic Ive been in, this store is super packed for such a tiny location. Barely any room to move as is, so on the weekend, I dont bother. Lines are too long and disorganized, and you can barely move around without knocking stuff off racks or bumping people. The only reason I gave it the stars it got is because the employees at this store are amazing! They are super friendly and helpful. They dont carry plus sizes so Im often returning items from online and they are super quick to process my refund.

Hot Topic at the Galleria Mall is awesome. They have so many pop culture theme items, Funko pops are my favorite, they have clothing for the latest movies that are out like IT, and Halloween. They sell such great clothing and jewelry, a tremendous amount of T shirts. Hot Topic has great sales, just follow them on Instagram to keep up with what is going on, Get there to see what you take home. Have fun..

Galleria location is my preferred store. I loved shopping there when I was a teenager and it has changed A LOT, but my teenager loves it as much as I did back in the day. I guess theyre doing something right!
