Amazing experience at ofseventy. I had been stressing out about finding the right formal dress for a wedding. This place doesn’t compare to the big stores. Excellent customer service from Fernando and Paulina. Beautiful dresses all around and a wide variety of styles. I also bought the perfect shoes and jewelry to match my dress. I bought my wedding dress from them. I already had a wedding dress, but started to not like my choice after a few months. When I went into this store, I couldn’t resist trying on a beautiful dress I saw on the rack. They ordered my dress and it arrived quickly. The alterations were done perfectly and they didn’t cost me a ridiculous amount.All in all, I found that they have good price points for their dresses. It ended up costing me way less than my first ugly dress (including alterations) and it was so much more modern.

I came to Of Seventy looking for an elegant dress to wear to my senior prom. However I came two days before my prom date and still, everything went absolutely well. I was able to find a dress quickly- so many beautiful dresses to pick from. I was helped by Paulina and she was so helpful with everything, from finding the dress to even helping me find a nice pair of heels to go along with the dress. Everyone here is so nice. I highly recommend this store.

I went in to buy a homecoming dress and instead got humiliate by the manger name Fernando, I had found a dress I loved and was accused of taking it from another person, when it was with my dresses that another sales person hung for me to try on. He humiliated me in front of other customers, yelled at me on the main floor, took the dress away and blamed it all on me. Also they wouldn’t let us into the other rooms because we were judge on the way we looked and only showed us cheep looking dresses. I felt completely embarrassed and shocked that I was treated like that.

If you are looking to purchase a dress that is already made, shopping here will be suitable. However, if you are looking to get something customized, youll definitely have a better and more professional experience going elsewhere. My aunt, my cousin and I had visited this store back in February in hopes to get our ideal dress for my cousins quince. The first time we were helped, Fernando asked us what our budget was because according to him they did not want to show us anything that we could possibly fall in love with but not be willing to pay the price. So we let them know our budget and my aunt was willing to pay a little bit extra because it would be for a special occasion. They brought out a dress that we all fell in love with instantly and my cousin claimed it the one after trying it on and seeing how it looked on her. We did have a few things removed with minimal changes and after letting them know we wanted it, Fernando took my cousins measurements and we left a deposit for it and Fernando told us that we would be getting a call within 2 weeks for a separate appointment when they had the base of the dress ready. More than 2 weeks went by and we heard nothing from them. When my aunt finally reached out they continuously pushed the appointment back and even when they finally had some time to take us in, the dress still was not ready and when we tried asking for a price, they kept telling us that they still did not have an estimate. It being June, my aunt began to slightly get worried because our event is in July and we still had not heard from them that the dress was ready so when my aunt reached out they finally gave us a price which was TRIPLE the amount that our budget was AND the dress STILL was not ready. It is exactly ONE MONTH before the big event and we were forced to look elsewhere. I will not go on a rant about how bad they are or even how annoying it is to have to deal with something like that because in the beginning they actually took care of us as if we were family. When my cousin tried on all those dresses, Fernando and Oscar were both very patient and they even put it their 2 cents when we asked for it. However what they pulled at the end was EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. Had they let us know the price and the amount of time it would take, a lot of unfortunate events could have been avoided.

We had searched everywhere for a prom dress and nothing looked good. We came across of seventy and omg why didn’t we know about this place?!?! They had hundreds of beautiful dresses and Fernando was amazing!! He found some beautiful dresses and recommended some tailoring ideas. The dress was definitely fitted to my daughter and was gorgeous. Fernando was such an amazing person to help us! He has a great eye for style and is so nice-you can tell he loves his job. I will come here for any dress any of my girls or I need in the future! Amazing!

09-14-2021 Since our last visit we did go back for my daughter to find her homecoming dress. The visit today went extremely well and instead of getting one dress, she got two. One for the homecoming and one for her graduation, Mascaraed Ball we are having in July. Fernando apologized to my daughter which I very much appreciated him doing. My family and I will be going back again this month to get my niece her sweet 16 gown.09-12-2021 The manager Fernando was extremely rude to my daughter during our experience there. Another sales person brought my daughter a dress which she loved. But after trying it on Fernando yelled at my daughter on the main floor in front of other customers for grabbing the dress from another persons room. Which she did not do, again it was brought to her by another sales associate. He embarrassed my daughter in front of other customers when she came out to show us the dress that she ended up liking but then he yelled at her and made it known to the other customer that she had the dress on so everyone started staring at her which made her feel uncomfortable and not wanting to buy the dress. He even went into her dressing room, reached in and ripped the dress out of the room when she was still trying to get dressed.Isn’t the idea of coming to a store to spend good money on nice dresses but being treated like if we didn’t have the money and that we could not afford the dress she tried on. If we didn’t have the money why would we have come and shopped when we said we had no budget. My question is why were we treated as if we had no money just because we were dressed in casual wear. My niece was also with us which found a dress that ran me $770. We rescheduled to go back to the shop for my daughter as they do have nice dresses. But made sure to request a day that Fernando is not scheduled to work. This person is extremely RUDE and ruined my daughters experience in getting her homecoming dress. I would think as “Manager” he would carry himself with better class.I own a company and would never want a manager like Fernando who would treat my customers so poorly and would make a teenager cry. We should have never been treated the way Fernando treated us and judged by what we were wearing.

I went here for my junior prom dress for 2020. A week later, everything shut down. In 2021, I returned and finished what we started. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is exceptional. They’re incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they certainly made me feel like a princess. Highly recommend!

Sadly Ive been in here several times to legit buy a dress...But was so off put by alllllll the sales girls because they are SOOOOOO unwelcoming and snotty. And legit every time Ive gone in there to give them another chance, theyve been either very rude or just completely unwelcoming. Hopefully the owner/owners read these reviews and teach some manners to their employees

My experience here was phenomenal. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous and the service is wonderful. In a moment of desperation in finding my graduation/formal event dress I suggested this place to my mom and we came inside and everything was beautiful beyond belief. The workers here are so kind and obviously highly experienced. Being a bigger sized girl I was very worried about finding a fitting dress but the dress, especially with alterations, curtesy to Fernando, fit to my body absolutely perfectly. With the thanks to Christy and Paulina for kind and efficient customer service and walking us through the process Very very pleased with my experience here.

The experience that I had here at of seventy was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful especially Christy and Montze. They were able to help me find the perfect dress that was not only beautiful but complement my body as well. They were also great with alterations and did everything to ensure I loved the dress and it was perfect before I took it home. Fernando from the Of Seventy was very rude and has no customer service skills! Had a fantastic experience with Oscar the prior week. Did not receive a call a few days after, per our conversation so I had to drop by the store to check the status of the dress we purchased. Didn’t bring my receipt as our stop in the area was unplanned. Fernando could not find our order. Had the audacity to tell me he can refund the money - given the fact that the dress was OBVIOUSLY needed, make it sound like the alteration done was comped when I paid for it AND roll his eyes and raise his voice because he was getting stressed as he could not find the order. People like you should NEVER be in customer service!!

I was looking a dress for my daughter for Prom We star looking and all the dresses are so beautiful that you can not decide what is the one. We find a beautiful dress for my daughter but one thing that make us to take the dress was the customer service special Fernando, he is professional and has the carisma to take care people and make us to feel confortable.
