THIRD TIMES A CHARM! After two failed attempts to purchase a phone at two different stores in Evansville, we tried our luck at the TCC Verizon store in Henderson, KY. Morgan was super knowledgeable and friendly. We got there about 45 minutes before closing time. He answered all of our questions and didnt make us feel rushed. He patiently set up the phones and when we could not retrieve my photos, he invited us back the next day to try another method. Our experience at the TCC Verizon store in Henderson was far superior to the two previous experiences that evening at the other two stores. When we returned the next day, we were able to witness another sales associate interact with customers as we waited. I do not remember her name, however she was friendly and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend the TCC Verizon store in Henderson KY for fantastic customer service, extremely friendly sales associates, and extensive product knowledge.

Morgan was name of the associate who helped me and he did a great job explaining everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Zakk at the Henderson Verizon is THE MAN! I went to this location for assistance with a very specific and unique issue with my phone service. (I used to have Verizon, but as a military family living in Guam I had to temporarily suspend service. Therefore, my phone does not currently work when I come back to the mainland for visits.) Even though I was a complete spaz, Zakk remained courteous, calm, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was able to leave with a working phone. Thanks Zakk for saving my trip!

I have a protection plan on my phone and in order to have the screen fixed I paid a $29 deductible through Asurion. Preston at Verizon Wireless in Henderson straight up lied to me about what the options were to get my phone fixed, and then refused to help me file the claim once I told him I had no intention to upgrade because I’ve just paid my phone off. Terrible customer service.

Stopped in to find a case for my iPhone 11 and found the perfect case for me! The guys working, Josh and Morgan, were very helpful and not at all pushy which was awesome. Very kind people and great cell coverage where I live. Switched from AT&T awhile back because they kept jacking up my prices but Morgan has ensured a very seamless transition and my bill is under $100 a month (compared to $250 with AT&T!).

I have had verizon for years now! Anytime I need anything or have trouble I go to the Henderson location. I have dealt with a lot of them in there and they are all very sweet and helpful. I appreciate having the store right there in Henderson and having people that can help and know what their doing! They do an outstanding job!!

Really want to thank Josh for helping me this past Friday afternoon. As a long time Verizon customer and an previous owner of a iPhone 8+ he went way out of his way to help me upgrade to a newer iPhone. Never felt rushed and he wasn’t at all trying to push me into making a purchase that day which was very nice and thoughtful in my opinion. After about an hour of him throughly explaining my many options and answering all my questions I decided to go with an iPhone 11 Pro. Ran into some issues during the actual purchasing of my new phone but he was fast to act and took care of the issues in no time. Josh even went one step further to make sure my credit card wasn’t charged twice (which it wasn’t) and he wanted to know either way. As a matter of fact he knew with his schedule that he wouldn’t be a the Henderson location and put his other stores phone number in my phone so I could reach him on Monday. Overall I had a great experience at this location and will return if any problems arise.
